The research used in assessing the performance of internal business processes in this study uses strategic management theory and operations management through the Resource-Based View approach, Market-Based View aspects and Organization Culture. The Banking Industry has to think about the business processes and workflows to empower employees and what they need to do to stay competitive in the face of rapidly changing competition. The method used in this research is a Literature Review with a descriptive approach that will produce a conceptual model. The resulting conceptual model development was adopted from DeLone and McLean's Model about the success of the Information System which was combined with the input variables studied to produce an implementation model for the integration of business functions to improve the performance of internal business processes.

As part of the digital transformation of various areas of human activity, the urgent task is to transform existing business processes (BP) in order to increase their variability according to the needs of the customer, to increase productivity, quality and competitiveness of products. The introduction of end-to-end digital technologies allows for this. The article examines the experience of transforming the BP of experimental research in solving a number of applied tasks in the field of electronic instrumentation, which is obtained as a result of the introduction of operation technology for test, research and laboratory equipment based on the concept of multitenancy. Developed on the basis of the experience of the authors, a number of industrial samples and prototype multiuser distributed measurement-control systems implementing this concept have allowed to transform the following processes: end-to-end BP of tests on-board electronic equipment of spacecraft (communications, relay, navigation, geodesy, remote sensing, etc.); BP of forming the operational load of the spacecraft's on-board relay complex; BP of conducting experimental laboratory research in the industry training system. The effectiveness of modernized BP was evaluated on the basis of their formalized models and a set of qualitative indicators. The key resulting effects of transformation: improving the quality of BP by improving the informativeness of individual business functions and the efficiency of the use of high-tech experimental equipment; reducing the number of gaps in BP by reducing the number of business roles involved in their implementation; reducing the duration of BP by significantly reducing material and time costs and improving the productivity of individual business functions; transition to a service model "Laboratory As Service" for access to high-tech equipment while performing experimental laboratory studies based on digital educational environments.

The business continuity of the gig economy is strongly driven by the operator’s ability to manage the maturity of business processes. Moreover, projects in the gig economy are risky due to the lack of monitoring and involvement of actors’ profiles. When business processes become mature as the target, platform-based project results can satisfy actors’ expectations. To reach targeted maturity, operators need to standardize their business processes. This standardization is actualized in a maturity model as a benchmark and guideline tool. It exposes how mature the current business processes are and the required improvements. This research aims to construct a maturity model systematically and comprehensively to encourage operators in the gig economy (as the model user) to improve the products and services delivered. This research has constructed a new maturity model for business processes using the maturity model development phases initiated by de Bruin et al. It explores the gig economy ecosystem in Indonesia. This research initiates the maturity model by collecting 48 factors in the gig economy. It continues by composing 13 determinant candidates as representations of the factors. After an empirical test involving 200 people (consisting of gig worker, client, and operator) and two iterations of mixed-method validation involving 16 experts, this research generates ten determinants classified into three dimensions: actors, platforms, and transactions. The maturity level of each determinant is measured to indicate its position toward digital business continuity.

BACKGROUND Health care professionals (HCPs) are challenged in caring for persons with suicidal ideation or behavior. For affected persons, professional care is essential, and being interviewed about their experiences can be stressful. The experiences of persons ideating or attempting suicide are essential to designing eHealth products to support them in crises and provide continuous care. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to synthesize published qualitative research about how persons with suicidal thoughts or behavior experience inpatient or outpatient care. A model will be derived from the meta-synthesis to guide HCPs in their work with affected persons and provide a thorough needs assessment for eHealth development. METHODS A qualitative meta-synthesis was conducted using an inductive approach, as proposed by Sandelowski and Barroso. The inclusion criteria were studies in English and German that dealt with persons who ideated or attempted suicide. Relevant articles were identified by searching the PubMed and Cinahl databases and by hand searching relevant journals and reference lists. The findings of each study were analyzed using initial and axial coding, followed by selective coding. Finally, a conceptual model was derived. RESULTS In total, 3170 articles were identified in the systematic literature search. Articles were screened independently by 2 researchers based on the eligibility criteria. Finally, 12 studies were included. The central phenomenon observed among persons ideating or attempting suicide is their process from feeling unanchored to feeling anchored in life again. During inpatient and outpatient care, they experience being dependent on the skills and attitudes of HCPs. While helpful skills and attitudes support persons ideating or attempting suicide to reach their feeling of being anchored in life again, adverse interactions are experienced negatively and might lead to prolonging or maintaining the feeling of being unanchored in life. CONCLUSIONS The study promotes a differentiated view of the experiences of persons ideating or attempting suicide. The derived conceptual model can guide HCPs in their work with affected persons to support affected persons during their recovery. Moreover, the conceptual model is useable as a springboard to develop eHealth solutions for crisis situations and long-term care.

