Student administration is the process of organizing and services in matters relating to students in a school starting from planning the admission of new students, coaching while students are in school, until students complete their education. Student administration is the activity of recording students from the admission process to students graduating from school or dropping out because of transferring schools or other reasons. The purpose of student administration is to organize student activities so that these activities support the teaching and learning process at school, furthermore, the teaching and learning process at school can run smoothly, orderly and regularly so that it can contribute to the achievement of school goals and overall educational goals. The purpose of the administration of students in education in general is to regulate all activities related to students so that the learning process runs effectively and efficiently so that educational goals can be achieved to the maximum. While the specific goal is to help students improve and develop attitudes, knowledge, abilities, and skills towards something, help students develop interests, talents according to their needs, help students develop positive and realistic attitudes, help students use their free time, and help students to obtain happiness and prosperity of life by achieving and completing their education to the maximum.

This article describes the administration of special services. The teaching and learning process requires the support of facilities that are not directly used in the classroom. Management of special services in schools is effective and efficient School Based Management (SBM). School is one of the facilities that can be used to improve the quality of Indonesia's population. This article aim to analyze Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on education and its relevance to modern world education. This research uses qualitative approach (Library Research) by analyzing the sources collected and summarized in the article. Result this research shows that education is not only a teaching and learning process that is limited by time and space, but education is a process where students are able to live, absorb and even capture natural events throughout the ages. Ibn Khaldun's thoughts are also very relevant to modern education when viewed from various aspects, namely educators, learning methods, curriculum and educational goals. Positive impact What is expected from the results of this study is the adoption of the concept of Modern Education with the Concept of Education according to Ibn Khaldun.

The teaching and learning process (learning) is an activity to carry out the core of education and curriculum at an educational institution. Teaching and learning activities contain various concepts related to the educational mission, educational foundation, and educational goals. In addition, learning is focused on what the lecturer must do as the one who provides learning. The learning process at this time is constrained by the Covid 19 pandemic faced by Indonesia, thus affecting all activities, one of which is Bungo Regency residents, especially in the academic field. Therefore, all learning activities carried out on campus are not allowed and must be done at home or online. One of them is the learning process for the Pancasila Course in the English Education Study Program (PBI), Semester II Year 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in the form of photos and questionnaires via google forms which are distributed to students through whatsapp groups using 26 PBI second semester students. The results of this study indicate that students have internet signal problems, which are 81%. So the importance of the internet network is to make it easier for students to carry out the learning process effectively, due to the lack of a network. Role of the student attendance record is very important in the primary, secondary, and tertiary education. The purpose of this record is monitoring student activity in the teaching and learning process and regarded as one of the important learning assessments. Moreover, a data processing for recording the student attendance is currently done in various ways such as fingerprint, radio frequent identification (RFID), facial recognition system, android-based application, and others. However, many conventional ways (i.e., using paper-based system) are still used, especially in Indonesia. This is because several universities still rarely have enough funds for developing innovative systems. In this research, the image processing application for capturing student attendance data was built. The objective of this research was to provide an efficient alternative to monitor student activities in teaching and learning process. The image processing produced the information related to student attendance by scanning the attendance file through jpg/jpeg using learning vector quantization (LVG) as the process model.
