Many challenges exist in the management of non-hospital-owned medical equipment. This paper proposes implementing a novel kind of lean and computerized management method, including the management policy, procedures, agreement signing, equipment installation, acceptance and maintenance, and exit procedure. The result shows that the Lean and computerized management system can improve oversight and assure the safe integration of non-hospital-owned equipment to reduce liability exposure and increase compliance with regulations.

An effective waste management system is, and has always been, essential infrastructure, particularly given the potential for waste to adversely impact the surrounding environment. In recent decades, however, there has been growing awareness of the scale, breadth and immediacy of those adverse impacts, and of the unsustainability of the enormous (and increasing) amount of waste society generates. Governments around the world have mobilised and there has been a widespread shift towards policies promoting circular economies, waste minimisation and maximised resource efficiency. Singapore is a case in point; despite having a traditionally high waste output and a waste management system dependent on waste incineration as the primary means of disposal, Singapore has committed to a zero waste future. This article presents a review of domestic waste management policy and law in Singapore. Several gaps in the legal framework are identified and considered against the broader context, leading to the conclusion that there is a material environmental vulnerability in the legal framework that should be redressed in order to entrench environmental protections and to align the law with Singapore's policy ambitions. Notwithstanding this deficiency, it is hard not to be optimistic about the future of domestic waste management in Singapore, as the government has made an ambitious policy commitment and appears to be pursuing it with vigour.

The article is devoted to deepening of research the using of ecological types of transport in cities. Climate change, urbanization and increased mobility of the people are the basis for improvement of municipal transport management policy. The international experience of using of different types of transport on the basis of municipal ecology and the using of “smart” technologies is explored in the article. The diversification of transport and the increasing of popularity of ecological types of transport (trams, trains, bicycles, electric cars, etc.) are investigated. As a result, the using of ecological diversification policy in the municipal transport management system is proposed. The essence of the implementation of such policy is to approve the principles of sustainable development of the transport system, municipal ecology by promoting the ecological types of transport (bicycles, scooters, electric cars, trams, trains, etc.), taking into account the trends of artificial intelligence development and possibilities of smart specialization of the transport system. In addition, the ecological diversification policy predicts inclusion of the trends of artificial intelligence development and the possibilities of smart specialization in the transport system. The correlation assessment of the dynamic of transport using and the level of carbon dioxide emissions of transport in Ukraine were conducted. In the context of the research of features of the implementation of ecological diversification policy in the municipal transport management system, the prospects for the development of bicycle transport and bicycle tourism, the assessment of supply and demand for ecological types of transport, the development of the energy service market for ecological types of transport in the municipal transport management system were established.

As the current regulatory requirements of automobile disassembly and recycling are becoming strict increasingly, it is necessary to focus on environmental protection in the processing and information management system of disassembly and recycling. This paper studies on the information management method and system implementation of disassembly and recycling processing of automotive products. Firstly, the concept of parts-disassembly level is put forward and the level planning model is built together with the confirmed methods of parts-disassembly level scheme by LCIA. Then, a management system platform for disassembly process of automotive products is developed. Finally, the feasibility and availability of this system is verified by the application example of the disassembly level for a certain type automobile.

Considering ship through lock in river management problems, radio frequency identification was introduced into track work in ship running process for ship through lock, proposed a ship through lock management system design way in river based RFID. Thus visualized and digitalized management of ship through lock were realized. Analysis the focus of the system that basic components and function were characterized by its favorable openness and extensibility, the last of the analysis ship through lock fully automated management method on the basis of internet in river. This method has finished ship through lock procedure in river to not stop bank, serves convenience shortcut, has broad prospects.
