This study aims to determine whether the leadership the principal influence on Teacher Performance in School MAN 1 Medan . To determine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable we used the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) . It is also used partial test (t test) to determine whether it is still the independent variables significantly influencing variables . Filing is done at the 95% confidence level or confidence level α = 0.05 % error ( 5 % ) . The number of objects or samples of multiple linear regression. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.082 or 8.2% indicates that the variable Leadership able to explain the variations that occur in the performance of teachers in the School of MAN 1 Medan, while the remaining 91.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study , Based on hypothesis testing (test T) obtained tcount Leadership for smaller 0.847 leadership variables in the appeal ttabel 1.671 and 0.421 significance value greater than 0.05, then H0 is accepted and H1 is declined, thus partially leadership variable does not affect the performance of teachers in school MAN 1 Medan

This study is entitled "The Effect of Income and Interest Rates on the Decision of Taking Mortgages at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Prabumulih Branch". The main problem in this research is how much income and interest rates influence the decision to take KPR at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Prabumulih Branch. Determination of the sample in this study is to use the accidental sampling method, namely random sampling. The number of samples studied were 100 respondents who worked, both as private employees, BUMN employees, and Civil Servants (PNS) who were classified based on the income they received per month. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study concluded that income and interest rates influence the decision to take a mortgage at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Prabumulih of 46.8%. Researchers give advice, companies engaged in housing should really pay attention to what factors are very influential in determining the buyer's decision to take a mortgage so that companies avoid unwanted problems, such as bad loans

The implementation of regional autonomy is not only focused on central grants in the form of balancing funds. The regions can be self-sufficient to take care of their own households including local financial independence by utilizing and utilizing, and managing the potentials in the regions in order to improve public services to the community and regional development. The purpose of this research is to know whether there is influence of Local Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) to the level of Financial Independence of Banyuwangi Regency either partially or simultaneously. The population in this research is Banyuwangi Regency using secondary data in the form of Budget Realization Report (BRR) of Banyuwangi Regency in 2012 - 2016. Hypothesis testing in this research use multiple linear regression with t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The data that have been collected is analyzed first by testing the classical assumption then hypothesis tested by SPSS 20.0.

This study aims to determine the effect of store's atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions Nick Coffee Consumers in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 100 respondents, using accidental sampling technique . Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test with calculations are performed using SPSS, the comparison between  the  (n-k-1) = 100-2-1 = 97 (1.9826).) . From the results of hypothesis testing that Store's Atmosphere (X1) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee consumers in Bengkulu City , with T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 and Product Quality (X2) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee City consumers Bengkulu , with the T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 . Testing the hypothesis of the T test and F test shows that the Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level <0.05. This means that Ho was refused Ha was accepted. In other words Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect both partially and jointly on purchasing decisions at Nick Coffee Bengkulu City . This is evidenced by the f test showing a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Leadership Style, Incentives and Motivation on Employee Work Achievement at the Langsa City Office of Environmental Sanitation (BLHK). The research sample of 45 respondents Officer at the Office (BLHK). The variable used is the dependent variable is Employee Job Performance. while the independent variables are Leadership Style, Incentives and Motivation. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. Hypothesis testing using the F test found that the variables of Leadership Style, Incentives and Motivation have a significant effect together on Employee Job Performance. While the t test or partially states that the variables of Leadership Style, Incentives and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Performance.

From the analysis using multiple linear regression method, the obtained results thatvariable of price has a significant impact on buying decision with result t-test (partial) obtained tvalue > t table (3.693 >1.993) with significant obtained about 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho rejected and Haaccepted. Variable of product quality has a significant impact on buying decision with result t-test(partial) obtained t value > t table (2.787 >1.993) with significant value obtained about 0.007 < 0.05then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Variable of brand image has a significant impact on buyingdecision with result t-test (partial) obtained t value > t table (2.289 >1.993) with significant valueobtained about 0.025 < 0.05, then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Variable of price, product quality,and brand image that simultaneous has a significant impact on buying decision with result F-test(simultaneous) obtained F value > F table (17.126 > 2.730) with significant value obtained about0.000 < 0.05 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Dimensions Coefficient of determination about0.389 or 38.9% which means independent variables consisting of price, product quality, and brandimage has a contribution obtained 38.9% toward buying decision, while the remaining (100% -38.9% = 61.1%) was influenced by factors other factors that are not discussed in this study.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know whether there is influence of Local Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) to the level of Financial Independence of Banyuwangi Regency year 2012 - 2016 either partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence between theories and facts related to the independent variables, namely organizational culture, work environment and work discipline as well as the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction. The quantitative method approach with the form of cause and effect is associative (causal). The total population and sample of this research were 70 respondents, which means that all populations will be made respondents using non-probability sampling, which is commonly referred to as saturated samples. In analyzing the data, the writer uses inferential statistics, namely by testing the feasibility of the data to be studied which includes the validity test (validity) and the reliable test (reliability), then the classical assumption test such as normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. As for the hypothesis testing using the Fisher test (F test) and t test (t test), then testing the coefficient of determination, as well as testing multiple linear regression analysis. The value obtained in this study, Hypothesis testing, obtained that the F test (simultaneously) the independent variables (organizational culture, work environment and work discipline) get a greater value than the table which means that there is a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (Job Satisfaction). where the value of Fcount > Ftable (9.337> 2.51). The results of the partial test of organizational culture on job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect, where the value of tcount > t table (3.325> 1.99). Work environment on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, where the value of tcount > ttable (4.264> 1.99). Work discipline on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, where the value of tcount > ttable (2.364> 1.99). The contribution of the independent variables, namely organizational culture, work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction, shows the Adjusted R Square figure of 0.266 or 26.6%, where 73.4% are other components outside of this research. And finally, in the multiple linear regression equation test it produces Y = 7.438 + 0.087X1 + 0.137X2 + 0.089X3. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta membuktikan kesesuaian antara teori dengan fakta terkait seberapa besar variabel-variabel bebas budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat kepuasan kerja. Pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk sebab akibat yaitu asosiatif (kausal). Sampel berdasarkan populasi yang ada berjumlah 70 responden, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dengan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik inferensial (parametris) dengan uji kelayakan data meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yaitu normalitas, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas. Adapun uji hipotesis dilakukan uji F, uji uji t, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan rangkaian uji didapat uji F (simultan) variabel bebas (budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (kepuasan kerja) di mana nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (9.337>2.51). Hasil uji parsial budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan, di mana nilai thitung>ttabel (3.325>1.99). Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan, di mana nilai thitung>ttabel (4.264>1.99). Disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, di mana nilai thitung>ttabel (2.364>1.99). Besaran sumbangsih variabel bebas yaitu budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja didapat angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0.266 atau 26,6% di mana 73,4% adalah faktor-faktor lain yang tidak teridentifikasi. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

The purpose of the research was to know the affect of many factors which affected to the production volume in PT. Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. What the price of raw materials was and the used of raw materials partially and simultan eously affected on the production volume. The analysis tool which used was a model of multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing used t test and F test, both at the significant level 5%. Based of the analysis of research on PT Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. Partially, inventory raw material price had not significant effect on the production volume, consumption of raw material inventory affected significantly of the production volume. Inventory of raw material price and the use of raw material simultan eously affect significantly to the production volume.
