Guidance and counseling management is very important in the guidance and counseling service, because the management of guidance and counseling is related to the guidance and counseling program that is adapted to the real conditions of students. Guidance and counseling services provide special services or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. This article describes the administration of special services. The teaching and learning process requires the support of facilities that are not directly used in the classroom. Facilities that do not directly include school libraries, school cooperatives, school health businesses and school cafeterias. Management of special services in schools is effective and efficient School Based Management (SBM). School is one of the facilities that can be used to improve the quality of Indonesia's population. Schools not only have responsibilities and duties to carry out the learning process in developing science and technology, but must maintain and improve students' physical and spiritual health.Special service management in schools is basically defined and organized to facilitate or facilitate learning, and can meet the special needs of students at school. Special services are provided in schools with a view to facilitating the implementation of teaching in the context of achieving educational goals in schools. Special services include guidance and counseling, libraries, laboratories, school health efforts (uks), canteens, school cooperatives, and transportation.

The implementation of guidance and counseling services cannot be separated from various factors that can influence. The purpose of this study is to study what factors can affect the implementation of guidance and counseling program services in high school. This study uses descriptive research with survey methods. Data collection techniques used through the instrument contained a questionnaire. The results of the study show that the guidance and counseling program has been well prepared. But the implementation of guidance and counseling is still not good, and this is characterized by high factors that influence the implementation of guidance and counseling service programs. The following are the percentages obtained, among others: personal factors consisting of the competence of the counselor get a percentage of 73% according to the high category; 71% depending on the high category; homeroom teacher obtained a percentage of 79% in the high category; subject teachers earn a percentage of 75%. Non-personal factors consisting of the BK program obtained a percentage of 70 with a high category; Facilities and infrastructure have a percentage of 77% in the high category.

Abstrak- In general, this research aims to find out and analyze what is administration in various specialized service fields. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Special service administration, namely providing special services or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. But specifically given by schools to students so that they are more optimal in implementing the learning process. The types of special services are libraries, labor, UKS, cafes, religious facilities and dormitories. There are several roles of a teacher in the administration of special services, namely: Teacher involvement in library administration for example introducing books to students, knowing the types and mastering general criteria that determine the merits of a library of books, and promoting the library both for use and for guidance.

Gifted children in life need service programs to develop their own talents. Gifted children are those who are identified by professionals possessing extraordinary abilities and high achievers. Educational services for gifted children in Indonesia are only limited to discourse or only implemented in some schools only. Until finally the potential of gifted children do not develop, or the development of gifted children is not optimal. Gifted children need to attend special education. Gifted children's education should be distinguished from other children. Because gifted children need different learning processes. On the basis of that, gifted children need to be given guidance and counseling services , with the aim that gifted children can increase their potential and develop their talents.

Back in 1988, Tom Snyder (of Tom Snyder Productions, one of the most famous early software publishing companies) and Jane Palmer wrote a prophetic book called In Search of the Most Amazing Thing: Children, Education, and Computers. Their thesis was twofold: First, they pointed out that technology, which was just beginning to be introduced in grade schools, was so compelling that educators were “… more interested in so-called computer literacy than the real thing, literacy” (p. 2). Snyder and Palmer called for stakeholders to determine what their educational priorities were, and then to figure out what technology could do to support them. Second, they emphasized the view that teachers are indispensible components in the teaching and learning process, and that no computer will ever take their place. After 20 years, we believe that Snyder and Palmer would be gratified to read Heid and Blume's newly published two-volume set that contains a thorough anthology of how educators have defined priorities for the teaching and learning of mathematics and the pivotal roles that both the teacher and the technology play within that process. In our view, the editors have attained their goal of assembling a comprehensive digest that “… will enable the creation and implementation of curricula that capitalize on technology and will help teachers orchestrate the use of technological tools in school mathematics classrooms” (vol. 2, p. viii).

Nowadays, the trend of student pornography increases every year. An increase in pornographic tendencies is thought to be due to lack of information. Information can be obtained by students through guidance and counseling services in schools. Providing information services will be more effective by using various approaches. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of Layanan Informasi using the CTL approach in reducing the tendency of student pornography. This research used Quasi Experiment design w ith non equivalent control group design. The research subjects were 21 students in control group and21 treatment group. The research instrument was student pornography tendency inventorywith reliability 0.892 , and data were analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov Two Independent Samples. Based on the findings, layanan informasi used CTL approach effective to the reduction of the student pornography tendencies. Counselors are recommended to apply the CTL approach on reducing it

Lesson Study is an approach used in learning process. It has attracted educators, experts, and professional in the area to make use of it in proving the lesson. This study focuses on the students’ perception in applying Lesson study of teaching Introduction to Linguistics. As this case study, it will focus on Introduction to Linguistics subject. Interview and questionnaire was used to collects information on how Lesson study was normally conducted and observation was used to see the real implementation of Lesson study and during the teaching and learning process become a great attention here.
