Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a potentially fatal disease that prompted health disasters worldwide. The virus was reported first from Wuhan, China, in December 2019. SARS-CoV-2 majorly transmits through direct contactwith an infected person or inhalation. The spread rate of SARS-CoV-2 is much higher than the other virus of family. The virus is very harmful to the children, people with old age, low immunity, or suffering from other critical diseases. A total of 29.6 million infected cases and approximately 936000 death were reported worldwide. Whereas in India reached 5.02 Million cases are reported with 82000 deaths. In this paper, the authors had study the Origin of viruses, Symptoms, actions taken by the Indian government, and precautions suggested to healthcare workers. The biometric system's adverse effects in hospitals are highlighted, and authors emphasize IoT-based smart door-lock that works without direct contact. The proposed system helps in reducing contamination at healthcare centers.

Covid-19 has been booming since December 2019, and is a serious concern in the world. The transmission of this virus is very fast, especially in patients who are hospitalized. So that as a precautionary measure of contracting this virus, actions can be taken in the form of enlightenment in terms of cognitive to the community, in this case in the form of Educational Interactive Communication in the form of Health Education. Health education for patients to meet adequate nutritional intake, so that it is hoped that the spread of this virus can be inhibited with high immunity obtained from varied, balanced nutrition, and all aspects of substances that the body needs can be fulfilled. The purpose of this community service is to provide health education to 15 patients. The method provided is in the form of service learning by providing health education to patients by visiting the patient one by one at each patient. The results of this community service were all participants who understand about nutritional intake, types of balanced nutrition, and things that increase immunity in preventing the transmission of covid-19

The Covid-19 virus is one of the deadliest viruses and kills almost every country. As a precautionary measure, the government provides policies that must be obeyed by all levels of society. According to WHO (World Health Organization) standards, the policy is known as the 5M, namely, wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, reducing and reducing mobility. The policy must be applied to the daily activities of the community. Sidoarjo is one of the cities in the red zone recently. Data shows that there are more than 24.000 cases of COVID-19. For this reason, the Sidoarjo government applies 5M very strictly when people are carrying out worship. When the community does not implement it, the administrators of the place of worship will reprimand and give directions to the community. The result is that people in Jati Village apply 5M, including when carrying out worship such as congregational prayers, Friday prayers, and so on. The mosque management always provides masks for worshipers, as an anticipation for people who lose or forget not to bring masks. The purpose of this research is to analyze the rationality of people who apply 5M when worshiping in Jati Sidoarjo Village. Qualitative method using primary and secondary data sources. The theory used is the theory of Max Weber regarding the action of rationality.

Spondylosis deformans is a spinal disease common to several dog breeds, and several treatments including veterinary chiropractic may be used to treat affected dogs. Little is known, however, about the efficacy of chiropractic treatment as precautionary measure, aiming to reduce the probability of spondylosis development. We performed a randomized study where one half of the Boxer puppies from 17 litters were given veterinary chiropractic treatment at monthly intervals from eight weeks of age until they were one year old, while the other half were given no treatment (treated: n = 44, controls: n = 43). At an age of one year, spondylosis occurrence was recorded based on a scoring of X-ray images of the spine. The frequency of occurrence was significantly lower (p = 0.0478) in the treated dogs (25.0%) than in the controls (46.5%). We also tested if spondylosis occurrence in the treated dogs correlated with the average number of spinal joints with decreased mobility found per chiropractic treatment. No such effect was found, however. In summary, our results suggest that veterinary chiropractic treatment may be successfully used to reduce the probability of early development of spondylosis in young Boxers.

The COVID-19 pandemic has made it necessary for medical personnel to protect themselves from aerosol-producing procedures, especially during airway management. The tracheal intubation process has a significant risk based on the spreading of aerosol, especially when the medical service provider is very close to the airway of the patient. We have developed a novel conservation tent that provides a barrier for healthcare professionals and patients. Through a simulation study, the relationship between the use of the protection tent during intubation and the contamination of medical personnel before and after the movement of the protection tent was explored. A series of experiments in this article provide a theoretical basis for the verification of spray morphology during gas curing and droplet intubation. This inexpensive and simple method for using transparent cloth in the intubation of patients with unknown COVID-19 status can be applied by frontline medical personnel as an additional precautionary measure.

