Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tren dan perbandingan IPM dan PDRB di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dan Bangka Belitung. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber dan publikasi dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Kepulauan Riau and Bangka Belitung tahun 2014-2018. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan fenomena indeks pembangunan manusia dan PDRB di kedua provinsi tersebut. Temuan studi menemukan bahwa indeks pembangunan manusia dan produk domestik regional bruto mengalami peningkatan. Kondisi IPM di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dan Kepulauan Riau semakin membaik setiap tahunnya, dengan rata-rata IPM tertinggi selama periode 2014-2018. PDRB Kepualau Riau cenderung tumbuh lebih cepat dibanding Bangka Belitung. PDRB Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dan Kepulauan Riau juga cenderung meningkat setiap tahun dengan rata-rata IPM selama periode 2014-2018. Kecenderungan pertumbuhan IPM Bangka Belitung lebih cepat dibandingkan di Kepulauan Riau.This study aims to determine the trend and comparison of HDI and GRDP in the Provinces of Riau Islands and Bangka Belitung. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from various sources and publications from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bangka Belitung and Riau Islands Province 2014-2018. A quantitative descriptive analysis to explain the phenomenon of the human development index and GRDP in the two provinces. The findings of the study found that the human development index and gross regional domestic product have increased. The HDI conditions in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands and Riau Islands are getting better every year, with the highest HDI average during the 2014-2018 period. PDRB Kepualau Riau tends to grow faster than Bangka Belitung. The GRDP of the Bangka Belitung Islands and Riau Islands Provinces also tends to increase every year with an average HDI during the 2014-2018 period. The tendency of Bangka Belitung HDI growth is faster than in the Riau Islandscrisis is statistically significant to affect the gross regional domestic product growth.

This research describes the relation between variables of population, inflation, minimum wage, economic growth, and humandevelopment index toward the unemployment rate in Jember. The type of data used in this research was secondary data in theform of ‘time series’ obtained from Jember Department of Labor and Central Bureau of Statistics in the year of 2002-2013.The research method was a kind of statistical descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Moreover, theresearcher used partial test (T-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficients determination test (R2) for the hypothesis.Whereas the assumption test was conducted in the use of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelationtest. From the result of the data analysis, it confirmed that the population positively and significantly affected theunemployment rate in Jember. The variables of inflation, minimum wage, and human development index negatively andsignificantly affected the unemployment rate in Jember. Whereas the variables of economic growth positively and significantlyaffected unemployment rate in Jember. Finally, the result of the data analysis highlighted the variables of population,inflation, minimum wage,economic growth, and human development index that simultaneously and significantly affectedunemployment rate in Jember.

In accordance with the Regional Autonomy Policy, the Regional Government will not be able to perform its functions properly, effectively and efficiently without adequate funding support to provide services to the community and implement development programs. The financing of development in the area other than sourced from the government itself also exists that comes from the private sector through Domestic Investment with Mining Investment which is certainly enough to contribute in the formation of Gross Regional Domestic Product and Human Development Index in West Kutai Regency. So the role of mining investment is very large in order to support and optimize the success of development in the region. Therefore developing and optimizing Investment Cultivation becomes very important, in an effort to increase the growth of GDP and future HDI. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of investment and labor on Gross Regional Domestic Product and Human Development Index in West Kutai District. Data used secondary data sourced from the Mining Service of West Kutai Regency and Central Bureau of Statistics Office of West Kutai Regency, Bappeda of West Kutai Regency and related Office.The method of  data collection with direct observation. Further data is processed and analyzed by Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The result of statistical test shows that partially Mining Investment has positive but not significant effect to PDRB and HDI, whereas the amount of Labor has positive and significant effect to the increasing of PDRB revenue in West Kutai Regency. Poverty is an economic problem experienced by almost all regions in Indonesia, including East Java Province, where poverty in East Java is relatively high in 2016 East Java Absolute poverty of 4.78 million people. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution to overcome the problem or reduce poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), population, Regional Minimum Wage (UMR), open unemployment rate and Human Development Index (IPM) on poverty in East Java Province in 2010-2020. This research uses panel data method with fixed effect model approach, and the data used is secondary data. Adjusted R2 value is quite high. then the results of this study are the variables of GRDP, population, open unemployment rate and HDI have a significant effect on poverty, while the UMR variable has no significant effect on poverty. The research objective was to analyze the social and economic factors that affect unemployment in the development area of Central Java, namely in Brebes Regency, Tegal City, Tegal Regency, and Pemalang Regency (BREGASMALANG) in 2010-2020. The determinants of unemployment used in this study include the human development index, district/city minimum wage, and gross regional domestic product. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The research method used in Panel Data Regression Analysis with Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The result of this study indicates that the human development index & district/city minimum wage it means that it has no significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Bregasmalang. Meanwhile, the gross regional domestic product has a negative and significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Bregasmalang. With the influence of regional gross domestic product on the open unemployment rate, therefore the government is expected to be able to maximize the sub-sectors contained in the GRDP so that the sub-sector is able to increase employment so that it can suppress the high unemployment rate in the Regency/City concerned, namely the Brebes Regency, Tegal City, Tegal Regency, and Pemalang Regency.Keywords: Open Unemployment Rate, HDI, District/City Minimum Wages, and GRDP

