Isaac Newton and James Clerk Maxwell were giants in the history of physics. Newton in his century (1643 – 1727) and Maxwell about 150 years later (1831 – 1879) in his own century. Newton has built his theories, based on the deep and profound wisdom in nature and religion. For this reason, Newton has been called the last magician in his time. Maxwell represents modern physics and he has built his theories only on pure mathematics. Based on Newtonian Physics it is possible to reach much further in physics than the achievements based on a simple Maxwell’s mathematical approach. Newtonian Physics gives a new insight in the fundamental physics of Light, Electromagnetic Fields, Dirac’s relativistic Quantum Physics and Einstein’s General Relativity. All we know about light, and in general about any electromagnetic field configuration, has been based only on two fundamental theories. James Clerk Maxwell introduced in 1865 the “Theory of Electrodynamics” with the publication: “A Dynamical Theory of the Electromagnetic Field” and Albert Einstein introduced in 1905 the “Theory of Special Relativity” with the publication: “On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies” and in 1913 the “Theory of General Relativity” with the publication ”Outline of a Generalized Theory of Relativity and of a Theory of Gravitation”. However, both theories are not capable to explain the property of electromagnetic mass and in specific the anisotropy of the phenomenon of electromagnetic mass. To understand what electromagnetic inertia and the corresponding electromagnetic mass is and how the anisotropy of electromagnetic mass can be explained and how it has to be defined, a New Theory about Light has to be developed. A part of this New Theory about Light will be published in this article. The New Theory about Light has been based on one single fundamental property of our Universe. The unique property that there has always been, is always and will always be a perfect equilibrium within our Universe. Isaac Newton has discovered this fundamental physical law already 300 years ago by his third law in physics. “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction”. In the New Theory this law of Equilibrium has been extended for any arbitrary Electromagnetic Field Configuration, which requires the fundamental Universal Property: “The total algebraic sum of all force densities will always equal zero at any time at any spatial coordinate in any spatial direction”. To develop a set of 4 electromagnetic equations, describing all the force densities within any arbitrary electromagnetic field configuration, the Divergence of the 4-Dimensional Stress-Energy Tensor has been taken, resulting in the 4-Dimensional Electromagnetic Vector Equation with the fundamental requirement: “The the total algebraic sum of all force densities equals zero at any time at any spatial coordinate in any spatial direction”

Space is permeated by fields, such as the electromagnetic field, that transmit forces between objects that are not in direct contact. This idea was first devised by Michael Faraday and its mathematical realization for the electromagnetic field was achieved by James Clerk Maxwell. Light is an electromagnetic wave that ripples through the electromagnetic field. Richard Feynman invented a diagrammatic representation of the interactions between particles that plays an important role in quantum field theory. Maxwell’s theory was the inspiration for Einstein when developing his new theory of gravity. Newton was criticized for suggesting the gravitational force acts between bodies that are not in contact. Einstein resolved this issue when he devised general relativity which is a gravitational field theory.

Photonics is the physical science of light based on the concept of “photons” introduced by Albert Einstein in the early 20th century. Einstein introduced this concept in the “particle-wave duality” discussion with Niels Bohr to demonstrate that even light has particle properties (mass and momentum) and wave properties (frequency). That concept became a metaphor and from that time on a beam of light has been generally considered as a beam of particles (photons). Which is a wrong understanding. Light particles do not exist. Photons are nothing else but electromagnetic complex wave configurations and light particles are not like “particles” but separated electromagnetic wave packages, 2-dimensionally confined in the directions perpendicular to the direction of propagation and in a perfect equilibrium with the radiation pressure and the inertia of electromagnetic energy in the forward direction, controlling the speed of light. This new theory will explain how electromagnetic wave packages demonstrate inertia, mass and momentum and which forces keep the wave packages together in a way that they can be measured like particles with their own specific mass and momentum. All we know about light, and in generally about any electromagnetic field configuration, has been based only on two fundamental theories. However, both theories are not capable to explain the property of electromagnetic mass and in specific the anisotropy of the phenomenon of electromagnetic mass presented e.g. in a LASER beam. To understand what electromagnetic inertia and the corresponding electromagnetic mass is and how the anisotropy of electromagnetic mass can be explained and how it has to be defined, a New Theory about Light has to be developed. A part of this “New Theory about Light”, based on Newton’s well known law in 3 dimensions will be published in this article in an extension into 4 dimensions. Newton’s 4-dimensional law in the 3 spatial dimensions results in an improved version of the classical Maxwell equations and Newton’s law in the 4th dimension (time) results in the quantum mechanical Schrödinger wave equation (at non-relativistic velocities) and the relativistic Dirac equation.

