This study explores the relevance of organizational communication dimension to the performance of lecturers. The population in this study is all permanent lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. Based on sampling techniques, the obtained sample of 97 permanent lecturers, but there are 14 data containing outliers, so that you can proceed to the analysis phase only 83 questionnaires. Hypothesis testing is done using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with WaphPLS Ver. 5.0 as research equipment was used to test the study hypothesis. The results of the study provide evidence that the quality of information media positive and significant impact on the performance of lecturers. Accessibility of information is good, resulting in an increase in the performance of lecturers. Information dissemination conducted by universities is relatively low, but significant effect on improving the performance of lecturers. Load information owned by the university is relatively low, but significant effect on improving the performance of lecturers. Accuracy of information produced by the university is relatively low, but significant effect on improving the performance of lecturers

The population in this research is employees teller and customer service department of Bank BJB in subang city. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling by using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaire data collection method. Hypothesis testing used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with variance Structural equation test or better known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the research shows that Quality System has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of Information has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Quality of System has a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, Information Quality has positive significant effect on user satisfaction, and Perceived Usefulness has no effect to User Satisfaction

This research is motivated by the rapid growth of online businesses in the modern era today is characterized by many new competitors in the business world oline (Marketplace). The purpose of this study is to find out how influential the level of perception of promotion, quality of information, and diversity of products through trust in purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is quantifiable for the population and the sample is a tokopedia application user in Bekasi district with a sample number of 106 respondents and for its analysis using the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that trust variables can mediate the perception of promotion and quality of information with positive and significant results on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to find a model for increasing the lecturers work loyalty of private university by using Structural Equation Modeling. The research sample was 150 lecturers of five private universities in Banda Aceh. The questionnaire is the main instrument for data collection. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a structural equation model (SEM) operationalized with AMOS 21. The study revealed that lecturer work loyalty was positively and significantly affected by job satisfaction and their assessment of rewards and work environment. Therefore, an increase in lecturer work loyalty can be done through university foundation policy intervention in increasing rewards and improving the work environment quality of the university.

This article tests the links between attributes of stakeholder engagement (information sharing [quantity and quality of information sharing], procedural fairness [respectful treatment and providing voice], and empathy) and local communities’ acceptance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives with the mediating roles of trust and perceived environmental protection. Using Ghana as a case, survey data were collected from 604 local inhabitants in mining communities for the study. In analyzing data with a structural equation modeling technique via IBM SPSS AMOS Version 22.0, the quality of information shared, respectful treatment, giving voice to and showing empathy to local inhabitants positively related with trust. Trust and perceived environmental protection partially mediated the relationships between attributes of stakeholder engagement and acceptance of CSR. The findings show different dimensions with different extent to which trust between mining firms and local communities can resolve conflicts on CSR initiatives as well as provide guidelines for healthy communication between stakeholders.

<em>We investigate the Delone &amp; Mclean success system model on JKN-Mobile in the Indonesian Social Security Provider for Health - BPJS. The research was conducted through a direct survey of users of the JKN mobile system to the Health Social Security Administrators at the Semarang City Office. The data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling, namely the SmartPLS application. The results showed that the quality of JKN Mobile services affected the system to use. User satisfaction is determined by the quality of information, system quality, and service quality of the JKN Mobile system, which affects the benefits of the JKN Mobile system. This study has contributed to the success of the system at the success model JKN mobile applications used extensively and intensively.</em>

The present paper reexamines the psychometric properties of the Quality Perception Questionnaire (QPQ), an Italian survey instrument measuring patients’ perceptions of the quality of a recent hospital admission experience, in a sample of 4400 patients (Mage = 56.42 years; SD = 19.71 years, 48.8% females). The 14-item survey measures four factors: satisfaction with medical doctors, nursing staff, auxiliary staff, and hospital structures. First, we tested two models using a confirmatory factor analysis (structural equation modeling): a four orthogonal factor and a four oblique factor model. The SEM fit indices and the χ² difference suggested the acceptance of the second model. We then did a simulation using a bootstrap with 1000 replications. Results confirmed the four oblique factor solution. Third, we tested whether there were significant differences with respect to age or sex. The multivariate general linear model showed no significant differences in the factors with respect to sex or age.

Abstract. The current study analyzes how two components of perceived organizational communication (vertical and horizontal) are related to employee turnover intentions via three types of affective commitment foci (organization, supervisor, and team). Using second-order confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling techniques with a large cross-sectional dataset ( n = 3,317), our results show that, in line with social cohesion theory, vertical communication (e.g., supportiveness from the organization) is strongly related to affective organizational commitment, whereas horizontal communication (e.g., supportiveness from colleagues) is primarily related to affective team commitment. Additionally, both communication dimensions are related to affective supervisory commitment. Finally, these three foci of affective commitment incrementally explain and differentially mediate the relationship between perceived organizational communication and turnover intention.
