The research paper aims to examine the attitudinal factors influencing herding behavior in order to manage the fluctuations, bubbles, and bursts in the Nepal capital market. The descriptive and analytical research design has been adopted in the study. The qualitative data has been collected through the structured, self-administered questionnaire distributed to five hundred investors of the securities market in Nepal. The usable questionnaires have been confined to 407responses. The statistical tools mean, percentages, correlation and regression analysis has been done to process the data towards findings. As the result, the decision accuracy, age and experiences have not been found significant. The result from the analysis revealed the significant relationship of hasty decision with herd behavior.

Behavioral Finance is an evolving field that studies how psychological factors affect decision making under uncertainty. Herding behavior is one of the psychological factors that instigate investor to mimic the actions of other investors in the market rather than using his personal assessments. This study seeks to find the influence of certain attitudinal factors namely, decision conformity, hasty decision, mood, decision accuracy, and overconfidence, on the individual investor tendency to embrace herd behavior. Primary data for the study are collected using structured questionnaires from a sample of 194 investors who are trading at Islamabad and Lahore branches of Pakistan Stock Exchange. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses of this study. Findings of this study provide evidence that attitudinal factors have a significant influence on investor’s tendency to take on herd behavior. It is concluded from the results of multiple linear regression that decision conformity, mood, and decision accuracy have a significant impact on individual investor tendency to adopt herd behavior. However, investor hasty decision and overconfidence is insignificant predictors of herd behavior. Critical thinking skills is a very important aspect that students must have in learning chemistry, especially in solving problems that require deeper alternative solutions. This research aims to analyze the relationship of critical thinking on student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material. In this research, there were 48 students sampled, the technique used for sampling was purposive sampling. For data analysis in this research using correlation and regression tests with a probability value of 0.05. From the results of the linearity and correlation tests found that students 'critical thinking skills have a relationship with student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material by 0.599 and the regression results also show the same thing that there is a significant relationship between students' critical thinking skills with learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material that is seen from the comparison of the significance value (0,000) with a probability value (0.05), (0,000 <0.05) means that there is a positive relationship between critical thinking skills with student learning outcomes on salt hydrolysis material in SMAN 1 Kampar. The contribution or contribution of students' critical thinking skills to learning outcomes in the hydrolysis material is 35.9% while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. The higher the level of critical thinking skills of students, the greater the significant functional relationship to learning outcomes, and also the greater contribution / contribution of critical thinking skills to student learning outcomes.Keywords : Critical thinking skills, learning outcomes, correlation and regression analysis, salt hydrolysis

Though a lot of studies have been done to conclude customer loyalty as dependent variable but still there is a vast margin of researches to be conducted in future in different spheres of this construct. On the other hand the truth of the importance of customer loyalty as an enduring asset cannot be falsified. It is fundamental for organizations to build up long term and mutual beneficial associations with the customers. The purpose of this research paper is to show the inter relationship of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty. According to the observations reputation is the major independent variable that has significant relationship with customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and trust. Data for this research study was taken from the Islamia University, Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, and different banks located at various geographic locations of Bahawalpur region of Pakistan. Data was collected through self administered questionnaire and analyzed by using regression through SPSS. The results have been drawn from 150 users of NISHAT LINEN and it was found that there is positive and significant relationship among reputation, customer satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty. Hence the studies give the positive sign that with the increment of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust the customer loyalty enhances.

The research aims to demonstrate the role of the main variables represented by the four dimensions of entrepreneurial behavior (creative, risk taking, seizing opportunities, proactivity), and job engagement, whose dimensions are (cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, physical (physical) engagement) in Reducing the dependent variable of organizational anomie in the Qatina factory of the General Company for Textile and Leather Industries, one of the formations of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals The experimental analytical method was adopted in the completion of the research, and an intentional sample of (162) individuals in the administrative levels (higher and middle) in the factory was taken. The relationship of entrepreneurial behavior and job engagement at the total level was positive with organizational anomie, and indicators of organizational non-normative dimensions, organizational cynicism and lack of organizational values decreased, because the cotton factory members do not ignore work values to achieve their goals, as well as the existence of a spirit of cooperation and teamwork Factory workers.