In this New Theory a “Single Harmonic Black Hole” (SHBH) has been considered to be the Gravitational-Electromagnetic Confinement of a Single Harmonic Electromagnetic Field Configuration in which a perfect equilibrium exists between the outward directed electromagnetic radiation pressure and the inward directed Electromagnetic-Gravitational Interaction force densities.    This frequency transformation is possible because of the combined Lorentz / Doppler-Effect transformation during the collapse (contraction) of the radiation when the Gravitational Electromagnetic Confinement has been formed (Implosion of Visible Light).  Within the scope of this article “Single Harmonic Black Hole” (SHBH) is considered to be any kind of 3-dimensional confined Single Harmonic Electromagnetic Energy. The inner structure of a “SHBH” has been based on a 3-dimensional isotropic equilibrium within the electromagnetic field configuration. This new theory will explain how electromagnetic fields (wave packages) demonstrate inertia, mass and momentum and which forces keep the wave packages together in a way that they can be measured like particles with their own specific mass and momentum. To understand what electromagnetic inertia and the corresponding electromagnetic mass, spin and electric charge is and how the anisotropy of electromagnetic mass, spin and electric charge can be explained and how it has to be defined, a New Theory about “Electromagnetic-Gravitational Interaction” has been developed. The “New Theory” has been based on the fundamental principle of “Perfect Equilibrium within the Universe” which has already been expressed by Newton’s three equations published in 1687 in “Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica. Newton’s Equations in 3 dimensions will be published in this article in an extension into 4 dimensions.

Analogies between gravitation and electromagnetism have been known since the 1950s. Here, we examine a fairly general type D solution — the exact seven parameter solution of Plebański–Demiański (PD) — to demonstrate these analogies for a physically meaningful spacetime. The two quadratic curvature invariants B2 - E2 and E⋅B are evaluated analytically. In the asymptotically flat case, the leading terms of E and B can be interpreted as gravitoelectric mass and gravitoelectric current of the PD solution, respectively, if there are no gravitomagnetic monopoles present. Furthermore, the square of the Bel–Robinson tensor reads (B2 + E2)2 for the PD solution, reminiscent of the square of the energy density in electrodynamics. By analogy to the energy–momentum 3-form of the electromagnetic field, we provide an alternative way to derive the recently introduced Bel–Robinson 3-form, from which the Bel–Robinson tensor can be calculated. We also determine the Kummer tensor, a tensor cubic in curvature, for a general type D solution for the first time, and calculate the pieces of its irreducible decomposition. The calculations are carried out in two coordinate systems: In the original polynomial PD coordinates and in a modified Boyer–Lindquist-like version introduced by Griffiths and Podolský (GP) allowing for a more straightforward physical interpretation of the free parameters.

This paper is to summarize the involvement of the stress energy tensor in the study of fluid mechanics. In the first part we will see the implication that carries the stress energy tensor in the framework of general relativity. In the second part, we will study the stress energy tensor under the mechanics of perfect fluids, allowing us to lead third party in the case of Newtonian fluids, and in the last part we will see that it is possible to define space-time as a no-Newtonian fluids.

The model of electron is offered with quark distribution of charge density and ”white hole” (on similarity of ”black hole” in gravitation) in a center. Such structure abolishes the crisis of electromagnetic mass, calculated on universal formula and on the impulse of the electromagnetic field. A model in order to please a classic electrodynamics keeps monolithic nature of elementary particle, and in order to please a quantum allows the separate charged zones to interpret as separate quarks. Coming from harmony of spheres of the separate charged zones, a white hole can be interpreted as white (neutral) quark conditionally in addition to three coloured. As after the electric radius re = 1.185246·10−15 m of white hole the laws of electricity do not operate, then the crisis of point charge is removed at the same time too, because of must be: r ≥ re.

We search a canonical basis of Dirac's observables for the classical Abelian Higgs model with fermions in the case of a trivial U(1) principal bundle. The study of the Gauss law first class constraint shows that the model has two disjoint sectors of solutions associated with two physically different phases. In the electromagnetic phase, the electromagnetic field remains massless: after the determination of the Dirac's observables we get that both the reduced physical Hamiltonian and Lagrangian are nonlocal. In the Higgs phase, the electromagnetic field becomes massive and in terms of Dirac's observables we get a local, but nonanalytic in the electric charge (or equivalently in the sum of the electromagnetic mass and of the residual Higgs field), physical Hamiltonian; however the associated Lagrangian is nonlocal. Some comments on the R-gauge-fixing, the possible elimination of the residual Higgs field and on the Nielsen–Olesen vortex solution close the paper.
