Environmental problems are not new, such as pollution, climate change, depletion of natural resources, waste disposal, deforestation, depletion of the ozone layer, and acid rain. If this problem is not immediately addressed, the sustainability of human life on earth will be worrying. These problems can be overcome with environmental education. Awareness of the importance of the environment needs to be increased. Teachers as educators have an important role in teaching environmental education and raise awareness of students about the importance of the environment.

To determine how scholars have tackled the study of food as part of world histories, this article reviews research connecting the history of food with that of human mobility. It explores how and under what circumstances food practices "spread" or "diffuse" among human societies. It asserts that the study of food is becoming a more central theme in world history due to recent interest in mapping the links among the culturally distinct societies of the six continents over the course of human life on earth. Such histories offer a glimpse into the relationship of the general and particular in culinary culture. World histories indicate that trade, human migrations, and media are the mechanisms that allow particular foods, food practices, food technologies, and food knowledge to travel across space and time, and cultural boundaries to become general.

The environment is an influential component in implementing teaching and learning activities. According to Ira, Ramadhan, and Nursaid (2016) the environment is everything that is in the human environment in the process of growing life and the bonds between other creatures where humans grow. The environment can support the course of teaching and learning activities in schools. A clean school environment will make the learning atmosphere comfortable and vice versa. However, the level of human awareness of the environment is very minimal. Teachers who become teaching staff play an important role in teaching students about environmental education and foster a sense of care for students in preserving the environment.

The school environment has an impact on student learning in school, because if the school environment makes students feel uncomfortable, then these students will also lack their focus on learning, and if these students do not focus on learning, students will not understand what the teacher is teaching in front of the class . So, indirectly, learning at schools that have adequate environments and comfortable facilities is better than schools with dirty environments and uncomfortable facilities. The environment is defined as all objects, conditions, circumstances and influences that exist in the room that we live in and affect living things, including human life (Emil Salim 1976). Problems regarding the environment are not something new. Environmental problems are closely related to the pattern of human life as well as the development of human language. Apart from our country, Indonesia, other countries also have environmental problems. The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

Since its evolution environment has remained both a matter of awe and concern to man. The frontier attitude of the industrialized society towards nature has not only endangered the survival of all other life forms but also threatened the very existence of human life. The realization of such potential danger has necessitated the dissemination of knowledge and skill vis-a-vis environment protection at all stages of learning. Therefore, learners of all stages of learning need to be sensitized with a missionary zeal. This may ensure transformation of students into committed citizens for averting global environment crisis. The advancement of science and technology made the life more and more relaxed and man also became more and more ambitious. With such development, human dependence on environment increased. He consumed more resources and the effect of his activities on the environment became more and more detectable. Environment covers all the things present around the living beings and above the land, on the surface of the earth and under the earth. Environment indicates, in total, all of peripheral forces, pressures and circumstances, which affect the life, nature, behaviour, growth, development and maturation of living beings. Irrational exploitation (not utilization) of natural resources for our greed (not need) has endangered our survival, and incurred incalculable harm. Environmental Education is a science, a well-thought, permanent, lasting and integrated process of equipping learning experiences for getting awareness, knowledge, understanding, skills, values, technical expertise and involvement of learners with desirable attitudinal changes about their relationship with their natural and biophysical environment. Environmental Education is an organized effort to educate the masses about environment, its functions, need, importance, and especially how human beings can manage their behaviour in order to live in a sustainable manner.  The term 'environmental awareness' refers to creating general awareness of environmental issues, their causes by bringing about changes in perception, attitude, values and necessary skills to solve environment related problems. Moreover, it is the first step leading to the formation of responsible environmental behaviour (Stern, 2000). With the ever increasing development by modern man, large scale degradation of natural resources have been occurred, the public has to be educated about the fact that if we are degrading our environment we are actually harming ourselves. To encourage meaningful public participation and environment, it is necessary to create awareness about environment pollution and related adverse effects. This is the crucial time that environmental awareness and environmental sensitivity should be cultivated among the masses particularly among youths. For the awareness of society it is essential to work at a gross root level. So the whole society can work to save the environment.
