This research was conducted at PT. Jakarta International Hotels And Development.Tbk, which aims to determine the influence of promotion costs and the cost of administration against the price of staple inn. Using test tools Eviews 8, with secondary data from the years 2009-2018, quantitative research uses the data type of the time series. With the technique of multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and the test deteminasi (R2).The results of this study show that the Cost of Promotion significant positive effect on the financial performance of the Price of Staple Inn. So the hypothesis one in this study missed. It also happens in the variable Cost of Public Administration affect the financial performance of the Price of Staple Inn. So the hypothesis in this study positive significant. It can be seen from the results of t-Test showing the value prob is equal to 0.04 < alpha of 0.05. This means that the positive influence.

This paper aims to determine the influence of cost efficiency by six proxies on each KSP and USP Cooperative which has been assessed by Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Surakarta in 2015 on the level of health of the cooperative based on the results of the cooperative health assessment. In total, KSP and USP Cooperative samples in this paper were 25 cooperative that have been assessed an implement RAT in 2016. This research method using a model of quantitative research. The data analysis technical use analysis of the ratio consisting of 6 ratios (BOAPB, BUSK, EP, RA, RMS, and KOP) is calculated with guidelines health assessment to generate score ratings healthy assessment cooperative on each ratios and multiple linear regression analysis with independent variable cost efficiency and the dependent variable levels of health cooperative. Based on the research it was found that the level of efficiency by 6 proxies KSP and USP Cooperative on average have sufficient predicates efficient. However, the results also found 2 of 6 proxies affect cost efficiency and 4 proxies do not affect the level of health cooperatives. Then, the results of the paper concluded that the cost efficiency 4 proxies has no the influence because the paper sample indicated divergence conducted by KSP and USP Cooperative, these statements are based on the data obtained and the analysis of the health assessment score of each ratio. Therefore, 4 proxies is not significant influence partially.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, discipline, and work environment significantly partially and simultaneously to the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. In this study used quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Respondents were 78 subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The results of this study are and documentation and continued with data processing to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that Leadership, motivation and work environment there is no significant partial positive effect on the performance of sub-district officials in Lumajang District. partially on the performance While the discipline there is a significant positive influence of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. Simultaneously Leadership, motivation, discipline and work environment there is a significant positive influence partially on the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The variables studied have an effect of 40.2% on employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

ABSTRACT This study uses descriptive analysis and verification with quantitative approach that is 3 tobacco company listed on the Stock Exchange. Data obtained are secondary data from the annual of financial statements consists of  income over 11 years, ie the year 2009 to 2019. Technical analysis of data used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study showed that the cost of production and a significant positive effect on net income, Showed the operational costs do net mean a net income. Berdasarankan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa biaya produksi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih. Biaya operasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih. Cocoa farming is a business developed by the community in Batuparigi Village, Tobadak District, Central Mamuju Regency so that cocoa is one of the leading agricultural sectors there. However, there are several inhibiting factors, such as; The increasing price of cocoa seedlings has made it difficult to obtain quality seeds. In addition, the cost of fertilizers and pesticides has increased in price from year to year and has become an obstacle for cocoa farmers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample in the study was 30 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables (land area, fertilizer costs, seed costs, pesticide costs, and labor) had a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable (farmer income). Partially, land area has a significant effect and is positively related, while the variable cost of fertilizer, cost of seeds, cost of pesticides, and labor has no significant effect on farmers' income

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) &lt;(1,984) and not significant (0,348)&gt; (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,017) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120&gt; 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)&gt; t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital on the Company's Financial Performance in the Kompas 100 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as the analytical technique. The results of hypothesis testing (t-test) prove that Intellectual Capital influences the Company's Financial Performance. This means that the better the Intellectual Capital owned by the compass index company 100, the higher the company's financial performance. Keywords: Intellectual Capital and Financial Performance.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Kompas 100 index yang terdaftar pada on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis yang digunakan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji t-test) menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital yang semakin baik yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam index Kompas 100, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and credit growth to inflation in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive research and uses secondary data in the form of time-series from 2007 to 2016 using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that interest rates have a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. The Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. Credit growth has a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze organizational culture and leadership of the sport branch Board and Athlete Performances and impact against KONI (Indonesian National Sport Committee) of Riau Province. The object of research is the Sport Branch Board members of KONI (Indonesian National Sport Committee) of Riau Province. Population in this study is the Sport Branch Board members of KONI of Riau province as many as 165, with a sample of 117 people, by using a formula Solvin. The type of data required in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained from the results of empirical research through deployment questionnaire to the Branch Board Sports, while the secondary data source authors were obtained in the form of ready-made include about organisational profile of KONI of Riau Province.  Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis tools used in the study was a multiple linear regression analysis.  Results from this study showed that: (1) There is a positive effect of the Cultural Organization (X1) on the performance variable (Y1) the coofficient 0,386 with sig = 0.002 ≤ 0,05; (2) there is a positive influence Leadership variable (X2) of the variable Cultural Organization (Y1) the coofficient 0,182 with sig = 0,038 ≤ 0,05; (3) there is a positive influence organizational culture variable (X1) to achievement athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,252 with sig 0,002, 4). there is positive leadership variables (X2) on achievment athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,287 with a value coofficient sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. there is a positive influence organizational culture variables (X1) to the achievement athlete (Y2) with sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Cultural organizations are independent variables that influence is greater than the other independent variables. Coofficient determination or R-square is 79.04%, while 20.96% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Suggestions for further research are to find out other variables that have a greater influence on the performance of government policy, and the development of school sports.

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of variables gender, age, GPA to financial literacy. This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear  regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.
