In connection with the reform of education in higher education institutions, the concept of distance education is being actively developed, which provides for the development of educational courses aimed at ensuring the accessibility, quality and efficiency of education. There are various ways to solve them, one of which is the informatization of education. In turn, informatization allows to effectively develop various modern pedagogical technologies. The article is devoted to the theoretical and methodological principles of the organization of the educational process in the conditions of higher education with the use of distance learning technologies. The article reveals the essence of the concept of "distance learning", describes the benefits of distance technology, analyzes the effectiveness of distance learning for university students. The concept of "blended learning", "distance learning", methodological approaches, a number of general didactic and methodological principles on which the process of learning in higher education is based when applying the distance learning model are analyzed and specified. The methods, forms of organization and tools used in blended learning are described, as well as the advantages of such a learning model are highlighted. A schematic representation of the structure of the methodical system of blended learning in the conditions of higher education is developed. The use of blended learning in higher education solves the problems of individualization, intensification and optimization of learning, is the most logical and natural evolution of the traditional model of learning.

In modern conditions of reforming the system of higher education, the introduction of time-based blended and distance learning, the mission of higher education is to ensure the efficiency and quality of university education. Therefore, the problem of using blended and distance learning technologies becomes relevant, which, taking into account the peculiarities of the conduct, should ensure the quality of educational services for students. Blended learning is defined as a hybrid of traditional face-to-face and online learning so that instruction occurs both in the classroom and online, and where the online component becomes a natural extension of traditional classroom learning. The article highlights the peculiarities of the introduction of mixed and distance learning at the university, analyzes and clarifies the essence and content of the concepts of « blended learning», «distance learning», identifies the main approaches, methodical principles underlying the organization of the educational process, the priority tasks and advantages of the introduced forms of education are singled out, the tendencies of their development are outlined, in particular in modern conditions. The methods, organizational forms and means used during blended and distance learning are described, specific examples of their introduction at Kyiv International University are given, as well as the schematic structure of the methodical system of the proposed forms of education that ensure the quality of university education. It is proved that blended and distance learning solves the problems of individualization, intensification and optimization of education, is the most effective evolution of the traditional model of learning7

The article discusses the problem of organizing classes in the discipline «Physical culture and sport» with the use of distance education technologies, which is a result of the insufficient development of the methodological base, and the procedure for organizing training sessions in the distance form. The subject of the research is the use of distance education technologies in physical culture and sports training sessions. The purpose of the research is to study the experience of work with the use of distance learning technologies, develop methodological support and make recommendations for organizing training sessions in the discipline «Physical culture and sport». The methodological basis of the research was formed by methods of studying and generalizing advanced pedagogical experience, pedagogical observation, and modeling. As a result of the study, the structure of the organization of the educational process in the discipline «Physical culture and sport» with the use of distance education technologies, methodological recommendations and the procedure for organizing training sessions have been developed. The results of the study will add to the methodological base for organizing training sessions in the discipline «Physical culture and sport» not only in educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, but also in educational institutions of other departments. The obtained results of the research will be useful for lecturers, lecturers-methodologists of educational departments of educational organizations, teachers, inspectors for service and combat training in organizing the educational process. The article substantiates the organization of the educational process of physical education of students of higher education institutions in the conditions of quarantine restrictions. The need for urgent adaptation of the process of physical education to the new challenges that accompany the "quarantine" training, requires solving the problems of pedagogical, methodological and organizational content of the educational process of higher education. The purpose of the study is to identify the main aspects of the organization of the educational process of physical education of students by means of remote technologies. The research is based on the use of a set of general scientific theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization. The views of researchers on this issue, set out in the latest scientific literature. The didactic potential of distance learning technologies in the formation of information educational environment of physical education of students is determined. It is established that the transition from traditionally used to multidimensional distance learning expands the use of vector information technology, opens new prospects for the development of physical education of students in higher education. The factors of organization of the educational process in the conditions of distance learning are singled out and ranked. The influence of the latter is multi-vector, which necessitates timely detection and prompt response to them to avoid them if possible. Among the advantages of organizing the educational process of physical education of students by means of distance technologies: the possibility of using leading educational technologies; increasing the efficiency of the educational process by intensifying the process of cognition and interpersonal interactive communication; development of a conscious and motivated approach to classes; the possibility of diversifying the educational process; increasing the efficiency of students' independent work; realization of the educational function of physical culture; development of the need for self-education through the mobility of knowledge and ideas; expanding and updating the role of the teacher, who must coordinate the process of physical development and improvement of students. It is proved that the introduction of new pedagogical technologies of distance learning will change the paradigm of physical education and creates the conditions for the most effective implementation of the opportunities inherent in such forms of physical education.

