Human resource management is organizing, implementing, and controlling human resources within the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Human resources, as one of the funds in the organization, play an essential role in the success of achieving organizational goals. Success depends on the ability of human resources to carry out their duties and functions. Employee performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks following the responsibilities given to him. Productivity is servicing union input resources used in the production process. Motivation is a collection of behaviors that provide a foundation for someone to act in a way that directed to a specific goal. Seven crucial factors that are used to employee performance Work spirit is a condition of how an employee does the work every day. The higher the mind, the work will improve employee productivity.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. The article deals with human resource management, its theoretical principles, and its use in practice in the era of globalization. The main goal of this paper is to analyze and describe human resource management focused on the process of human resource development and education. The article shows how the principles are applied in a selected Information-Communication Technologies (ICT) company in Slovakia as an attractive employer who is interested in satisfaction, education, and growth of its employees, thus employer branding. The data was collected through a questionnaire survey with employees in the selected company. Secondary data from corporate sources were used, too. The aim of the survey was to point out the human resources management in a selected company and to examine the perception of the impact of employees development on their performance and to design effective approaches to personnel development in a selected company with an impact on employee performance. The aim of the survey was to find out whether there was a dependence between the subjectively perceived performance of the employees and individual aspects, which are the completion of technical training programs, individual evaluation of the employee, relocation of the employee, and the number of completed training activities. A questionnaire survey was used to achieve this goal.

The more professional human resources are in control, the vision and mission and goals of the company will be achieved effectively, efficiently, and productively (Budiharjo, 2015: 5). Therefore, human resource management is needed that is not only able to recruit it, but able to retain competent employees and improve the performance of its employees so the company can continue to develop better and be able to compete with its competitors (Budiharjo, 2015: 8). The results showed that: 1) There was an influence of professionalism on employee work productivity, as evidenced by the tcount for the Professionalism (X) variable of 20,830, while the t-table value for N = 85 was 1,988. So 20,830> 1,988, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be stated that Professionalism (X) has a significant effect on Employee Productivity (Y). Probability value (significance) = 0,000. So the probability is 0,000 below 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect between the professional variable (X) on the Employee Productivity variable (Y), because the probability value is smaller than 0.05. 2) There is an influence of Professionalism on Employee Work Productivity, as evidenced by the R Square value of 0.839. This shows that 83.9% Professionalism (X) affects Employee Productivity (Y), while the remaining 16.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Human resources are one of the most important factors that cannot even be separated from organizations, both institutions and companies. Human resources are also a determining key development of the company. Basically, human resources are people who are employed in an organization as a driver to achieve organizational goals. So to achieve this goal there needs to be good management. In this paper, we present a discussion of the notion of human resource management, the function of human resource management, the implementation of human resource management, the objectives of human resources and the scope of human resource management with various references.

Table tennis is a sport that uses small balls. The game is simple and it can be played by all ages. The movements are consistent in hitting, directing, placing the ball in difficult position on opponent’s table. Human resource management is the withdrawal, selection, development, maintenance and use of human resources to achieve both individual and organizational goals. The purpose of the research is to determine the application of human resource management in the Indonesian Table Tennis Federation (PTMSI) Cilacap. There were 35 people as the population of the research. The population was consisted of administrators, coaches, and athletes. There were 20 respondents of the research, consisting of 5 administrators, 2 coaches, and 13 athletes. The research uses a descriptive verification method using a questionnaire instrument. Each respondent gets different questions depend on the duties and responsibilities at PTMSI Cilacap Regency. The results of the research show that the implementation of human resources management at PTMSI Cilacap has been running well. This can be seen from the complete organizational structure and the clear purposes of the establishment of PTMSI Cilacap, as outlined in both vision and mission of PTMSI Cilacap. The management members of PTMSI Cilacap have worked well in accordance with the scope of work and responsibilities of each section. The management also do reorganization every four years. Besides, the management open recruitments for athletes and coaches with selection, according to the valid and formal guidelines. Furthermore, there is promotion for athletes and coaches who can achieve targets and there is also degradation for those who have bad performance.

Therefore, it plays an essential role because preparation is the process of determining the direction and purpose of activity to be performed. Rational resource devising in the field of education needs to be involved in examining the needs of workers who will occupy the position of human resources required by educational institutions. The demand for human resources in the future can be planned as immeasurable as possible to obtain quality human resources asexpected.

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the global economy and business, and Human Resources (HR) is at its heart. With the organization now on the cusp of recovery, the role of HR has become even more important. The question is not limited in terms of imagining the impact and role of human resources in the future post-COVID-19. One thing is certain - the pandemic and its inherent effects on business have highlighted the need for adaptability and resilience in today's workforce, accelerated the shift towards a new digital economy, and emphasized the importance of HR in the new normal. This study tries to describe the role of human resource management in an effort to restore organizational performance. This study is a qualitative research using descriptive methods to describe the object under study. The results showed that the role of HRM during the COVID-19 pandemic was very strategic, especially in terms of maintaining the health and safety of workers when returning to work by implementing strict health protocols and also providing guidance and assistance for employees affected by COVID-19 such as downsizing and restructurisation. This research also presents HR transformation in terms of employee performance appraisal using results-based performance methods and the use of technology as a support in job optimization

Human resources management plays a significant role in the actualization of organizational goals. It provides the organisation with various strategies and design policies to sustain the organisation. Aside from its known general purposes of getting the right sets of people with acquired skills and knowledge to man strategic positions that will ease the flow of work, it is also of great importance to the survival of existing businesses and resuscitation of failed businesses. It is suggested that human resources management plays substantial role in the revitalization of failed entities therefore this paper x-rays its input in the entire processes.

Dedication method with counseling, discussion and question and answer as well as personal evaluation.After the counseling activities on human resource management are carried out, youth or youth can implement the Karang Taruna activities so that the purpose of the Karang Taruna Youth Organization to help and advance the local community can be realized. Metode pengabdian dengan penyuluhan, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta evaluasi secara personal. Setelah kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia dilaksanakan, para remaja atau pemuda dapat mengimplementasikan pada kegiatan Karang Taruna sehingga tujuan dari Karang Taruna Cidokom untuk membantu dan memajukan masyarakat setempat dapat diwujudkan.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia

The purpose of this study to determine the process of improving employee performance at PT. Pulau Kencana Raya, The process of improving employee performance at PT. Pulau Kencana Raya is implemented based on 3 (three) tahapa Target Achievement, Performance Assessment and Provision of motivation.
