The paper analyses the results of one kind of city-planning composition in Samara. The author underlines the main role of the perimeter composition in the city-planning of the historic city. Special features of the given composition in different historic periods of Samara from the first plans till nowadays are described in the paper. The article is illustrated with the examples of perimeter compositions of residential development and the existing morthotypes of city blocks. The author makes the conclusion about the expediency of applying the best traditions of perimeter city-planning.

It is new important task that urban design theory leads into small town planning. However there are less practice cases in domestic field. Lack of small town planning is mainly as follows: weak of town unique characteristic, little urban space form design, lack of Building group design. So this paper introduces urban design in the town planning field, gradually put forward small town design principle, its type, its different design stage, and its main design content with Chinese characteristics. According to explore urban design, the paper presents results extends the method to divide town design: regional town design, the general town design & detailed town design. Furthermore the article advance the key problem of studying town design theory and have a case application of Hang Zhou city Long Gang downtown design.

The article examines the evolution of the castle fortifications, which for each region and historical period had their own characteristic features and their relationship with the planning structure of small towns in Podillya. The features of the formation of fortification systems, which influenced the architectural and planning structure of the cities of Podillya at the turn of the XVI-XVII centuries, are revealed. The castle`s fortification and fortification system of the cities of Berezhany, Zhovkva, Brody, Stanislav, Zbarazh, Medzhybozh and others are considered. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of changes in the fortification system of cities of the structural-typological level and the use of the modern bastion system, which supplanted the fortifications of the medieval type. The influence of these changes on the intensity of development of small cities in Podillya in the period of the XVI-XVII centuries is analyzed. Attention is focused on the formative influence of the fortifications of castle structures on the architectural and planning structure of cities, which was often decisive at the last stage of the formation of castles and their fortification.  The process of uniting the castle and the city is considered, which went through different stages of re-planning: from placing the castle separately, through the interaction of fortification and up to the stage of obtaining a general outline of the city fortifications. The role of castle fortifications in the system of fortifications of the small cities of Podillya is determined. The influence of the development of fortifications of castles and their merger with the defense structure of the city on the urban planning process of the cities of Podillya of XVI-XVII centuries is investigated. The formation of castle fortifications in the historical, architectural, town-planning aspects and their influence on the architectural and planning structure of the small cities of Podillya and significance of this influence for understanding the future development of small historical cities of Podillya are considered.

In this paper we seek to study the nature of the relationship between tourism cooperation in the form of a cluster and the tourist attractiveness of their territories through, first, the presentation of a literature review that deals with the different facets of this issue and, secondly, through a qualitative exploratory study of tourism actors in the city of Tangier in order to assess the actors’ perception on the role that cluster-based networking could play in the development of the tourist attractiveness of Tangier city.

This study examines the role of parents in shaping children's morals at the Ibnu Syuhada Education Foundation. Moral education which is only limited to the concept of theoretical discussion in the literature, very interesting to study. The aim is to critically analyze how to encourage parents in compiling children's character at the Ibnu Syuhada Education Foundation in the City of Tangerang. As a result it is expected to be able to use consideration for parents or foundations in forming the morals of al-karimah in educational institutions.This research is a qualitative study,which makes the Ibnu Syuhada Education Foundation Tangerang City as a research site. The method used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, and observation. Then the data are analyzed in a complete way using the Miles and Hubermen model, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, then drawing conclusions / verification (drawing conclusions. The results showed: (1) the application of moral education in Yaspi Ibnu Syuhada was in accordance with the objectives of education. Based on observations during the research in the learning process with the intention of the teacher and students have implemented it. (2) provide education in accordance with the curriculum that has been applied at the Ibnu Syuhada Education Foundation and ask students at the specified time (3) provide role models in worship and exemplary morals in al-karimah and provide protection for children to practice their knowledge obtained from madrasa while at home.

Small town is a basic and important part in Chinese town system. Sustainable development of small town is significant content of the work to modernize economy. Yet due to improper micromanagement, the current construction of small towns in China is in serious disorder. And this is imposing restraints on sustainable social and economic development. This paper arguments the strategic problems about the sustainable development of small town from several aspects such as historical meaning, actuality, arrangement and structure and so on.
