The term etymology curriculum comes from Latin, namely curricular which means the distance that must be traveled by a runner. And in French, the term curriculum comes from the word courier which means to run. So that the curriculum means a distance that must be traveled by a runner from the start line to the line up to the finish line to get a medal or award. The distance traveled is then changed to a school program and everyone involved in it. Thus in a narrow sense the curriculum is defined as a number of subjects that must be studied by students within a certain period. And in a broad understanding the curriculum is defined by all learning experiences provided to students, as long as they attend education and learning in certain schools or educational institutions.

The issue of environmental pollution has come to the attention of the world community and has become a strategic issue in sustainable development, so it needs to have the support of all parties, including the government, the private sector and educational institutions. Integrated Junior High School Lampang, Subang Regency West Java Indonesia has been implementing the green school program since 2008 and in 2019 it was entrusted by the West Java Education Office to be proposed as a national level green school program. Some achievements as a green school implementing school are private schools that have obtained "A" (exellent) accreditation with a beautiful environment and are able to fulfil 4 (four) components, namely (1) environmentally sound policies, (2) implementation of environment-based curriculum, (3) participatory-based environmental activities and (4) management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities Keywords : Management, green school Isu pencemaran lingkungan hidup telah menjadi perhatian masyarakat dunia dan menjadi isu strategis dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan, sehingga perlu mendapat dukungan semua pihak baik pemerintah, sector swasta maupun lembaga pendidikan. SMPS Terpadu Lampang Kabupaten Subang telah melaksanakan program adiwiyata sejak tahun 2008 dan pada tahun 2019 diberi kepercayaan oleh Dinas Pandidikan Jawa Barat diusulkan sebagai Sekolah Adiwiyata (green school program)  tingkat nasional. Beberapa capaian sebagai sekolah pelaksana green shcool  adalah sekolah swasta yang telah memperoleh akreditasi “A” (Unggul) dengan lingkungan asri dan mampu memenuhi 4 (empat) komponen yaitu (1) kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan, (2) pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan, (3) kegiatan lingkungan berbasis partisipatif dan (4) pengelolaan sarana pendukung ramah lingkungan Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Sekolah Adiwiyata

In the science of civil law, two approaches to the understanding and interpretation of accessory have been formed.  The first approach can be defined as the understanding of accessory in the "narrow" sense, the second - in the "broad" sense. Russian civil law contains signs of accessory in the "narrow" sense. For this reason, the problem of the concept of "accessory" is seen, which is subject to the identification of an accessory legal relationship with a security obligation, which in turn impoverishes the idea of the role of accessory in the system of legal relationships. With the development of circulation and the complication of law, examples of accessory legal relations of a different kind appeared that were not related to security obligations, i.e. "Broad" understanding of accessory, which has an auxiliary, secondary nature of the obligation, which can not always have a security focus.  Russian arbitration courts have developed a number of rules to make up for the shortcomings of the institution of accessory in Russian civil law, and the possibility of using accessory in the "broad" sense. It is concluded that de jure the concept of accessory in Russian civil law is reflected in the "narrow" sense, and de facto, accessory is applied in the "broad" sense.

With the rapid growth of online education in recent years, Learning Analytics (LA) has gained increasing attention from researchers and educational institutions as an area which can improve the overall effectiveness of learning experiences. However, the lack of guidelines on what should be taken into consideration during application of LA hinders its full adoption. Therefore, this article investigates the issues that should be considered when approaching the design of LA experiences from the data preparation perspective. The obtained results highlight a validated LA framework of twenty-two designing issues that should be considered by various stakeholders in different contexts as well as a set of guidelines which can enhance designing LA experiences.

We consider the ability of language to express identical content by periphrastic means that reflects in the periphrase and synonym ratio. We prove that in the narrow sense periphrastic names cannot be considered as a simple synonymous replacement of the word-nominee, since the meaning of the periphrase is not identical with the meaning of the word-nominee. Periphrasis is more voluminous, wider in its content due to the presence of certain structural components or the presence of associative features. These features focus attention of the linguistic personality and allow allocating a specific descriptive feature in the periphrasis image. In a broad sense periphrases and synonyms are considered as stylistic synonyms. Meanwhile in language there are non-stylistic periphrases for celestial object. Opportunity of duplicate use of the words “moon” and “month” shows semantic opposition. As exemplified in the names of celestial bodies there is tendency of periphrasis and synonym, but not the rules. According to the narrow and broad understanding of periphrasis and synonyms, which relies on the representative function of language, it is necessary to take into account the cognitive factors that determine the relationship between the nominating word (periphrasisable concept) and the periphrasing concept.