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the Human Development Index in Pidie Regency in 2010-2017. The data used in this study are secondary data from 2010 to 2017. This model used in this study is the multiple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that the Gross Regional Domestic Product and the Number of labors have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index in Pidie Regency from 2010 to 2017. Poverty has a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index in Pidie Regency from 2010 to 2017. Simultaneously, GDP, poverty and the number of labors have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index in Pidie Regency from 2010 to 2017

\This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of unemployment on the poverty level, the effect of the human development index (HDI) on the poverty level, gross domestic product (GDP) on the poverty level, and the effect of unemployment, HDI and GDP on the level of poverty. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and other related sources. Data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression model using SPSS 25 Application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Unemployment has a positive and insignificant effect on the level of poverty; (2) Partially, the HDI and GDP have a negative and insignificant effect on the level of poverty; (3) Simultaneously Unemployment, HDI and GDP have a significant effect on the level of poverty. The results of this study indicate that in order to significantly reduce the Poverty Level in East Luwu, the three independent variables must be the attention of the East Luwu Government in making development policies. Increase the HDI mainly in terms of education and health to provide more competitive human resources, pursue high GDP growth level, and be more qualified and inclusive to reduce poverty levels in East Luwu.

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, Gross Regional Domestic Product, and Human Development Index on poverty in Banjarnegara, Cilacap Purbalingga, Kebumen, dan Banyumas Regencies. The data used in this study are secondary data in the period 2000-2019. With the multiple linear regression method panel data. The regression output with the fixed effect model shows that the inflation variable does not have a significant effect on poverty, and the Human Development Index and Gross Regional Domestic Product variables have a negative and significant effect on poverty in Banjarnegara, Cilacap Purbalingga, Kebumen, dan Banyumas Regencies. This finding implies local governments to create jobs and provide training and improve education infrastructure and health infrastructure.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to determine the significance of differences in financial performance, community welfare, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) of Bandar Lampung City in two mayor periods. Research Methodology: This study used secondary data obtained directly from the Lampung Provincial Representative Audit Board with a complete-time series of 10 years during the period 2006 – 2015. The research used region government financial performance, society welfare as measured by the human development index, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) Based on Constant Prices as the variable. By one way-ANOVA to analyze technical data on this research. Results: There is no significant difference in the average financial performance in the form of effectiveness ratios, efficiency ratios, expenditure balance ratios, and government financial growth ratios of Bandar Lampung in two major periods. However, this research finds there is a significant difference in the average of social welfare as measured by the Human Development Index (HDI) and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) of Bandar Lampung city in two major periods. This means that the Bandar Lampung City Government has not been able to properly maintain and increase its growth. Limitations: This research took a sample in this study only Bandar Lampung city, while in Lampung province there are 15 regencies/cities, and this research in conducting disparate tests using the Anova test. This research would be better if using more samples and using another test. Contribution: This study contributes to providing input and advice to the city government in making decisions related to the preparation and realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in the future. Development must be done in an integrated and sustainable, one of them with direct development on areas that have a low level of well-being so that the problem of poverty level can be resolved. This research aims to know the magnitude of the influence of population, human development index (HDI) and gross Regional domestic product (GDP) against the level of poverty in East Java province. This study uses secondary data in the form of poverty levels, population, human development index (HDI) and gross Regional domestic product (GDP) in 10 regencies in East Java province which includes the Districts of Sampang, Bangkalan Regency Regency Probolinggo Regency, Sumenep, Pamekasan Regency of Tuban, Bojonegoro, district of Pacitan Regency, the districts of Wonogiri and Lamongan which has the highest rate of poverty in East Java province year 2010-2015. With the analysis tools used is regression of the data panel. The results of this research show that the panel data analysis tools with the population and human development index (HDI) has a negative influence and significantly to the level of poverty in East Java province year 2010 – 2015, while Domestic Products (GDP) gross regional influence positively and significantly to the level of poverty in East Java province year 2010 – 2015. This research was conducted to find out how much influence the local government financial ratios have on the human development index, the ratio used is the ratio of the degree of decentralization, the ratio of regional financial dependence, the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of the effectiveness of local own revenue and the ratio of the effectiveness of the local tax. The type of data from this research is quantitative descriptive using primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of this research are that there is a very strong relationship between the degree of decentralization, the ratio of regional financial dependency, the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of the effectiveness of local own-source revenue and the ratio of the effectiveness of local taxes and simultaneously affect the human development index.
