Zuper futsal field rental is a business entity engaged in the field of rental services that require the existence of an information system. Information systems in a company play an important role in the progress and management of a company as well as in the zuper rental system that is to be able to support and provide satisfactory services to each customer. The system that exists in some futsal fields in general is still simple with menual management, most of the problems that are often encountered are the process of recording data and transactions requiring a long time. The possibility of errors in writing a data and the security of the document is not guaranteed, because many lost documents will make it difficult for you to do a data search or report printing. Designing an application in the form of a program that functions to process and simplify business processes that occur on the Zuper futsal field, starting from the data processing of tenants, leasing transactions, to printing reports are expected to be the best solution to solve problems that exist in a business entity to support efficiency and the effectiveness of working on a field rental

Abstrak – Sistem penggajian yang selama ini dikelola oleh bendahara di PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi menggunakan sistem yang konvensional yaitu dengan cara mencatat seluruh data yang berhubungan dnegan gaji karyawan dan menginputnya ke microsoft excel. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh bendahara menggunakan sistem ini adalah dalam pembuatan slip gaji dan  laporan penggajian yang buat setiap bulan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem informasi penggajian yang dapat membantu bendahara untuk mengelola data gaji dengan output yang di cetak lansung dari sistem berupa slip gaji dan laporan data gaji. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengahasilkan sistem informasi penggajian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Program yang dihasilkan berupa sistem informasi yang berbasis desktop. Kata kunci:  Sistem; Sistem Informasi; Sistem Informasi Penggajian;  Abstract - Payroll system that has been managed by the treasurer at PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi uses a conventional system that is by recording all data related to employee salaries and input it into Microsoft Excel. The difficulty faced by the treasurer using this system is in making salary slips and payroll reports that make each month requires quite a long time and less efficient. Therefore in this study a payroll information system was created that could help the treasurer to manage salary data with printed output directly from the system in the form of pay slips and salary data reports. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method. The purpose of this study is to produce a payroll information system that suits user needs. PT. Medista Utama is a company engaged in the distribution of medical devices. We have implemented an information system in the inventory section that is used to control the movement of products in the company. The system used must be able to manage, convey and maintain information security properly. So it is necessary to carry out an audit that aims to evaluate the information system governance that is running and ensure that the existing procedures support the existing business processes in the company. The audits were conducted following the standards of the COBIT 4.1 Framework for IT governance. This study will focus on the Delivery Service and Support (DSS) domain to analyze several aspects of IT that are currently running in this company, from the level of system security used to the management carried out by the system. In this domain, the research is focused on the DS5, DS10, and DS11 sub-domains. From the research results it is known that DS5 is at the level of 1.3; DS10 and DS11 are at level 2 (Repetitive but Intuitive). The conclusion is the level of capability obtained from the inventory information system of PT. Medista Utama is still below the expected level. And many improvements are needed to maximize the company's performance to achieve the expected Maturity Level value.

Technological development that grows so rapidly and the mounting business competition force a company uses technology that can support the work activities quickly and precisely. At this time, the business processes run by XYZ Company is still done manually which hamper the running business processes. This research aims to analyze the company's current business processes, provide functional recommendations, and design an information system for sales, inventory, and purchasing goods that can support the company's operations. The research uses several methods such as literature study, analysis and design of information systems. The study produces an information system for sales, inventory, and purchases which is able to facilitate the transaction recording, up-to-date, and reliable. The results prove that the new system is able to help the company's performance in running several activities in sales, inventory records, and purchase monitoring to support business processes running more quickly and precisely.

Utilization of information systems and information technology is needed in supporting business processes of a company, because the information system is one of the important things in the key to success of a company. Along with the development of information systems have an information system architecture model, where the information system architecture is necessary to plan the information system architecture to be built in the future, where the information system architecture as a spear to improve the competitiveness of a company with other companies.             PT. Ma'soem Arias is one of Pertamina lubricant distributor in West Java. The business activities carried out are to sell Pertamina lubricants to direct customers and direct lubricant procurement from Pertamina's producers. PT. Ma'soem Arias until now in carrying out its business process has not used the information system so needed an Enterprise Architecture planning for PT. Ma'soem Arias.Enterprise architecture model used in this research is by using Oracle Enterprise Architecture Framework (OEAF) model. The advantages of OEAF is to use object oriented concept, where the concept approaches the problem from the perspective of the object and not the perspective of the functional so it is easy to be understood. The method used is Oracle Architecture Development Process (OADP) method, where OADP method has several stages, ie from start of study about business architecture, architecture vision, current state architecture and future state architecture.The result of this research is recommendation of information system of PT. Ma'soem Arias is a blueprint for enterprise architecture planning that succeeds in defining 4 main business processes, the data architecture produces 24 entities, 4 applications and for its technological architecture produces technology architecture proposal.

Risk management is useful in overcoming various problems such as not optimal business processes, the company’s reputation down, financial loss, or bankruptcy of a company. In the application of information systems, most organizations or companies have not noticed the importance of information systems security as well as the assets and impacts that arise. For that, the risk management assessment is used in reducing the errors that occur in the information system of the company's business processes. The risk management assessment is applied to the information system along with its assets in evaluating the possibilities of menaces and vulnerabilities. The Risk management assessment analysis is applied to the academic information system in universities. The result of the risk assessment is the results of recommendations on the stages that need to be done in protecting the assets of information systems and information systems themselves.

Printing service order information systems sometimes experience problems in completing running business processes including, frequent loss and inaccuracy in registering orders from customers, often also losing order data from customers, recording orders often experience errors, resulting inaccurate reporting of order data. A computerized ordering service information system will greatly help improve performance and accuracy in making reports on business processes running at a company. The existence of enterprise modeling of information systems ordering printing services with the TOGAF framework will be a method that greatly helps management make a decision that will synergize with the business process activities at the company. So that the objectives of the system can be achieved properly. The TOGAF framework can be a solution and will help to produce a system architecture design, a business process architecture, a technology architecture, a number of proposed business opportunity strategy proposals and an ongoing system change proposal.

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.
