There are many cases of email abuse that have the potential to harm others. This email abuse is commonly known as spam, which contains advertisements, phishing scams, and even malware. This study purpose to know the classification of email spam with ham using the KNN method as an effort to reduce the amount of spam. KNN can classify spam or ham in an email by checking it using a different K value approach. The results of the classification evaluation using confusion matrix resulted in the KNN method with a value of K = 1 having the highest accuracy value of 91.4%. From the results of the study, it is known that the optimization of the K value in KNN using frequency distribution clustering can produce high accuracy of 100%, while k-means clustering produces an accuracy of 99%. So based on the results of the existing accuracy values, the frequency distribution clustering and k-means clustering can be used to optimize the K-optimal value of the KNN in the classification of existing spam emails.

Objective: Brucellosis- one of the major zoonotic diseases, still remains an uncontrolled problem, in regions of high endemicity. Ophthalmic brucellosis is not studied and overlooked in most developing countries.  Considering the severe outcome of undiagnosed ophthalmic brucellosis, in this paper we made attempts to find out whether this disease still remains a health problem in a South East Asian developing country, where study of this disease is largely neglected.  Methods This study was carried out over a one year period from January 2015 to December 2015. Blood samples were collected from clinically confirmed cases of uveitis and they were subjected to five serological and one genus specific molecular investigations, for the detection of Brucella infection. Results Out of 20 uveitis cases, 4 (20%) cases confirmed as brucellar uveitis, by serological tests followed by PCR confirmation. After treatment of brucellosis all the four patients were recovered uneventfully. Conclusion: Brucella infection involving the eye is still a significant problem in South East Asian countries; hence in all uveitis cases in this reason brucellosis should be excluded by available laboratory tests.Government of India (Dept. of Biotechnology the major zoonotic diseases, still remains an uncontrolled problem, in regions of high endemicity. Today, people face various types of stress in everyday fast life and most people in the world suffer from various neurological disorder. Epilepsy is one of the most common neurological disorders of the brain, affecting about 50 million people around the world, and 90% of them are coming from developing countries. Genetic factors and brain infection, stroke, tumors and epilepsy cause high fever. It imposes a great economic burden on the health systems of countries associated with stigma and discrimination against the patient and also his family in the community, in the workplace, school and home. Many patients with epilepsy suffer from severe emotional stress, behavioral disorders and extreme social isolation. There are many different types of seizure and mechanisms by which the brain generates seizures. The two features of generating seizures are hyperexcitability of neurons and a hyper synchronousneural circuits. A variety of mechanisms alters the balance between excitation and inhibition in predisposing brain local or generalized hyperexcitability region and a hypersynchronia. Purpose of the review is to discuss the history, epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, classification of epilepsy, symtomps, diagnosis, management of epilepsy and future trends. Keywords: Anti-epileptic drugs, pathophysiology, seizures, epidemiology, hypersynchrony

Abstract Background: Sagittal root position (SRP) and thickness of buccal plate were of clinical guiding significance in implant treatment planning. The study was to classify the SRP and angulations of the maxillary and mandibular premolar to each osseous housing, and to measure the thickness of buccal plate by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in order to estimate the distributions and provide clinical decision support. Methods: CBCT images was reviewed on 150 patients who fulfilled the inclusion criteria. The sagittal root position and angulations of the maxillary and mandibular premolars to their respective osseous housing were evaluated and classified using CBCT images. The thickness of buccal plate at 1 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm apical to the alveolar crest was also measured. Results: The frequency distribution of SRP types indicated that, 41.67%, 51.83%, 3.67%, and 2.83% of maxillary premolars; 84.33%, 15%, 0%, and 0.67% of mandibular premolars were classified as type B, M, L, and N. The frequency distribution of angulation classifications indicated that, 20.83%, 46%, 32.17%, and 1% of maxillary premolars; 2%, 5.33%, 36.67%, and 56% of mandibular premolars were classified as class 1, 2, 3, and 4. The buccal bone thickness in most locations of premolar sites was less than 1 mm. Conclusions: The classification of clinical relevance of SRP and angulation of the premolar root to osseous housing would help for treatment planning and improving interdisciplinary communication of immediate implant placement (IIP) in the premolar region.

Chronic disease is a health problem which is also the main cause of death worldwide. Chronic disease causes severe stress and high anxiety for almost all sufferers because this condition will continue to develop slowly over the years, thus resilience is needed in dealing with the disease. This study aimed to determine the resilience of patients with chronic disease in H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan. The population was 60 patients with chronic disease which recruited using accidetal samplign method . Data were collected using questionnaires and frequency distribution is analyzed. The results showed that 35 of the 60 respondents with high resilience (58.3%). This study concluded that patients with chronic disease at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan had good resilience in dealing with stress and anxiety. It is expected that nurses provide optimal nursing care to support patient resilience to reduce the patient's negative psychosocial effects.

This article investigates the evolution of two different types of Web portals, one in Bangladesh and the other in Australia. The initial data collection was conducted in the early 2000s and revisited in 2009. The idea of a Web portal is not new, but in the last few years the portal concept has gained considerably in importance as new types of portal are developed and new uses found for portal technology. The article begins with a brief classification of the types of portals in use today and then considers some of the advantages conferred on a business in using portal technology. Developed and developing countries have different problems in making use of e-commerce and see the advantages and problems of using portals rather differently. In the article the authors examine and compare case studies of a Horizontal B-B Industry Portal in Melbourne, Australia, and a Vertical Industry Portal in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
