This research aims to find out the effect and functional relationship of coconut ash organic fertilizer application on the increasing yield and quality of waxy corn. There are seven treatments of coconut ash fertilizer dosage, i.e. 0.00 ton/ha, 0.75 ton/ha, 1.50 ton/ha, 2.25 ton/ha, 3.00 ton/ha, 3.75 ton/ha, and 4.50 ton/ha. Data is analyzed using one way anova, t test for 2 independent samples, and simple linear regression analysis. Fertilizer dosage has significant effect on ear height position from soil surface, the number of seed row on ear, ear weight with and without dried husk, waxy corn production with and without dried husk, and starch, amilose, and amilopectin contents. The highest average of ear height position and the amount of seed row is obtained at dosage 0.75 ton/ha. Dosage 2.25 ton/ha gives highest average for ear weight with and without dried husk, while dosage 3.75 ton/ha results highest average for variables of waxy corn production with and without dried husk. Dosage 3.75 ton/ha also gives highest average for starch and amilopectin contents and lowest average for amilose content. One way relationship happens between fertilizer dosage with ear height position, the amount of seed row, ear weight, waxy corn production, starch and amilopectin contents.

In 2005-2015. studied the effect of liquid organic fertilizer BIOOD-1 as foliar feeding on the yield and quality of various potato varieties in changing meteorological conditions. According to the results of the experiments, it was established that the most stable yields under various weather conditions were shown by the potatoes of the mid-season variety Bryansk delicacy. The low starch content of varieties Nevsky, Udacha was noted in years of high humidity, but with a lack of moisture, the starch content of these varieties increased in the background variant and in the experiment with organic fertilization. In this study, we investigated the effects of the combined application of different doses of potassium and organic fertilizers on the nutrient uptake, yield, and quality of Newhall navel oranges (Citrus sinensis Osb. cv.). The citrus trees were treated with potassium fertilizer alone or with one of three combinations of organic and potassium fertilizers. Spring shoots, autumn shoots, and fruit were collected when they reached maturity, and the relevant indexes were determined by conventional methods. The soil carbon flux was measured 15, 35, 65, and 95 days after fertilizer application by a soil gas flux measuring instrument. The results showed that the dry weights of leaves and twigs of the spring shoots were 43.1% and 99.8% higher in the OM15+K05-treated (15 kg organic manure and 1.05 kg potassium sulfate per plant) than in the OM0+K25-treated (1.25 kg potassium sulfate per plant) plants, respectively. Combined potassium and organic fertilizer application helped the shoots and fruits to absorb more mineral nutrients. As a result, the fruit yield increased, fruit surface color improved, and skin thickness became thinner. The internal quality of the fruit was also improved by the combination of different potassium fertilizers and organic fertilizers. The fruit quality was optimal for the OM10+K15-treated plants. The recommended doses of organic and potassium sulfate fertilizers for Newhall navel orange orchards with purple paddy soil in southwestern China are 5–10 kg/plant and 1.15–1.20 kg/plant, respectively.

Objective - This study examines the influence of the quality of an audit to the relationship of Other Comprehensive Income (OCI) and Relevanceof Value Accounting Information, and Asymmetry of Information in Indonesia's companies. Methodology/Technique - This research uses secondary data obtained from the company's annual report in 2012 - 2014. A purposive sampling method is used to collect data and the analysis of the hypothesis was conducted usingmultiple linear regression analysis. Findings - The research has shown that Quality of Audit has a significant influence to the relationship of the OCI disclosure and Relevance of Value Accounting Information has a value of sig. 0.000, F calculate is 26.816 larger than F table 2.396 and adjusted R square 0.241. Novelty - The study looks at the disclosures of OCI component's role in the investors decision making and it increases value relevance of accounting information and reducing information asymmetry. Type of Paper - Empirical Keywords: Other Comprehensive Income (OCI); Relevance of Value Accounting Information; Information Asymmetry; Quality of Audit. JEL Classification: D82, M41, M42.

Long-term use of inorganic fertilizers on leafy vegetables can increase soil acidity, harmful to the environment and leaving bad effects on human health. Organic fertilizer application is one of the safer alternatives with many beneficial effects by supplying nutrients for plant growth, environmental-friendly and producing an optimum quality of vegetables. Different organic amendment such as vermicompost, biochar and microbial compost has different effect on plant growth performance since good bacteria could improve structure of the soil and nutrient absorption. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effects of organic fertilizer on the growth performance and postharvest quality. The experimental design during planting was conducted in randomized completely block design with a factorial arrangement of treatmentswhile for postharvest quality study was conducted in completely randomized design. Organic fertilizer of vermicompost (110 g/plant), biochar (100 g/plant), microbial compost (80 g/plant) and chicken manure (37.5 g/plant) were treated on Pak choy two times on day 10 and day 24 after transplant. This research revealed the plant growth including plant height, leaf number and leaf length of Pak choy in all treatments were increased as growing stage increased. However, at the end of growing stage, microbial compost and vermicompost resulted in the highest of growth characteristics. In terms of postharvest quality, microbial compost showed the highest fresh weight and premium quality. This study proved that microbial compost at 80 g/plant exhibited optimum growth performance and the best postharvest quality of Pak choy.

Effect of organic (biogrcen) and inorganic fetilizers (ammonium sulphate and SP36) on the yield and quality of the temanggung tobacco in andosol soil was studied at Galapansari - Temanggung, from Februai to December 2001. The organic and inorganic fetilizers were formulated in 10 packages, namely : (1) 570 kg ammonium sulphate (AS) ♦ 100 kg SP36; (2) the recommended rate for temanggung tobacco (20 000 kg stable manure 500 kg AS + 100 kg SP36; (3) 5 000 kg organic fetilizer (OF); (4) 7 500 kg OF; (5) 8 500 kg OF; (6) 10 000 kg OF; (7) 12 500 kg OF; (8) 14 500 kg OF; (9) 7 500 kg OF + 3 500 kg sUble manure (SM); (10) 7 500 kg OF + 4 500 kg SM. All the rates of fetilizers were based on one hectare planted area (16 500 plants) The expeiment was designed as a randomized block in four replicates. Results showed that organic fertilizer waa more effective than stable manure in improving die growth, yield and quality of temanggung tobacco. A the rate of 5 000 kg was sufficient to produce high ( 6 313 kg fresh or 800 kg sliced died leaves), grade index (51.68) and crop index (55.31). Key words : Organic fetilizer, ammonium sulfate, SP36, temanggung tobacco, andisol
