Kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa. Hal ini dikarenakan suatu konsep yang dipahami akan mengantarkan siswa pada proses pembelajaran yang bermakna. Namun berdasarkan beberapa hasil penelitian yang pernah dilakukan oleh peneliti lainnya menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa masih rendah. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis adalah dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran guided inquiry pada proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis antara siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran guided inquiry lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara konvensional. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan tipe penelitian non equivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII C - VIII I SMP Negeri 16 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Adapun sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas VIII C sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VIII F sebagai kelas kontrol dengan banyak siswa ada 37 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes tertulis berbentuk essai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji parametrik (uji t equivalent). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya rata-rata peningkatan antara siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran guided inquiry lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara konvensional. ABSTRACT The ability of understanding mathematical concepts is one of the abilities that must be possessed by students. This is because a concept that is understood will lead the students to a meaningful learning process. However, based on some research results that have been done by other researchers show that the ability to understand the mathematical concepts of students is still low. One effort to improve the ability of understanding mathematical concepts is to apply guided inquiry learning method in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the average increase in the ability of understanding of mathematical concepts between students using guided inquiry learning method is higher than students using conventional learning methods. The type of research used is quasi experiment with non equivalent type control group design research. The population in this study is the students of class VIII C - VIII I SMP Negeri 16 City Tangerang Selatan. The sample used is class VIII C as experimental class and VIII F as control class with many students there are 37 people. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling. The instrument used is essay writing essay writing. Data collection techniques use tests, observations, and documentation. Hypothesis testing with parametric test (t test equivalent). The results of this study indicate that the magnitude of the average increase between students using guided inquiry learning method is higher compared with students using conventional learning methods. Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengimplementasi model inkuiri terbimbing terhadap penguasaan konsep dan keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap analisis penguasaan konsep dan keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia di SMP Negeri 26 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen berjumlah 30 orang dan peserta didik kelas VIII B sebagai kelas kontrol berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling classroom dilihat dari rata-rata nilai kelas pada hasil ulangan akhir semester. Pengumpulan data sampel menggunakan tes soal pilihan ganda tes pre-test/post-test, angket atau kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji analisis statistik desktiptif, uji N-Gain dan uji hipotesis statistik menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Implementasi model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan penguasaan konsep dengan hasil yaitu mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 0,6%, sedangkan penguasaan konsep menggunakan model ekspositori mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 0,5%; (2) Implementasi model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep kelompok eksperimen pada data pretest dan posttest mendapatkan hasil total sebesar 4% dengan kriteria kurang sekali menjadi 76% dengan kriteria baik dari 300 total keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep, sedangkan keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep menggunakan model ekspositori kelompok kontrol pada data pretest dan posttest mendapatkan hasil total sebesar 12% dengan kriteria kurang sekali menjadi 21% dengan kategori kurang dari 300 total keberlanjutan pemahaman konsep; dan (3) Uji T mendapatkan hasil perhitungan T Hitung yaitu 3.14 > T Tabel yaitu 2.00 dengan taraf signifikan 0.05 maka Ha diterima. Berarti terdapat perbedaan penguasaan konsep dan keberlanjutan konsep siswa yang mengimplementasikan model inkuiri terbimbing dan model ekspositori. Research has been carried out to implement a guided inquiry model for mastery of concepts and sustainability of conceptual understanding on the material of the human respiratory system. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the guided inquiry learning model on the analysis of concept mastery and the sustainability of students' conceptual understanding on the human respiratory system material at SMP Negeri 26 Banjarmasin. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a research design using Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this research is the students of class VIII A as the experimental class totaling 30 people and students of class VIII B as the control class totaling 30 people. The sampling technique used was classroom random sampling, seen from the average class value on the results of the Final Semester Test. The sample data was collected using multiple choice test, pre-test/post-test, questionnaires, and visual documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis test, N-Gain test and statistical hypothesis testing using t-test. The results showed that (1) the implementation of the guided inquiry learning model can affect the increase in mastery of concepts with the result that it gets an average of 0.6%, while the mastery of concepts using the expository model gets an average of 0.5%; (2) The implementation of the guided inquiry learning model for the sustainability of conceptual understanding of the experimental group in the pretest and posttest data obtained a total result of 4% with the criteria of being less than 76% with good criteria of 300 total sustainability of concept understanding, while the sustainability of understanding the concept used the expository model of the control group. the pretest and posttest data get a total result of 12% with the criteria being less than 21% with a category of less than 300 total sustainability of concept understanding; and (3) The T test shows that Tcalc > T tab (3.14 > 2.00), which with a significant level of 0.05 means that Ha is accepted. This study conclude that there are differences in the mastery of concepts and the sustainability of the concepts of students who implement the guided inquiry model and the expository model.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Implementation of Guided Inquiry Learning Model Against the Mathematical Understanding Ability of Class VIII Students of MTs Al Islam Petalabumi. The type of this research is Quasi Experiment research. The research design used was Randomized Subjects Posttest Only Control Group Design. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this study was a test of students' mathematical concept comprehension ability. Data analysis techniques in this test use the Independent Samples T-Test. Based on the results of research testing the hypothesis of the two sample classes obtained P-value is smaller than a, which is 0,000 <0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus the ability to understand students 'mathematical concepts with the application of guided inquiry learning models is better than the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts with conventional learning models.