Random outbreaks of infectious diseases in the past have left a persistent impact on societies. Currently, COVID-19 is spreading worldwide and consequently risking human lives. In this regard, maintaining physical distance has turned into an essential precautionary measure to curb the spread of the virus. In this paper, we propose an autonomous monitoring system that is able to enforce physical distancing rules in large areas round the clock without human intervention. We present a novel system to automatically detect groups of individuals who do not comply with physical distancing constraints, i.e., maintaining a distance of 1 m, by tracking them within large areas to re-identify them in case of repetitive non-compliance and enforcing physical distancing. We used a distributed network of multiple CCTV cameras mounted to the walls of buildings for the detection, tracking and re-identification of non-compliant groups. Furthermore, we used multiple self-docking autonomous robots with collision-free navigation to enforce physical distancing constraints by sending alert messages to those persons who are not adhering to physical distancing constraints. We conducted 25 experiments that included 15 participants in different scenarios to evaluate and highlight the performance and significance of the present system. The presented system is capable of re-identifying repetitive violations of physical distancing constraints by a non-compliant group, with high accuracy in terms of detection, tracking and localization through a set of coordinated CCTV cameras. Autonomous robots in the present system are capable of attending to non-compliant groups in multiple regions of a large area and encouraging them to comply with the constraints.

The article analyzed court statistics on the consideration of requests for the application of precautionary measures by the courts of first instance and it is established that detention remains one of the most common. Was emphasized that the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights suggest that detention should be an exceptional precautionary measure. An alternative to it may be a pledge. The characteristics of pledge were described as precautionary measures, which are defined in the relevant provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The problematic issue of determining the amount of the pledge is considered. The case law of the European Court of Human Rights is analyzed and the main rules for determining the amount of pledge are highlighted: application of a differentiated approach; justification of the amount of pledge not only during the initial consideration of the request for the application of a measure of restraint, but also during the decision on the need to continue detention; accounting the amount of damages for which this person is accused. It was stated that the norms of the criminal procedure legislation in this part correspond to the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, and the amount of pledge is correlated with such indicators as the circumstances of the criminal offense; property status of the suspect, accused; data on his identity; the presence of risks of concealment, possible influence on the participants in criminal proceedings and various ways of obstructing the pre-trial investigation, referred to in article 177 Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The issues of discussion regarding the maximum size of pledge and it is concluded that in Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine are expanded list of conditions that the court considers the election of a preventive measure, and therefore the court will be able, within the statutory amount of pledge, to choose the one that can ensure a balance between the private interests of the person (won’t be excessive) and the interests of justice (ensure that suspects and accused perform their duties). It is argued that clarifying the legality of the origin of pledge and expanding the list of objects that can be recognized as pledge in the sense of a precautionary measure can only complicate the procedure for applying pledge.

Administration of a first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 (Vaxzevria®, AstraZeneca) is associated with a certain risk for vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia. Therefore, several countries have recommended replacing the second dose of ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 with an mRNA-based vaccine as a precautionary measure, although data on safety and efficacy of such heterologous prime-boost regimen are sparse. Therefore, vaccinees, who had received a heterologous vaccination using ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 as prime and BNT162b2 (Comirnaty®, BioNTech-Pfizer) mRNA as boost vaccination were offered SARS-CoV-2 antibody testing to quantify their vaccine-induced neutralizing antibody response. The results were compared to cohorts of healthcare workers or volunteers, who received homologous BNT162b2 or homologous ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccination regimens, respectively. A striking increase of vaccine-induced SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibody activity was observed in 229 vaccinees that received a BNT162b2 boost 9 to 12 weeks after ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 prime. In our cohort comprising over 480 individuals, the heterologous vaccination scheme induced significantly higher neutralizing antibody titers than homologous ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 and even than homologous BNT162b2 vaccination. This proves that a single dose of a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine after ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 prime vaccination is sufficient to achieve high neutralizing antibody levels predicting immune protection from SARS-CoV-2 infection, and may even increase vaccine efficacy offering an alternative in a setting of vaccine shortage.
