Adoption of information technology into enterprise strategies, has become a solution to increase the optimum service for both internal and external demands. IT governance model that emerged from a method used to quantify and evaluate the transparency of the information system that has been running in a company. The purpose of this research that resulted in the application of IT strategy map in order to the implementation of IT governance, mapped to the COBIT and IT-BSC perspective. From this research known domain corresponding IT Governance, and to produce map strategies that can be applied to raise the company's customer orientation and service.

Information technology becomes one of the important elements for an organization or company in realizing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance.  To create a company that has a good performance, it requiring the existence of an information system to assisting the management in taking a decision. In its implementation, the use of existing information system still encounter some obstacles during the operation. In this study, the authors used application belongs to Mail and Logistic (MLO) agenpos application. Therefore, SWOT analysis is needed to know the strengths and weakness in internal factors and to know the opportunities and threats in external factors. Choosing the right strategy can maximize the strengths and opportunities, on the other side can minimize the weaknesses and threats.

CV. Jaya Abadi is a company engaged in the sale of building materials. This company in its business activities has not implemented information technology as a whole. One of the problems that need to be considered in the company's business processes is the inventory system. The inventory system is carried out using paper files which have a less effective and efficient impact and hinder company performance. Often there are errors in recording inventory. A reliable information system is needed so that the transaction process runs optimally and reduces errors made by employees. PT. Medista Utama is a company engaged in the distribution of medical devices. We have implemented an information system in the inventory section that is used to control the movement of products in the company. The system used must be able to manage, convey and maintain information security properly. So it is necessary to carry out an audit that aims to evaluate the information system governance that is running and ensure that the existing procedures support the existing business processes in the company. The audits were conducted following the standards of the COBIT 4.1 Framework for IT governance. This study will focus on the Delivery Service and Support (DSS) domain to analyze several aspects of IT that are currently running in this company, from the level of system security used to the management carried out by the system. In this domain, the research is focused on the DS5, DS10, and DS11 sub-domains. From the research results it is known that DS5 is at the level of 1.3; DS10 and DS11 are at level 2 (Repetitive but Intuitive). The conclusion is the level of capability obtained from the inventory information system of PT. Medista Utama is still below the expected level. And many improvements are needed to maximize the company's performance to achieve the expected Maturity Level value.

Information Technology (IT) governance is used to manage and optimize IT resources in supporting organizational goals. The Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Salatiga City as part of a government organization has built E-Legal Drafting information system to develop the functions of making regional legal products as well as the realization of e-government development in the legal field. The COBIT framework supports IT governance by providing work support to regulate IT alignment with the organization's business objectives. The results of this study are expected to show an overview of the implementation of IT governance in E-Legal Drafting information system from APO domain within the COBIT 5 framework, show the current system information level of capability and performance that is obtained from the measurement of capability levels, and also providing evaluation and recomendation based on the results of the gap analysis to help obtain the quality of information systems expected by the Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Salatiga City.

Manies Group is a company engaged in the sale of fashion that has been known by the people of the City of Madiun since 1971. Business competition is getting higher with the construction of several Mall and Department Stores. One strategy to deal with such competition is through information technology and information systems. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the information system strategic planning for Manies Group. The purpose of this study is to identify data needs to develop information systems and information technology. The planning analysis methodology uses the framework of John Ward and Joe Peppard. The analysis results are mapped using portfolio designs using McFarlan's Strategic Grid. The final result of this research is a document on the IS / IT strategic plan that supports the process of designing and building information systems for Manies Group

PT. Tempu Rejo is one of the companies in Jember which is engaged in tobacco processing to produce cigarette. PT. Tempu Rejo applying information technology in the daily operation included in its payment information system, such as biometric identifier as a tool of absence and using applications that support payment in the company. In a company that has applied IT in its operation including payment information system should be evaluated. Evaluation is needed in order to make improvements to the company's payment information system. In this research, the information technology governance standard used is COBIT 5 domain Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS), especially DSS01, DSS03, and DSS05. This research used a qualitative approach by using the method of interviewing and observation as data collection techniques. The result of this research shows that Capability Level of DSS01, DSS03, and DSS05 process are at level 3 (established process). Recommendations are to conduct periodic evaluations to improve performance and create a complete Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) related to the company's payment information system.

Not only for enterprises, educational institution use information technology for teaching and learning. Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) aware that IT is very important in the world of education. To measure effectiveness in IT governance, UMN needs audit information system using the COBIT 5.0 framework in order to determine the extent to which the performance of the IT department and also know the UMN produce a solution to every problem is unresolved. The object of this study is the Department of Information Technology UMN. This study uses COBIT 5.0 with 5 domains that is Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM); Align, Plan and Organize (APO); Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI); Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) and Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA). At 37 the process of the 5 IT governance domains belonging to COBIT 5.0 by using the stages of COBIT 5.0 is filtered into 10 processes. The data collection was done by interviewing the manager of IT department, observation of documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires to the two heads of divisions within the IT department manager for IT departments demand UMN. The results of this study each domain is at 1 st level (incomplete). Capability level values achieved by EDM01 is 81.84%, EDM02 is 76.17%, APO01 is 73.28%, APO02 is 67.72%, APO03 is 52.30%, APO05 is 66.44%, APO07 is 64.20%, APO08 is 75.19%, BAI01 is 56.33%, and BAI02 is 65.20%. Competitions faced by companies are some obstacles in achieving the business objectives to maintain the company's growth and survival. The use of information technology trend requires companies to use it in order to compete with competitors. Strategic planning of information system (IS) and information technology (IT) which refer to business strategy should be customized to the company's business processes. The process of finding a future application portfolio is preceded by the discovery of business strategy, IS/IT strategy managemen and IT strategy. The method used is the strategic planning of information system and information technology of Ward and Peppard. The discovery of business strategy through internal and external analysis of the company is done using tools: PEST, SWOT, Porter's five competitive model, Value chain, and CSF. The analysis of the current information systems helps determine the proposed IS and IT plan. The result achieved is strategic system plan and information technology that are appropriate to the company in achieving its business goals.
