Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji determinan (faktor-faktor penentu) pengungkapan modal intelektual. Firm size, profitabilitas, leverage, jenis perusahaan audit, jenis industri, penelitian dan pengembangan digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai determinan pengungkapan modal intelektual. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi seluruh perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel yang akan digunakan dan menghasilkan sampel akhir berjumlah 276 perusahaan yang meliputi berbagai sektor perusahaan. Setelah dilakukan outlier data menghasilkan 261 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS statistic. Uji asumsi klasik telah dilakukan sebelum uji analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa firm size, leverage, jenis perusahaan audit, jenis industri, penelitian dan pengembangan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengungkapan modal intelektual.  Variabel profitabilitas menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda. Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan modal intelektual. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa perusahaan yang diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Big Four menunjukkan pengungkapan modal intelektual yang lebih banyak. Perusahaan dengan kategori jenis industri (high-IC) intensive industries memiliki pengungkapan modal intelektual lebih banyak. Lebih lanjut, perusahaan yang melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan terbukti lebih banyak melakukan pengungkapan modal intelektual.

This study is purposed to detect the potential risk of fraud in financial statements by examining the influence of audit quality, firm size, leverage, and financial target on real profit management. Audit quality in this study is measured by grouping Public Accountant Office into Big Four and Non Big Four and Auditor industrial specialization. Firm size is measured using Total Assets, Leverage and Financial Targets. The data used in this research are secondary sourced from the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2014. Using purposive sampling, there will be taken some samples to use. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression tests using SPSS version 20. The samples selected based on purposive sampling method with population of 134 companies and a sample of 21 companies. Analysis technique methods used are descriptive statistic analysis, classical assumption test, F-statistic hypothesis test to examine the influence altogether with 5% level of accountability, and to test the partial coefficient regression, we used t-statistic test. The results show that Audit Quality, Firm Size, Leverage and Financial Targets significant.ly influence the fraud on financial statements with Real Profit Management proxy. Mean while, Audit Quality and Leverage have partial significant influences on financial statements frauds.

This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on capital structure. The sample is 10 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, using purposive sampling. The technique of analysis used is panel data regression (pooled regression). The results showed that the selected model is the fixed effect. Simultaneously NPM, CR, and Firm Size have a significant effect on capital structure. Partially NPM has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. CR partially have a negative and not significant effect on capital structure. Partially Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Variables that have a significant effect on capital structure are NPM and Firm Size. While CR does not significantly affect the capital structure. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh laba bersih, arus kas operasi, investment opportunity set, dan firm size terhadap dividen kas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sub perdagangan eceran yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015–2019. Sampel terdiri dari lima perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa laba bersih berpengaruh positif terhadap dividen kas, sedangkan arus kas operasi, investment opportunity set, dan firm size tidak berpengaruh. Hal ini dapat menjadi perhatian bagi perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba bersih. Dengan laba yang tinggi, para investor akan lebih tertarik untuk menginvestasikan dananya. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of net income, operating cash flow, investment opportunity set, and firm size on cash dividends. This research was conducted on sub-retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015–2019 period. The sample consists of five companies, selected using the purposive sampling method. It uses multiple linear regression to test the hypotheses. Results show that net income affects positively cash dividends. While cash flow, investment opportunity set, and firm size does not affect cash dividends. This can be a concern for the company to continue to improve the company's performance in generating net income. With high profits, investors will be more interested in investing their funds.

Capital structure reflects the extent to which companies can manage existing capital to generate profits. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of variables of profitability, firm size, asset structure, liquidity, and business risk on the capital structure in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2015 - 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling by determining 3 criteria. From total of 155 companies, only 69 companies were sampled. The result of this research indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, firm size has a positive and no significant effect on capital structure, asset structure has no effect and no significant on capital structure, liquidity and business risk have a negative and significant effect on capital structure in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the periode of 2015 -  2018. AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of the complexity of audit assignments, audit work experience, perceptions of auditor professional ethics, audit skills, and gender differences in audit judgment both partially and simultaneously. The data used in this study is the primary data. Data obtained through a questionnaire that was answered in full by respondents from KAP The Big Four in Jakarta in 2015. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The research method used is regression analysis multiple linear processed with SPSS 20.0 for windows with level of significance of 5%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan SPSS 20.0 for windows dengan level of significance 5%. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kausalitas antara kebijakan struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas yang diukur dengan ROA dan perapan GCG yang diukur dengan Good Corporate Perception Index (GCPI) terhadap ekspektasi investor yang diukur dengan nilai perusahaan. Teknik  sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahan yang go public dan masuk dalam Indonesia Most Trusted Companies. Periode penelitian selama tahun 2012 dan 2013, serta mempublikasikan laporan keuangan 2012-2013. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh, sedangkan profitabilitas dan GCPI berpengaruh terhadap ekspektasi investor. Secarasimultan variabel kebijakan struktur modal, ukuran peusahaan, profitabilitas dan GCPI berpengaruh terhadap ekspektasi investor.</p><p>The objective of the study was to analyze the causality influence among capital structure policy, firm size, profitability which was measured by ROA and the implementation of GCG which was measured by Good Corporate Perception Index  (GCPI) toward the investors’ expectations which was measured by the company value. It was a purposive sampling study. The samples of this study were go public companies listed on the Indonesia’s Most Trusted Companies. The period of the study was in 2012 and 2013, and financial reports from 2012 to 2013. The total samples were 48 companies. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regressions. The result of the study showed that the capital structure policy and firm size did not  give any influence, whereas the profitability and GCPI gave influence toward the investors’ expectations. Furthermore; capital structure policy, firm size, profitability and GCPI variables influenced simultaneously toward investors’ expectations.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning, managerial ownership and company size on earnings management in the manufacturing companies of the automotive sub sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling, namely the determination of samples based on certain criteria, the sample used is 4 (four) automotive sub sector manufacturing companies and components that have met the specified criteria. The results of this study indicate that partially tax planning has a positive and not significant effect on earnings management while managerial ownership and company size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. However, simultaneous tax planning, managerial ownership and firm size have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. From the results of this study, researchers provide some suggestions for further research to get better results because the results obtained by researchers are still lacking and further research needs to be done.

The auditor's inability to detect fraud, is not up to the expectations of financial statement users. Experiences, Training and Supervision Measures are the 3 most important essential components an auditor must have in a fraudulent area..The purpose of this research are to conduct research to prove whether experience, training and supervision actions affect the assessment of fraud.The survey method with questionary used in this reasarch. The object of this research are auditors who worked in one of the big four Accounting Firms in Jakarta. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Income smoothing is one of the ways used by management to reduce fluctuations in earnings obtainedin order to profit in accordance with the desired target. This study aimed to test: the effect of firm age,firm size, and firm profitability on income smoothing on companies listed in the Indonesia StockExchange. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling, a total of 265 manufacturingcompanies during the 2010-2014 period. Technical analysis of the data using logistic regression. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze factors that influence capital structure at telecommunications industry in Indonesia. In this research, dependent variable is capital structure and the independent variables are the operating leverage, taxes, and firm size.The samples are 5 companies, its take by purposive sampling method: taking the sample with specific criteria, that is the companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2005 to 2009. The operating leverage has a positive and significant influence to capital structure, tax has a negative and significant impact to capital structure, but the variable firm size has no effect to capital structure.
