The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang, the influence of workload on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang and the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang. The population in this study were all Tenaga Penyuluh KB pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AP2KB) in 11 subdistricts in Padang City, amounting to 216 people. Sampling technique used is proportional random sampling so that the sample obtained as many as 140 people. In testing the hypothesis, this study used multiple regression analysis. The result of the research found that there is a significant influence between work motivation variable on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang, there is no significant influence between work load variable on the performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padangand there is significant influence between variance of job satisfaction on performance of penyuluh KB Kota Padang. The findings of this study provide advice where in order to improve the performance of extension workers in the future, it is necessary to improve work motivation, workload and job satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with the method of analysis used are simple and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Mutiara Bunda Hospital. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

<p>This study aimed to analyze the extent to which the effect of satisfaction, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in Batam as well as to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in applying Batam. For goal then used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test and test simultaneously.</p>From the results of the regression equation the influence of variables (job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline) with the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air Batam, there was a strong and significant influence, because the higher job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline, the higher the employee’s performance because it has a probability value of less than 0.05. Thus, in this study proved the first hypothesis. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is job satisfaction, reasons for job satisfaction has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation and work discipline.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

Abstract. This study examined  the relationship between task oriented leadership style and management of non financial rewards to work motivation at PT.XYZ  Surabaya. Variables measured by the scale of the study variables 4 choices. Research subjects were 62 employees were taken random sampling. Data collected were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of multiple regression analysis showed variable task oriented leadership style and management on non financial   rewards   associated   significantly  with work motivation (F = 20,911; p = 0,000). Both variables contributed 41,50% of the work motivation. Separately, task oriented leadership style has a highly significant correlation with motivation to work at t = 5,565 amd   p=0,000 ( p< 0,01), non financial rewards management while  significantly    correlated   with   motivation  to  work  with t = 3,997  and  p = 0,000 ( p< 0,01 ).Keywords : task oriented leadership style, management of non financial rewards, work motivation

This research aims to know whether the entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurship motivation influence entrepreneurial spirit and how much interest and motivation of entrepreneurship influence on entrepreneurial spirit of students. This research conducted during Juni 2019 at SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang. The population in this research were student of SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang, sampling using simple random sampling. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaries to 109 respondents.  Testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicated that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of interest in entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial spirit ,this was evidenced by having a regression coefficient t count> t table of (2.781> 1,982) and a significant value of 5%, (2) There was a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial spirit evidenced by having a regression coefficient t count> t table of (4,904> 1,982) and a significant value of 5%, (3) There was a positive and significant influence of interest and motivation in entrepreneurship together on entrepreneurial spirit. This was evidenced by having a regression coefficient fcount> ftabel of (50,478> 3.08) and a significant value of 5%, (4) the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained at 0.478 or 47.8%, while the rest is 52.2% Entrepreneurial spirit was influenced by variables other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to analyze the influence of: (1) brand image, consisting of corporate image, customer image, and product image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. (2) corporate image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. (3) customer image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. (4) product image on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. Type of study is causal descriptive. Population includes customers at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, with 100 respondents as samples. Method of analysis is multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) brand image consisting of corporate image, customer image, and product image simultaneously have significant influence on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu (2) Corporate image has a significant influence on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu, (3) customer image has a significant influence on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu, (4) product image significantly influences customer loyalty at PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur of Palu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa: (1) pengaruh citra merek yang terdiri dari citra perusahaan, citra konsumen, dan citra produk terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. (2) pengaruh citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. (3) pengaruh citra konsumen terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. (4) pengaruh citra produk terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Palu yang merupakan nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Citra merek yang terdiri dari citra perusahaan, citra konsumen, dan citra produk, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu (2) Citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu, (3) Citra kosumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu, (4) Citra produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Unit Bumi Nyiur Palu.

Work motivation is one of the important factors that can influence dan improve of employees’ performance. This research is intended to analyze the influence of intrinsic work and extrinsic work motivation on the performance of the employees. The respondents consist of 60 employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I in Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The questionnaires are used to collect data from the respondents. Forty five (45) items of the questionnaires are used to measure the variable of intrinsic work motivation, extrinsic work motivation and performance of the respondents. The data were analized with multiple regression analysis. The result of the study indicates that: (i) intrinsic work motivation and extrinsic work motivation has positive significant influence on the employees’ performance (ii) intrinsic work motivation has no dominant influence on the employees’ performance.Keywords: intrinsic work motivation, extrinsic work motivation, employees’ performance

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on customer revisit intention of Golden Cafe dan Resto at Kota Padang. This is the causative research. The population of the research is Padang city community. The number of research samples as many as 100 people and selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to Padang city community with established criteria. The analytical method is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16. The results indicate that (1) Store atmosphere and service quality advertisements have a significant effect on revisit, (2) Store atmosphere has a significant effect on revisit intention, (3) Service quality have a significant influence on revisit intention.       Kata Kunci: store atmosphere, service quality, revisit intention
