This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational and transactional leadership styles on employee performance at the Indonesian National Electricity Company (PT PLN) main office. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive-causality research type. Sampling was done by a non-probability sampling method of saturated sample type, with the number of respondents being 73 people. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Our result shows that the transformational leadership style is influential and significant to performance, while the style of transactional leadership has no effect and no significance to the performance of employees.

The formulation of the problem in this studyis whether transformational leadership style (X1) and morale (X2) have a significantand partially significant effect on employee performance (Y), the research objectiveis to determine the effect of transformational leadership style (X1) and morale (X2)on employee performance (Y) raffles city hotel Bengkulu. The object of this study isBengkulu City Hotel Raffles employees with a total sampling method, which isexplained by respondents in this study were 31 employees. Methods of datacollection using observation and questionnaires, data analysis techniques using theclassic assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis andhypothesis testing. Departing from the phenomenon in the form of employee performance and job satisfaction is still low, even though transformational and transactional leadership have been running as it should be, this study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Bank "XXX ". This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory and survey research formats. Data collection used a questionnaire to 126 respondents which were determined by simple random sampling. The data were processed using path analysis techniques assisted by the International Business Machine (IBM) Predictive Analytic Software (PASW) version 22 software. The results of this study are transformational and transactional leadership styles have a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction. Transactional leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction.

<p>Transactional leadership is described as providing an explanation of employees responsibilities and rewards they can expect if the specified standards is achieved. Transformational leadership approach motivates employees, so that they can thrive and achieve high levels of performance. In addition it is also necessary to support the performance of the good discipline of employees. Broadcasting companies who have employees working on the division of operational and management needed different leadership style to support the realization of optimal performance.</p><p> This study used a qualitative approach. Sample was 136 people who are determined by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used Likert scale models. Data analysis using validity test, realibitas test, the classical assumption, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of correlation coefficients and determination.</p><p> The results showed that together transactional leadership styles, transformational leadership styles, work discipline affect the performance of the company's employees broadcasting. Partially transactional and transformational leadership style had no effect on performance. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the significance of the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles on employee work performance and (2) the most dominant variable influencing employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of Agriculture in South Buru Regency. The population of this study consisted of all Civil Servants (PNS) at the South Buru District Agricultural Service, namely 135 people. Sampling using the exhausting sampling method or saturated sampling. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) the leadership style was more dominant in the transformational leadership style, where the most influential indicator was the indicator of the idealized influence dimension, namely the leadership prioritizing the needs of subordinates, (2) based on the calculation of the average of all indicators on work performance variables, indicating a tendency positive which shows that all employees always strive to improve performance in a better direction, (3) the variable transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style have a significant influence on employee performance, (4) transformational leadership style is the most dominant variable influencing achievement employee work. Keywords: transformational leadership; transaction leadership; employee work performance

The study aimed to examine the influence of the transformational leadership style and culture of Tri Hita Karana on the performance of the Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Denpasar, which amounted to 35 LPD. Respondents used in the study were the head of the LPD, the administrative staff, and the cashier. Overall respondents numbered 105 people who were determined using the saturated sample method. Data collection methods and data analysis techniques used are questionnaire methods and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the transformational leadership style apparently had a negative influence on LPD performance, inversely proportional to the culture of Tri Hita Karana which had a positive influence on LPD performance in Denpasar City. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture on PG Employee Performance. Asembagus. The research method used is exploratory research, where variables are measured by a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out by interview (interview), with a questionnaire and documentary study. The population in this study were all PG employees. Asembagus as many as 215 people. Withdrawal of the number of samples with the Slovin formula 68 people. Data processing using SPSS software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially the leadership style variable affects the performance of PG employees. Asembagus (2) partially work motivation variables affect employee performance at PG. Asembagus; (3) partially organizational culture variables affect employee performance at PG. Asembagus; (4) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PG. Asembagus.

This research aims to analyze influence the performance of JNE employees is seen from human relations and rewards in Pekanbaru. The research was conducted by means of descriptive analysis method and the sample used was all employees of JNE Pekanbaru, totaling 60 respondents using the census method or saturated sample. The analysis technique used by researchers is multiple linear regression analysis carried out with technology, namely using SPSS, 20. The results of the study state that the human relation variable partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of JNE Pekanbaru employees, namely the t-count is greater than the t-table, while the reward partially also has a positive and significant effect on the performance results of JNE Pekanbaru employees t- calculate the size of the t-Table. Then after testing simultaneously it was found that human relations and rewards have a positive and significant effect on the performance of JNE Pekanbaru employees, namely 53.4% and 46.6% influenced by other variables not examined.

This study aims to determine, analyze, and examine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism, Pati Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample used is a saturated sample, with a total of 38 respondents. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, literature study. The data processing in this study used the SPSS 23 (Statical Package for the Social Sciences) software application. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, work discipline is included in the good category, as well as work motivation is included in the good category and employee performance is included in the good category. Based on the results of this study indicate that work discipline and work motivation partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism, Pati Regency.

Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.