The fluidity of cement powder has a significant impact on the duration and labor costs in the process of transportation and shipment of cement. This determines the relevance of the task of finding mechanisms to control this parameter. During the production process, the fluidity of the cement powder is formed depending on the properties of the initial cement charge, the requirements for the thinness of the grinding to the finished product, the hardware design and the conditions of the process. In turn, the fluidity of cement affects the grinding process and the productivity of the mill. The rheological characteristics of the cement binder change over time depending on the physical properties of the material, environmental conditions and the equipment used for its storage. The reasons for the deterioration of the flow of cement powder is still not fully studied. The article is devoted to the study of the main factors affecting the fluidity of cement. The results of the statistical analysis of cement fluidity depending on the thinness of cement grinding (on the residue on the sieve №008 and the specific surface area by Blaine method) humidity, bulk weight and weight in the most compacted state. In addition, the relationship of production factors and cement fluidity is considered. Correlation and regression analysis shows that the fluidity is affected by a variable factor, which is not yet quantified.

Rebar is one of the materials which is so scarce and highly expensive. The existing practices produce a large quantity of wastage; which contributes to the increment of the project cost. This study aimed to analyze the causes, extent, and remedies of steel wastages on the total costs of construction projects in Hawassa city. The study followed descriptive and analytical research designs. The cost estimated in the bill of quantity and the final cost after the provision of the steel with alterations was compared and the reasons for cost overrun were analyzed. The data were analyzed using Central value analysis, correlation and regression analysis using SPSS stat20, RebarWin7.97, ETABS2016. The percentage of the cost of steel wastage in total cost was found 1.43%. The result of the study verdict that frequent design change and bare-benders skill gap contribute much to the material wastage, thus for the cost overrun of projects. The purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship of overconfidence and illusion of control towards the start of new venture, taking in consideration the mediating role of risk perception in the context of Tunisia. This article examines students' responses to surveys based on a teaching case titled “Optical Distortion, Inc.” The authors tested hypotheses by correlation and regression analysis. The results show that the perception towards risk associated with new venture plays an important role in decision-making. Moreover, they find that overconfidence and illusion of control reduce risk perception associated to the decision to start a venture. While overconfidence directly affects the decision to start a venture and indirectly through its effect on reducing the risk perception, illusion of control has neither a direct nor an indirect impact on that. These results partially confirm those of Simon show that the mediation exists but partially.

Brands play a very important role in consumer markets. They bridge a relationship between the consumers and the company. Brand loyalty is a consumer’s preference to purchase a particular product or service at first or repeatedly in a competitive market. The general purpose of this study is to investigate the factors leading to brand loyalty in service sector. Specifically, we are concerned to observe the factors affecting brand loyalty in telecommunication sector of Pakistan. The sample size of 150 is taken through convenient sampling method. The survey method is used to collect the data from the respondents through self-administered questionnaire. The regression analysis approved the significant positive relationship of the proposed factors with brand loyalty.

PurposeThis study aims to test the presence of herding behavior in commodity markets, including energy, metals and agriculture. Additionally, the authors investigate the possible asymmetric effect of oil price changes on the herding behavior in these markets.Design/methodology/approachThe authors examine herding based on the cross-sectional absolute deviation (CSAD) model in a static and time-varying perspective.FindingsBy using daily data over the period 2003–2017, the authors’ findings firstly support the dynamic nature of investor behavior in commodity markets, which oscillates between antiherding during the normal period and herding during and after the global financial crisis of 2008. Furthermore, results highlight that the asymmetric impact of oil shocks on herding differs across commodity sectors and periods. Additionally, herding seems to be more pronounced when the oil market declines, which may be due to the pessimistic investors' sentiments.Practical implicationsThis study provides insight into what factors influence herd behavior in commodity markets. The understanding of factors driving herding aids investors to avoid the impact of this behavior and its consequencesOriginality/valueTo the authors’ knowledge, this study is the first to examine whether the level of herding depends on the oil price fluctuations, as well as the asymmetric effect of the oil price on herding behavior in commodity markets.