Abstract The ability to understand concepts is very important and becomes the basis for supporting the solving of mathematical problems. The connection between one concept and another concept and one topic with another topic is a characteristic of learning mathematics. The relationship requires that each student must have the ability to understand the concepts well, but it cannot be denied that the ability to understand mathematical concepts is still low, as happened to theLangke Rembong 4Junior High School students. Learning innovation needs to be done to achieve a good understanding of concepts. This study aims to compare the understanding ability of mathematical concepts of students who follow a guided inquiry learning model with students who take direct learning. The research design uses Posttest only control group design. The population is all eighth grade students of Langke Rembong 4 Junior High School, totalling230 students. Sampling is done by random sampling with equality test between classes.It is then obtained class VIII A as the experimental class and class VIII C as the control class. Data collection uses tests in the form of description questions. Data analysis uses t-test with normality test and homogeneity test for the assumptions. The results show that the students who follow the guided inquiry learning have higher understanding of  mathematical concepts than those who are taught with direct learning model. This study aims to analyze the investigative skills of Junior High School students upon the use of tracker video analysis for 21th century skill.This reasearch was quasy experimental reasearch using non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The population was 8th grade of SMP Negeri 4 Depok in academic year of 2018/2019, which consists of 4 classes with a total of 127 students. The samples consist of 30 students of class VIII A and 30 students of class VIII B, which are selected using cluster sampling technique. The Class VIII A was chosen as the control class, which used powerpoint and video, whereas Class VIII B was prepared as the experiment class, which used Tracker Video Analysis. The instruments used were pretest-posttest questions and observation sheet of investigative skill. The data analysis technique used was t-test. The result of this reasearch shows that the analysis through t-test gives a significance level value of investigative skill of 0.024 (Sig. α). This shows that there is an infuence of investigative skill of students upon Tracker Video Analysis.

This study aims to reveal the effect of using guided inquiry based experiment worksheet on reaction rate topic on students� learning outcome. This research is a quasi-experimental research, using randomized Posttest Only Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experiment class and control class obtained through cluster sampling technique. The population were students of class XI MIA SMAN 4 Padang as much as 6 classes, the academic year 2015/2016. Sample were class XI MIA 1 (experimental group) and class XI MIA 3 (control group). Learning outcome ware collected by tests at the end of the study. Data analysis showed that the experiments class learning with guided inquiry based experiment worksheet got learning outcome with average value of 86.27. Meanwhile learning outcomes of student in control class who learned without guided inquiry based experiment worksheet was 74.40. Both of Normality and Homogenous�s results showed that the distribution of the two experimental classes were normal and homogeneous. After the t-test on the real level of 0.05 was found that tcount is greater than ttable. It�s means that research hypothesis (H1) is accepted, so that it can be concluded that the results of student learning using student worksheet guided inquiry-based reaction rate is significantly higher than the student worksheet without a reaction rate-based guided inquiry.

