<p>This study aimed to analyze the extent to which the effect of satisfaction, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in Batam as well as to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in applying Batam. For goal then used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test and test simultaneously.</p>From the results of the regression equation the influence of variables (job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline) with the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air Batam, there was a strong and significant influence, because the higher job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline, the higher the employee’s performance because it has a probability value of less than 0.05. Thus, in this study proved the first hypothesis. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is job satisfaction, reasons for job satisfaction has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation and work discipline.

This study aims to (1) analyze significantly effect of the motivation, job satisfaction and compensation on employee performance; (2) analyze the role of compensation as a moderator of the effect motivation on employee performance; (3) analyze the role of compensation as a moderator of the effect job satisfaction on employee performance. This research using sample 65 marketing department employees at BPR in Karanganyar District. Data collecting with questionaire technique through validity and reliability test. The data analyse use the multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis through standardized residual method, and previously the researcher using classical assumption test. Results of this research showed that (1) motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a significantly effect on employee performance. (2) compensation has moderate the effect of motivation to employee performance. (3) job satisfaction has not moderate the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work motivation and job satisfaction to employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with the method of analysis used are simple and multiple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Mutiara Bunda Hospital. The results showed that there are positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this research is 1) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance simultaneously 2) Knowing and analyzing the influence of Career development on employee performance partially at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera (AJSB) Malang . The number of sample there are 44 respondents at agent employees in PT AJSB Malang. The sampling technic in this research was total sampling. The tools analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that career development variables consist of Variables Influence of justice in careers, Attention to supervision, Awareness about opportunities, Interest of workers, Career satisfaction, simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. partially , Attention to supervision, opportunity awareness, interest in workers, have a significant influence, while the influence of fairness in careers, and career satisfaction does not show significant value

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

ABSTRACTIn the temporary observation the performance of employees in BPR was still low, less activities of service. As for example the credit administration did not only perform their own duties but also did the transfer, and there were still employees who came late and, there were employees who did not finish the job on time, some employees still looked relaxed in doing the job. So it could be concluded that the performance of employees in PD. BPR was still low. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of compensation and organizational culture on employees' performance in PD. BPR Kuningan.This research used a quantitative approach and survey method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Sample and population was employees in PD. BPR Kuningan, amounting to 89 people. Data collection used questionnaires. The validity test and reliability test of data collection were carried out, the results of instrument test stated that the instruments used in this study were valid and reliable. Multiple regression analysis was used to find out to what extent of influence among variables.The result of this research showed that: (1) both compensation and organizational culture had positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) compensation had positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture had positive and significant effect to employees� performance.Compensation and organizational culture needed to be improved and maintained on the performance of employees so that the tasks and objectives of the agency could be achieved in accordance with expectations and achieve satisfactory results.�Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Culture, and Employees� Performance�ABSTRAKPada pengamatan sementara kinerja pegawai yang terjadi di BPR masih rendah dilihat, kurang berjalanya pelayanan. Seperti misalnya bagian administrasi kredit selain melakukan tugasnya sendiri juga merangkap bagian transfer, dan masih adanya pegawai yang datang terlambat serta, masih adanya pegawai yang dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tidak tepat waktu, pegawai masih terlihat santai dalam mengerjakan pekerjaanya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPR masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPR Kuningan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survey. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Sampel dan populasi yaitu pegawai pada PD. BPR Kuningan yang berjumlah 89 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian di uji validitas dan realibilitasnya, hasil uji intrumen menyatakan bahwa hasil intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh antar variabel menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) kompensasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kompensasi dan budaya organisasi perlu ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan atas kinerja pegawainya agar tugas dan tujuan instansi tersebut dapat dicapai sesuai dengan harapan dan mencapai hasil yang memuaskan.�Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether promotions and prices have an effect on sales made by e-commerce. This research was conducted by involving 100 respondents in the city of Tangerang who had shopped at an online store. To determine the relationship between variables with a test research instrument in the form of a scale to measure the variable Promotion (X1) and Price (X2) to Sales. (Y). with the method 1. Validity and Reliability Test; 2. Classical Assumption Test; 3. Multiple Regression Analysis; 4. Hypothesis test, and produce the value of X1 (0.287), X2 (0.148) and the value of R2 (0.144) so that it affects both partially and simultaneously.

This research is motivated by the level of work discipline, compensation and organizational structure at PT Sejati Karya Perkasa Medan which is still not good. This can be seen from the increase in employee absenteeism and delays as well as employee absenteeism every year so that it has an impact on decreasing employee performance. This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, with a population of 87 employees and taking a sample of 87 people using the census method, then analyzed with multiple regression analysis with the results showing that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance. Based on the termination test of 65.9%, while the most influential variable is work discipline.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of psychographical factors consisting of lifestyle, personality and social class on the purchase decision of mollinic brand shoes on pt Ramayana lestari sentosa tbk padang.Technique of data collecting is done by way of 100 concurrent spreading at consumer who buy mollinic brand shoes which is in ramayan lestari sentosa tbk padang. The analysis tools used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. Data is processed through spss application 16. The result of regression equation is obtained: Y = 3,468 + 0,338 X1 + 0,382X2 + 0,103X3 + eBased on the results of the analysis of the calculated f count of 66.072 significant 0.000a, adjusted R square value is 0.664 and hypothesis test through t test on lifestyle obtained tcount (4,728)&gt; t table 1.660, terhepap personality titung (4.302)&gt; t table and against social class is tcount 1.128

This study aimed to determine the influence of Time Pressure, Role Ambiguity, Workload, and Lack of Motivation on Employee Performance at PT XYZ. The population of this study was all of the employees at PT XYZ. 76 respondents were chosen to be the sample of this research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The questionnaire was a 26-item likert scale, created by using google form, and distributed to the respondents via email. To analyze the data, research used multiple regression analysis as a test tool. Results showed that both Role Ambiguity and Lack of Motivation have a negative and significant influence on employee performance at PT XYZ, while the two other variables, Time Pressure and Workload don’t have any influence on employee performance.
