This exploration is expected to search many insightful articles on mixed helping blended learning strategies to upgrade understudy learning results in complex and routine circumstances. To all the more likely comprehend and scholarly involvement in mixed learning, we accumulated information and data by doing a virtual information search on some notable distributions on educational issues and utilizing innovation to improve learning results. We utilized the expressions "distributions" to allude to information from ERIC, Google Books, Taylor&France, Elsevier, and Sagepub. We directed a top-to-bottom review utilizing an inside and out evaluation and coding framework to find the solutions utilizing a phenomenological technique. Subsequently, given the assessment of the principal discoveries, we can presume that a hybrid or blended learning system is a learning approach that consolidates a scope of instructive procedure techniques to help understudies accomplish more prominent degrees of accomplishment than traditional methodologies alone. A mixture and blended learning framework joins vis-à-vis guidance with PC helped training. It is expected that these outcomes would fill in as supporting writing for future examinations and applications.

In the era of instant communication, today, learning and instructional process has changed. This condition has led learning into a new era called e-learning, where learning process can be facilitated with proper use of information and communication technology. Combining information and communication technology appropriately to facilitate learning has become an impportant issue in e-learning design context. Therefore, we need such a kind of framework as a guidance in selecting and determining the appropritae blended learning strategy to address the learning objectives to be achieved. The framework offered in this article refered to the essential concept of e-learning itself, four quadrants of learning seting offered by Noord, two continuum of instructional strategy offerd by Smaldino et. al., and four standard of e-learning process adapted by author from the work of Norton. The framework offered are that in designing blended learning, we should consider the following aspects: 1) efforts to facilitate learning experiences as the essence of e-learning; 2) optimalization of the four learning process standard in the context of e-learning; 3) selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies; and 4) selection and determination of apropriate learning seting and ICTs used in four quadrants of learning seting.

Although many studies on blended have been done, very few have studied what linguists advise about teaching English as a foreign language using blended learning-based teaching methods and systems. So, we have collected as much data as possible and began to study it with a phenomenological approach. We get the data by searching electronic engines in well-known journals that discuss the issue of Learning English with a blended teaching system. Because this is a data review study, we focus on the field data evidence published between 2010 and 2021. The data sources include Elsevier journal publications, Google Books, Sage, ERIC, and other national publications. After a series of studies involving in-depth evaluation and coding systems, we can finally conclude our findings with valid and reliable principles, which include, among other things, that mixed teaching allows students to learn all English skills, including writing, listening, speaking, and reading. It is divided into face-to-face and online stages, and both practices listening well to each other, and they can balance the two learning models.

A general technique is proposed for embedding online clustering algorithms based on competitive learning in a reinforcement learning framework. The basic idea is that the clustering system can be viewed as a reinforcement learning system that learns through reinforcements to follow the clustering strategy we wish to implement. In this sense, the reinforcement guided competitive learning (RGCL) algorithm is proposed that constitutes a reinforcement-based adaptation of learning vector quantization (LVQ) with enhanced clustering capabilities. In addition, we suggest extensions of RGCL and LVQ that are characterized by the property of sustained exploration and significantly improve the performance of those algorithms, as indicated by experimental tests on well-known data sets.