Introduction. The modern development of information and communication technologiesand the current epidemiological situation have led to the widespread use of distance educational technologies. The article presents the results of a statistical analysis of the data obtained during the hygienic assessment of the characteristics of the lifestyle and activity of students in the period of active introduction of forms and methods of distance education.Material and methods. An online survey of 498 students in 2019 during the period of traditional education and 1587 students in April 2020 during the implementation of the educational process in the distance format was conducted. The coordinator of the work was the Department of Hygiene of the Pediatric Faculty of the N.I. Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University, Moscow.Results. The obtained data allows talking about the negative impact of electronic devices on the lifestyle of students. A significant increase in the time of the use of gadgets (almost twice) and their number (2-4) when transferring the educational process to a remote format is proved. In general, the use of stationary and mobile electronic devices in more than 50% of respondents amounted to five hours or more. A decrease in the quality characteristics of the lifestyle of students in higher education during the transition to distant education has been established, while more than a third of them do not realize this. As risk factors, a decrease in motor activity, visual impairment, neuropsychic stress, poor nutrition, etc. In the absence of direct contact with university teachers, the opportunities for creating healthy lifestyle skills within the university are reduced and the importance of teachers as an authoritarian influence and a personal example for students is reduced.Conclusion. Informatization and the introduction of distance learning technologies in the higher education system require comprehensive studies of the advantages and disadvantages of such a learning format. The forced mass introduction of distance learning technologies in the educational process has exposed many problems that have not yet been given sufficient attention and, in the future, they can become the basis for promising research in the field of educational hygiene. The results obtained suggest that modern students do not pay enough attention to their lifestyle in the period of the distant education.

Problem and goal. The active introduction of e-learning and distance learning technologies in the educational process, the reform of traditional models of learning and education have become priority areas of reforms and initiatives in various national education systems in the 21st century. Given that public spending is the main source of funding for education in the OECD countries, assessing the economic impact of implementing a digital educational environment at different levels of education under pressure on public budgets has become a key issue for national governments and educational organizations, as well as the subject of special research. In Russian practice assessment of the economic effect of the full-scale use of e-learning and distance learning technologies in the implementation of educational programs of secondary professional (training of middle-level specialists) and higher education have not yet been carried out. For these purposes, a methodology has been developed, which, however, needs to be tested. Results. The study identified a list of costs required to ensure the full use of e-learning and distance educational technologies in realization of educational programs of secondary vocational (training of mid-level professionals) and higher (including graduate school) education; the methodlogy for assessing the economic effect of these measures is justified, and calculations are made based on this methodology. Conclusion. The developed methodology has shown its effectiveness and needs further research and quantitative analysis.

The global spread of coronavirus infection has paralysed the work of many areas of economic, business, and, of course, educational activities of almost all countries on the planet. Unfortunately, Ukraine is no exception and a quarantine regime has been introduced in this country. The way out of the current situation in education in Ukraine was the introduction of distance learning in all educational institutions, which created new challenges for both teachers and students. The purpose of the paper was to study information technologies, tools and methods of learning that can be used for distance learning in educational institutions under quarantine. As a result, authors analysed world practices in ensuring the educational process within the framework of distance learning. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning technologies for both higher education institutions and higher education seekers were identified.