This research is motivated by the importance of developing students’s adversity quotient (AQ). This research examines the difference of students’s AQ in Guided Inquiry learning with Concrete-Representational-Abstract approach (ITCRA) and students’s AQ in conventional learning. This research is quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The population is students which grade eighth in SMPN 1 Padang Panjang, and the samples is selected two classes from seven existing classes. Instruments used to collect data is scale of adversity quotient dan intervies guidelines. Data obtained were analyzed using mean difference t-test. The results show that there are differences of student’s AQ getting ITCRA learning and student’s AQ getting conventional learning.Keywords: Guided Inquiry, Concrete-Representational-Abstract, Adversity Quotient

Abstrak: This study aims to describe the effect of guided inquiry learning methods on learning outcomes in terms of learning motivation of fourth grade students on the theme of my dreams. This research is a quasi-experimental study with the design of a non-equivalent control group. The population in this study was all of the fourth grade of SDN Jember Lor 02 in the 2018/2019 school year which consisted of two classes namely IVA and IVB. The experimental class and control class samples were determined by drawing, so the experimental classes IVA and IVB control classes were obtained. Data was collected using tests and questionnaires. The validity of the test instruments and questionnaires was obtained by using the product moment correlation formula, while the reliability test was obtained using the Cronbach Alpha formula assisted by SPSS version 16. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) type two way analysis of variance with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence of the use of guided inquiry learning methods on student learning outcomes of high motivation groups, and 2) there was a positive and significant effect of the use of guided inquiry learning methods on low motivation group student learning outcomes. Pengaruh metode pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa kelas iv tema cita-citakuAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh metode pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV dengan tema cita-citaku. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experiment dengan desain non-equivalent control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas IV SDN Jember Lor 02 pada tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas IVA dan IVB. Sampel kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol ditentukan melalui pengundian, sehingga diperoleh kelas eksperimen IVA dan kelas kontrol IVB. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes dan angket. Validitas instrumen tes dan angket diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitasnya diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach berbantuan SPSS versi 16. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA (Analysis of Varians) jenis two way analysis of varians dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan metode pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelompok motivasi tinggi, dan 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penggunaan metode pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelompok motivasi rendah.

This study is an experimental study that aims to knows the influence of participative learning model used problem solving methode towards learning physics achievement of studens in SMPN 3 Batukliang. Research design using pre-test - post-test control group design. Sampling using random cluster sampling, the students of class VIII-A as the experimental group and the students of class VIII-B as a control group. The learning physics achievement data of students were analyzed using t-test formula two parties polled variance. At the significant level of 5% and dk of 53 obtained that ttest is less than ttable (1.66< 2.007). Because  that ttest is less than ttable  therefore H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Therefore, it can be  concluded that the participative learning model used problem solving methode is not influential significantly towards learning physics achievement of studens in SMPN 3 Batukliang.

This research is aimed to examine the effect of guided inquiry learning model toward physics students’ concept mastery and science process skills at class XI of MAN 2 Mataram in academic year 2017/2018. This is experiment research with posttest-only control group design. The Population of this research is all students of class XI MIA MAN 2 Mataram. The sampling technique used is purposive and cluster random sampling, which is the students of class XI MIA 5 as experiment and XI MIA 4 as control group. The experiment group was treated with guided inquiry learning model while the control group was treated with conventional learning. Technique of collectig data of the mastery concept using essay test 8 question, the skills of science process using non-test instruments in the form of observation sheets. The hypothesis was tested using manova based SPSS 16.0. The result of manova test showed that there was an effect of guided inquiry learning model toward mastery of concept and skill of science process.

<p>The purpose of this research are to determine the differences result in Sciences Process Skills (SPS) with using Problem Based Learning and guided inquiry of X grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali  in 2013/2014 academic year. This research was quasi experiment research which used Posttest Only With Nonequivalent Control Group design by using the experimental 1 class (application of Problem Based Learning) and experimental 2 class (application of guided inquiry). The population studies are all X class students of SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali in academic year 2013/2014. Sampling technique is using cluster sampling, the classroom that is chosen are X.1 as the experiment 1 class and X.3 as the experimental 2 class. The techique of collecting data is using essay test for measuring of SPS classifying, using tool and material, hypothesizing, formulate ways of working, predicting and communicating. Non-test technique is using methods of documentation and observation methods for measuring of SPS using the tool and material, observing and experimenting. The data were analyzed by t-test assisted SPSS 16. The result of this research concluded that there are differences results between Problem Based Learning and guided inquiry toward student’s sciences process skills of X grade students at SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali.</p><p align="center"> </p><p>Key Words: Problem Based Learning, Guided Inquiry, Science Process Skills</p>
