Abstrak- In general, this study aims to find out and analyze what is the administration of students and what matters relating to the administration of students. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Student administration is a process of administration and services related to students in a school consisting of planning, admission of new students, coaching while students are in school, until students complete their education. Or student administration is the activity of recording students from the admission process to students graduating from school or leaving due to transfer schools or other reasons. Student administration is carried out with efforts to create an atmosphere conducive to effective learning processes. The task of the principal and the teacher is to provide services by showing what is needed, felt and aspired by students within the limits of authority, desires and applicable school rules and regulations. The process of activities carried out in the framework of the administration of learners is divided into three stages, namely (a) administrative activities at the beginning of the school year, (b) administration during the school year and (c) administration at the end of the school year.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of administrative administration in a school. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Etymologically, Administration is the activity of providing assistance in managing information, people and assets towards an objective collected in an organization. There are several notions of Administration, but all of them have almost the same understanding that leads to writing and note taking notes. There are several things that can be done by a teacher in terms of administration in his school. Among them: Student Recording of these students is mainly new students-class students-per-semester and who repeat classes, transfers, and the number of students who drop out due to graduate or even due to drop out. With this recording, it is easily known the number of students and their development in each school year. In addition, another task is recording the attendance list of students, in order to calculate student activity and participation in collaboration and as a means of control in enforcing school rules. And the most important is the data about student achievement. To be able to see progress or setbacks immediately can be seen from the student documentation. All results of this recording are needed as material for real reports to his superiors.

Student administration is a process or activity undertaken for students ranging from planning student admission to students completing their education in order to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently.The purpose of the administration of students in education is generally to regulate all activities related to students so that the learning process runs effectively and efficiently so that educational goals can be achieved to the maximum.In student administration there is a process or activity carried out by the administrator which is the beginning of the school year activities which include planning (determination of capacity, determination of the requirements of new students, formation of committees / admissions officers) and admission of new students. Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze supervision techniques. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. The supervision process is a series of activities that are carried out when conducting supervision. According to the Education Management Specialist Team (2004: 53) in general the process of supervision is carried out through three stages: Planning activities. refer to the problem identification activity. The steps carried out in supervision planning are: (1) Collecting data through class visits, personal meetings or staff meetings, (2) Processing data by correcting the truth of the data collected, (3) Classifying data according to problem areas, ( 4) Draw conclusions about the target problem in accordance with the actual situation, (5) Establish appropriate techniques used to improve or enhance the professionalism of Educators. Implementation, implementation activities are real activities carried out to improve or enhance the ability of Educators. Implementation activities are activities providing assistance from supervisors to Educators, so that they can be carried out effectively the implementation must be in accordance with the plan that has been determined and there is a follow up to see the success of the process and the results of the supervision. Evaluation, Evaluation activities are activities to examine the success of the process and the results of the supervision. Evaluation is carried out comprehensively. The aim of the supervision evaluation is for all people involved in the supervision process. The results of the supervision evaluation will be used as a guide.