The purpose of the article is to study the issue of the possibility of implementing dialogical pedagogical interaction in the context of distance learning. The problems which the universities faced during the period of distance education are analyzed. The results of the students’ interview show that the majority has a positive attitude towards the introduction of distance learning technologies, but at the same time the traditional learning model must be preserved in general. The concept of pedagogical communication is given. In conclusion we can say that at the current stage the effective dialogical pedagogical communication is possible only with the traditional format of education.

The relevance of the study is determined by socio-cultural processes, which necessitate the revision of methods for organising the educational process, in particular the transition to distance learning, and the establishment of correlations with international standards. The purpose of the article is to identify the features, advantages, and disadvantages of distance learning, along with the prospects for development in accordance with the comparative analysis of Ukrainian and foreign experience with distance education. Methods and techniques varied depending on the tasks at each research stage, thus, the method of a targeted selection, the comparative method, the generalisation and systematisation of the theoretical material, and others were applied. The article substantiates the prospects for the development and implementation of distance learning technologies. The Ukrainian and foreign studies which focus on the “distance education” are analysed; ways of the distance learning implementation are outlined; the conditions for the appropriate and effective distance learning introduction are indicated; advantages and disadvantages of the distance learning are identified, the urgency of the development of distance education in Ukraine is substantiated. The factors that contributed to the emergence and development of distance learning courses are highlighted, the current problems of introduction of distance learning technologies are specified. The article compares the experience of introducing distance learning in different countries, which is based on statistics for 2020-2021. It is stated that the student of the distance learning course must have great will and motivation, be able to properly organise their time, since distance learning is directly aimed at self-education and self-development of the learner. The practical value of the obtained results lies in the application of distance technologies in the educational activities of higher education institutions and in accelerating the modernisation and adaptation of the current education system in Ukraine, in accordance with the requirements and trends of the global education sphere

The paper analyzes the results of an associative experiment conducted with second-year students (SibADI, Omsk) in the fall of 2020 with the aim of assessing the experience of the mass introduction of distance learning technologies, assessing the receptive reactions of students, identifying the degree of emotional comfort of learning during a pandemic, the difficulties they had to be faced, their sources and the degree of recurrence. The results of the study became the basis for the development of methodological recommendations in order to increase the degree of effectiveness of the educational process in a distance format. The introduction reveals the essence of the concept of distance education, its goals and objectives at different stages in different countries. A number of advantages provided by the distance learning format and its relevance in the modern world are highlighted. The results of the experiment showed that not all students are psychologically ready for a sharp transition to distance learning. The wide public resonance aroused increased interest in researching the problems that have arisen in this educational sphere. The associative experiment took place in two stages. The first question was aimed at identifying the preferences of the form of education of full-time students. The question was: What form of education do you prefer full-time or distance learning? The responses ratio was 70:30. Seventy percent of the surveyed respondents preferred full-time education, the rest distance learning. In the second part, they were invited to take part in an associative experiment to reconstruct a fragment of the national linguistic picture of the world in a certain historical period. Through an associative experiment, we were able to identify and analyze the psychoemotional assessment of the components and their frequency within the modified concept of distance education; practical recommendations of a didactic nature were proposed for reducing negative connotations and removing psychological barriers in the process of distance learning.

The introduction of quarantine restrictions in the world has led to restrictions on many industries of both economic and social spheres of life. Education has not become an exception. The need to level the large number of students necessitated the search for alternative ways of organising educational and pedagogical processes. This is especially an issue for higher education institutions. Higher education institutions train specialists for many sectors of the economy and a significant break in the educational process due to quarantine restrictions could lead to a real collapse of the higher education system. This necessitates the search for ways to transform the pedagogical process in higher education institutions and the introduction of alternative mechanisms and methods of organising the educational process. The purpose of the study was to investigate the ways of transformation of the pedagogical process in higher education during the quarantine. A systematic algorithm for studying the transformation of the pedagogical process in conditions of quarantine and quarantine restrictions in higher education has been developed. The advantages and disadvantages of distance learning technologies of higher education have been identified. The main features of such remote technologies as Moodle, Google Classroom, and Zoom are analysed.
