An Analysis on Utilizing Types of Closed School Facilities in Chungnam Provincial Office of Education

In this article the author will explain the administration of facilities and infrastructure in the school environment. Facilities and infrastructure administration is one of the most important things in education. All activities in schools will require facilities and infrastructure, both directly and indirectly so that they will support the course of the learning process of education.Administration of facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving educational goals. The positive and negative educational environment depends on maintaining the school facilities and infrastructure. Maintenance and management of infrastructure must be managed properly, but there are still some that have not been implemented optimally. Therefore, the author intends to make this article so that it can be used as a reference in managing educational facilities and infrastructure.

Throughout the history, teachers have played a crucial and missionary role in the preparation of generations as citizens of the future. Gratitude on teachers is definitely a patriotic obligation to them.In Albania, due to different historical, geographical and economic factors, teachers have worked and lived in difficult conditions. This is not only in the long periods of foreign conquests and in the period of the National Renaissance but also after the victory of Independence and the creation of an independent Albanian state.Most of them, as true missionaries, regardless of the conditions, devoted themselves to that noble silence, worked without a self-propelled for the nation, which always required renaissance. With and without appropriate school facilities, with difficult general conditions, with or without texts, with a lack of teaching resources, without guaranteed livelihoods, served in an exemplary manner to teach new generations the writing of Albanian language and to cultivate to the student knowledge and how to love their country.But when does the formation of teachers in Albania have the most significant institutional beginnings or developments?Through this paper I tried to bring into attention the decisions of the Congress of Elbasan in 1909 as the first Albanian Pedagogical Congress whose primary task was the opening of a Pedagogical School. This school would served in the institutionally studied preparation of teachers whose job at that time was a national emergency for the development of the Albanian nation. This school was set up to open in the city of Elbasan.Elbasan, a city of Middle Albania, has been described as the cradle of the Normal School. Alongside the economic and social development, Elbasan was also acclaimed for his cultural and educational development, especially in the period of the National Renaissance.Of great importance in the formation of students there is the patriotic spirit of the Renaissance, which was always alive and powerful among Normale's teachers.Patriotic education of students remained as primary target in the field of general formation. Albania's Albanian language (literature, history, and geography) was developed at the highest possible level of time. Since its beginning, Normal School was not seen simply as a high school, but as an educational institution that represented the dignity of the nation, which would radiate the light of Albanian knowledge. Opening Normale School was not a matter of knowledge but also patriotism.

The problem in this research is the head of the school can manage all the components or resources that exist in the school environment with good so thatstudent achievement continues to rise in academic and non academic. The purpose of this study is: (1) Describe and analyze so that the head of school in implementing managerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (2) Describe and analyze the response of the teachers and education personnel of the competence of the managerial head of school in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (3) Describe and analyze the contraints of the head of school in implementing mangerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. The results of this study are: (1) The head of the SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap has been making efforts to utilize existing resources in the school environment both from human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, financial resources of the school, and the advancement of technology in the field of information and communication, which includes 16 type of competence; (2) support of personal is realized by setting up the school adminstration well in order to improve the quality of education, as for the support of educators is realized with: create lesson plans, implement learning process and assesment and evaluation; The head of SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap get the constrains in implementing managerial competencies, namely limitations in manging the school’s finances.

It has been succesfully done the community services activity by using Participatory Action Research (PAR) entitled “Revitalisasi MI Nahdlotusy Syubban dengan pendekatan peran serta masyarakat (PSM) untuk meningkatkan kemandirian sekolah”. The object of this community services is MI Nahdlotusy Syubban Sarimulyo Winong Pati. To explore the problems in this Islamic Boarding School, 3 correlated actions have been formulated. They are Training on School Based Management, PAIKEM Training, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) addressed to all school management people. The discussions are mainly about the interconnection of the Islamic School (madrasah) with the society in the field of management, feed-back, and school facilities.The results are that the teachers already applied PAIKEM in the teaching learning process and the society can directly involved not only in providing the school facilities but also in implementing the control function to the madrasah.As for knowingthe targetandthe quality of graduates, avision, missionand quality standardsarebeing developedin theschool curriculum. Telah dilakukan pengabdian dengan metode PAR / Participatory Action Research dengan judul “Revitalisasi MI Nahdlotusy Syubban dengan pendekatan peran serta masyarakat (PSM) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian sekolah”. Objek pengabdian ini adalah MI Nahdlotusy Syubban Sarimulyo Winong Pati. Untuk mengurai masalah-masalah di madrasah ini di rumuskan 3 tindakan kegiatan yang saling berkaitan. Pelatihan Manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS), dan untuk memperjelas komponen MBS dalam proses pembelajaran diadakan pelatihan pembelajaran aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan (PAIKEM ) sedangkan komponen keuangan, sarpras dan hubungan dengan masyarakat yang merupakan penjabaran dari MBS dirangkum dalam Focus Group Discussion ( FGD) yang di ikuti oleh pemangku kepentingan madrasah meliputi Guru, kepala Sekolah, Yayasan, Komite dan masyarakat secara umum. Dalam FGD ini membahas keterkaitan antara madrasah dengan masyarakat baik dalam bidang manajemen, umpan timbal balik, dan pengadaan sarana dan PrasaranaHasilnya guru-guru mulai menerapkan PAIKEM dalam pembelajarannya, dan ternyata masyarakat langsung membuktikan peran sertanya dalam pengadaan dan pembuatan sarana dan prasarana madrasah serta melaksankan fungsi kontrol terhadap madrasah. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui target dan mutu lulusan di susunlah visi misi dan standar mutu lulusan yang mulai dikembangkan dalam kurikulum pembelajaran sekolah.