Character building is an important step in the process of education, especially Islamic education. The occurrence of various forms of immoral behavior from the community, especially students is an increasingly problematic education today. Character building needs to be done early on to students, both within the family and educational institutions. This paper is intended to look at the process of character building in one of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah institutions in Yogyakarta that applies the Fullday school model with a boarding school education base. The formulation of the problem to be answered is about how the process of implementing the Fullday school system in fostering children's character and how to foster children's character with boarding-based values. The results of the study show that character building through the Fullday school program can run more effectively because the teacher's guidance to students is more intensive. In addition, the planting of the values of the pesantrenan can provide students with supplies, such as serving the parents, living a simple and thrifty life, discipline, and so on. Character education and coaching in MI Nurul Ummah is the parents' choice because education obtained by children outside the home can be guaranteed.

Abstract Background: The closure of all educational institutions and most rehabilitation centres represents a precautionary measure to face the COVID-19 pandemic, but the isolation and social distancing may be particularly challenging for children with special needs and disabilities (SEND), such as Rett Syndrome (RTT). The main aim of this study was to promote cognitive and social interactions among children with RTT through an interactive school program. Methods: The Interactive School palimpsest was composed of moments in which a teacher spoke directly to children with RTT and expected a response through eye gaze, and moments in which stories-cartoon were presented while tracking the eye gaze of children. We investigated behavioural, social and cognitive parameters.Results: Children participated in both social and cognitive tasks with the spontaneous reduction of stereotypies and with increase in attention. They recalled more significant indexes when music or a song was presented together with a cartoon or a cognitive task. Conclusions: This study provides initial insights in promoting cognitive and social interactions and in the support needs of families with a child with RTT during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This article focuses first on fundamental trends weakening the European—specifically, the Slovenian—economy and social structure, which are creating a two-class system consisting of an undereducated/uneducated population unable to compete for employment in an economy increasingly requiring more education to update employees’ skills. Learning and education have become an imperative for people wishing to upgrade their employability to counter increasing unemployment and the impact of an aging society. The study next addresses its purpose—to discover higher educators’ and folk high school educators’ perceptions of an initiative developed to address this social and economic problem, namely, by creating a lifelong learning approach to accredit informal and experiential learning experienced outside the formal higher education system. A national Slovenian conference was organized to focus on these issues. A convenience sample of participants attending this conference were asked to what extent they perceive and expect Slovenian higher education institutions and other educational organizations to accredit nonformal and experiential learning and what criteria and conditions are necessary for a successful initiative. The study explores the European social model, which aims to improve employability to avoid increasing the two-class social system of uneducated and undereducated citizens as the economy increasingly requires more highly educated employees. Although a third of the respondents were unaware of the issues of such an approach to lifelong learning, participants overall perceived that creating a flexible education system, including procedures for validating previous education and other forms of knowledge, should be one of the objectives of higher education institutions, as well as other institutions engaged in adult education. To be effective, the system must be developed and implemented in partnership with employers, individuals, and educational institutions. This article describes the situation with respect to recognizing prior learning in European Union countries and the Slovenian reactions to them. Moreover, it presents results of empirical survey research into the motivation of participants in educational institutions to cooperate in the system established to validate nonformal and informal learning. Respondents recognized a need for and supported developing a system of accrediting lifelong learning experiences. A lifelong learning policy appears to include the three dimensions of innovation, social inclusion, and active citizen participation. The concepts of the learning society, the knowledge society, and lifelong learning have been relatively slow to emerge to become significant influences in Slovenian higher educational attendees’ perceptions as national goals for higher education. A huge discussion among participants manifested support for such an enterprise as a social good, and they recommended forming a commission of higher education institutions to develop a system consisting of a common framework within which accreditation could be implemented to meet increasing social employment needs affecting Slovenian society, with one major criterion: that it be fair and just. Another recommendation was to include employers, individuals, and higher education reference groups in developing the system.

A renowned corporate group states that there is a very important relationship between the development and the educational level of a people, and so decides to improve the mathematics school program as a way to improve academic performance. It starts by developing school texts with a new methodology and then, sponsored by other companies, it donates them to public educational institutions around the country. Shortly after, the program, Math for Everyone, seeks to increase its coverage and leaps to a virtual format, with an interactive proposal geared towards fun and games in order to catch the child and teenager’s attention.
