The advantages and disadvantages of a number of specialized computer programs for obtaining dimensional characteristics of biological objects by analysis of their digital images are considered in comparative terms. The authorial methodology of using a vector graphics editor Inkscape and a new online service SVGm (Scalable Vector Graphics measurer, https://svgm.cf) is proposed to measure the linear parameters of the objects in the images and to prepare the quantitative characteristics of objects and their different qualitative characteristics for the subsequent statistical analysis. An algorithm for working with Inkscape editor and SVGm online service is described in detail. Object images imported into Inkscape editor are measured using vector elements (lines, rectangles, circles, ellipses, polygons) and saved in the standard SVG format. Properties of vector figures of SVG files are converted by the online service SVGm in the measurement results shown in the table. The potential of the method is shown by the example of morphological measurements of various botanical objects.

Successful implementation of agricultural products requires compliance with the requirements of standards to ensure its high quality, ensuring the technological process (production, processing, storage) with a sufficient level of quality characteristics of the initial raw materials, product quality control at intermediate and final operations. Such qualitative characteristics of products, particularly a fixed geometric shape, the degree of ripeness, presence and depth of the damage, it is not always possible to determine the external condition of the product (e.g., melons) without its destruction. To assess the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of agricultural products, various physical methods are used, of which a special place is occupied by the method of acoustic sensing, which consists in the fact that the properties of products (as biological objects) that determine the excitation and propagation of elastic vibrations are closely related to their anatomical structure and physical and biochemical characteristics, which in turn change during their vegetation when reaching the appropriate degree of ripeness. This material presents the results of experimental studies to establish the relationship between the parameters of the aftereffect of shock excitation of biological objects of plant origin of a fixed geometric shape with their qualitative characteristics, to determine the characteristics and their quantitative values, which in turn makes it possible to implement technical devices Express nondestructive control of qualitative characteristics of agricultural products.

Certified reference materials (CRM) composed of propyl (11383-2019) and isopropyl (11384-2019) alcohols solutions were created for validation of measurement procedures and control of measurement errors of measurement results of mass concentrations of toxic substances (alcohol) in biological objects (urine, blood) and water. Two ways of establishing the value of the certified characteristic – mass consentration of propanol-1 or propanol-2 have been studied. The results obtained by the preparation procedure and comparison with the standard are the same within the margin of error.

Introduction.  Wireless diagnostics of patients’  functional state is important  for ensuring timely detection and treatment of diseases. In this article, the development of a medical hardware-software system for remote monitoring of the state of biological objects is considered on the example of cardiovascular diseases.Aim. To develop a medical hardware-software system for remote monitoring of the main cardiovascular parameters and to expand the scope of medical remote telemetry equipment, which can eventually lead to improved medical services.Materials and methods.  On the example of cardiovascular diseases, an analysis of the existing medical hardwaresoftware system for remote monitoring of the state of biological objects was carried out, taking into account the cardiac monitoring of the electrocardiogram. This method is widely used for in the diagnostics and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Results.  A  method  was proposed for creating  a  hardware-software  system  for  remote monitoring of the main cardiovascular parameters to ensure timely detection and treatment of diseases. The general structure of such a system, including its advantages and disadvantages and the routing of information, is described.  The proposed technology of  prolonged  remote monitoring of the patient's health state makes it possible to increase  the efficiency of detecting dangerous heartbeat arrhythmia by about 30%.Conclusions.  The  proposed system  solves  the  problem of registering biological parameters without significant interference in the patient’s vital  activity, which allows typical conditions to be traced. Remote data collection also facilitates the load on medical personnel, reduces the number of contacts with patients and improves their psychological state.
