Education is a conscious effort to prepare students through teaching guidance activities and exercises for the future. Student administration is a process of activities planned intentionally and further guidance of all students in related educational institutions in order to be able to participate in teaching and learning education effectively and efficiently. Student management is a structuring or arrangement of all activities related to students, which start from the entry of students untill the exit of students in a school. Thus the management of these learners is not only in the from of recording of students, but includes broader aspects, which aim to help the smooth growth and development of students through the education process ins school. The purpose of student administration is to manage all student activities at the school, from the student entering school to leaving or graduating intends to direct students towards the quality of teaching and learning improvement, both intra and extracurricular activities, so that they can make a good contribution for the achievement of the vision, mission, and goals of the school to achieve overall educational goals. The role of the teacher in student administration is as a selection committee for new student admissions, plays a role in making it easier for students to adapt to the school environment, recording and controlling student attendance, conducting competency tests, creating good school or classroom discipline, and carrying out career guidance and graduate graduation.

Curriculum administration is the whole process of planned and intentional and deliberate activities as well as ongoing guidance to the teaching and learning situation in order to help the achievement of educational goals effectively and efficiently.In this connection, at any school level the principal task of the school is to ensure that there are good teaching programs for students. Because basically the management or management of education focuses on all its efforts on teaching and learning practices (PBM). This seems clear that in essence all efforts and activities carried out in schools or educational institutions are always directed at the success of PBM.

ABSTRACT  This study aims to describe the use of libraries in Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Elementary School Yogyakarta, including the presence of students in the library, student activities in the library, book collections in the library and services in the library. This study included qualitative descriptive research. Research subjects of principals, librarians, teachers and students. The object of this research is the use of school libraries. The validity of the data in this study uses data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Hubermen models which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the library at SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta in its utilization was very good. The use of the library is realized so that the library becomes the most important part of its existence in the school environment. In the use of libraries in SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta is seen from a complete collection of books, high numbers of student visits to libraries, utilization of library space for activities in teaching and learning processes, libraries are comfortable places for students to do assignments and libraries are a solution for students to borrow books when needing references when learning is taking place. In the use of the library, students are also helped by a good library service.          Keywords: Library use, SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan perpustakaan di SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta, meliputi kehadiran siswa di perpustakaan, Aktfitas siswa di perpustakaan, koleksi buku di perpustakaan dan pelayanan di perpustakaan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, petugas perpustakaan, guru dan siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan trianggulasi sumber data dan trianggulasi teknik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubermen yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan  di SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta  dalam pemanfaatannya sangat baik. Pemanfaatan perpustakaan diwujudkan agar perpustakaan menjadi bagian terpenting keberadaannya dalam lingkungan sekolah.  Dalam Pemanfaatan perpustakaan di SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarata dilihat dari koleksi buku yang lengkap, tingginya angka kunjungan siswa ke perpustakaan, pemanfaatan ruang perpustakaan untuk kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, perpustakaan menjadi tempat yang nyaman bagi siswa untuk mengerjakan tugas dan  perpustakaan menjadi solusi bagi siswa untuk meminjam buku ketika membutuhkan referensi ketika pembelajaran sedang berangsung. Dalam pemanfaatan perpustakaan, siswa juga terbantu dengan pelayaan perpustakaan yang  baik.Kata kunci: Pemanfaatan perpustakaan, SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the administration process of students in order to achieve the objectives of education, the technique used is the study of literature that is collecting some material from journals, books, and others.Administration of students (students) is the entire process of activities planned and planned deliberately and continuous guidance for all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to follow the teaching and learning process (PBM) effectively and efficiently, to achieve educational goals has been established.The purpose of the administration of students in education is generally to regulate all activities related to students so that the teaching and learning process runs effectively and efficiently so that the educational goals can be maximally achieved.In administrative students there is a process or activity carried out by the administrator, namely 1) the activities of the beginning of the school year which include planning, 2) during the school year, 3) the end of the school year.Instruments in student administration are master books, book clusters, student condition lists, student attendance books, school discipline records, student achievement notebooks, and mutation books.

Therefore, it is very important for schools to get the attention of educational institutions, in order to achieve the goal of a nation-based comprehensive education. The role of the teacher in student administration is as a selection committee for new student admissions, plays a role in facilitating students to adapt to the school environment, recording and controlling student attendance, conducting competency tests, creating an atmosphere that creates motivation and carrying out career guidance and tracking graduates. In the research of this article, the material is taken from books, journals and other sources related to the administration of students. Student Administration is an activity that takes care of the part of students and provides services to new students who want to register until the student has graduated from the school. The implementation process of student administration there are 3, namely: student administration activities at the beginning of the school year, student administration activities during the school year, and student administration at the end of the school year. The Student Administration Instrument contains the recording of students' personal data at school.

Student administration is the process of organizing and services in matters relating to students in a school starting from planning the admission of new students, coaching while students are in school, until students complete their education. Student administration is the activity of recording students from the admission process to students graduating from school or dropping out because of transferring schools or other reasons. The purpose of student administration is to organize student activities so that these activities support the teaching and learning process at school, furthermore, the teaching and learning process at school can run smoothly, orderly and regularly so that it can contribute to the achievement of school goals and overall educational goals. The purpose of the administration of students in education in general is to regulate all activities related to students so that the learning process runs effectively and efficiently so that educational goals can be achieved to the maximum. This article describe about curriculum administration. The curriculum is one of the important components that are crucial in the education system of units, and is a tool to achieve educational goals as well as guidance in the implementation of teaching in all types and levels of education. As a consequence, implementing curriculum in schools should manage well, so that the learning outcomes will be more effective, to realize it, it requires good management. This curriculum management meant that the educational process will take place in schools can be directed and coordinated in a systematic manner to achieve educational goals that have been set. In the management of the curriculum very necessitated a review-a review of theoretical and practical curriculum that can be managed always in line with the development of human life, science, technology and personal development subjects students. to address any problems that arise in the school environment, especially in the field of teaching and learning, it is highly charged policy principal as manager to always involve personnel-school personnel such as teachers, school committees, teachers bimpen and all parties involved in the implementation of the curriculum, to perform periodic review of the curriculum by involving all stakeholders, the curriculum review purposes, as an effective goal to improve learning outcomes are maximized.

The Student Field is an important unit for every school in Indonesia, especially for SMKN 8 Padang. The role of student affairs helps schools to deal with various types of violations that students do in the school environment in the teaching and learning process including student absentee management, as well as managing extracurricular activities that interest students. The Student Information System Field of SMKN 8 Padang is based on Android, with this information system users can access anytime and anywhere regarding the rules and regarding extracurricular activities. If students are found committing a violation, they will be directly inputted with the android by the teacher who found the violation committed by the student, and the teacher input the student's attendance. Users who have logged in can enter their own extracurricular interest. All data inputted with Android will be stored on a web server based on Codeigniter framework programming using a MySQL database. The results obtained from the implementation of this student field application are to facilitate the SMK Negeri 8 apparatus, especially in the student field, to record students who commit violations, students who take extracurricular activities and absenteeism that were previously done manually now become digital using mobile phones that can be taken anywhere.Keywords: Information System, Android, Web Programming, CodeIgniter.

There are several management principles for students: 1) All activities must refer to applicable regulations. 2) Can be viewed as part of the overall management of the institution. 3) More intended to unite students who have a variety of backgrounds and differences to then be directed to understand and respect each other. 4) In its activities, student management is directed as an effort to regulate the potential development of students. 5) In the management of student activities must be able to encourage and spur the potential independence of students. 6) The life activities of students, both at school and in the future, student management must run functionally.