The decline in the growth rate of the country's economy leads to an increase in the interest of various sectors of society in the search for effective ways of organizing work in the face of increasing universal digitalization. In the post-pandemic world, the able-bodied population needs new ways of earning money, the opportunity to work in their spare time, the presence of a flexible schedule, as employers are increasingly striving to optimize the costs of business processes, including personnel. Therefore, domestic employers are waiting for the development and growth of the institution of freelance, which requires an active restructuring of labor relations. The application of the gig economy as a new socio-economic model of entrepreneurial organization has influenced the emergence of modern forms of labor organization, such as outsourcing, subcontracting, freelance, remote work, outstaffing, which represent the possibility of partial employment. Such forms of labor relations are mainly in demand in the service sector and IT organizations. The aim of the study is to study the directions of transformation of forms of organization of labor activity in domestic and foreign business in conditions of transition to gig-economy. The study analyzed the development prospects of gig-economy as one of the directions of digital transformation of the economy. Also, on the basis of a synthesis of expert assessments and surveys of the population, features and prospects for the development of freelance in Russia were formed. Based on the study, the following main results were obtained: the main trends in the development of the gig economy were identified; analyzed the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of gig-economy as one of the developing areas of the digital economy; statistical assessment of the studied direction is given; the problems of organization of freelance in conditions of gig-economy are covered.

Design of robust control system for any system requires model-driven approach. Therefore, it becomes imperative to develop a dynamic model suitable for controller design on safety operation of hydropower dam for power production in Kanji dam in Nigeria. Model for reservoir flow was developed in MATLAB environment using Fuzzy Based Autoregressive Moving Average Exogenous Input (FARMAX) model structure in this study. The data used for model development covered a period of ten years (2003-2013). It consists of water inflow (WI), water outflow (WO) and spillage (S). WI and S are input variables while WO was the output variable. The model obtained using the unsmoothed data with an outlier gave -14.115%, -0.302 and 610.317 for fit, R2 and RMSE, respectively. Unsmoothed data with no outlier gave -13.802%, -0.295 and 608.643 corresponding to fit, R2 and RMSE, respectively. The model obtained using the smoothed data in the presence of an outlier gave 80.533%, 0.962 and 104.113 for fit, R2 and RMSE, respectively. Smoothed data in the absence of outlier gave 81.533%, 0.962 and 99.637 for to fit, R2 and RMSE, respectively. FARMAX has the best fit value of 87.8774% when number of rules was equal to 3 with optima model order of 3 1 4 3. The model can serve as a decision support system in evaluating the optimal reservoir operation policies in real time.

In order to develop and be competitive, modern enterprises, which function in an environment that is globalised, dynamic and subject to strong digitalisation pressure, need to implement information technologies in a way that will allow them, as they achieve further levels of virtualisation, to maintain, and even enhance, their ability to create value added. As business activity is moved to a space shaped by computers and IT networks and distance communication tools and forms are developed, the importance of establishing contacts and relations in the organisation and execution of value-creation business processes increases. Digitalisation of the economy and society is one of the most dynamic changes of our times, opening up new opportunities to create business models, while bringing uncertainty and various threats connected, among other things, with social consequences of the automation of production processes and security in a broad sense. The aim of the presentation is to indicate areas of activity in which information technologies are most often implemented in enterprises in Poland as well as managers' strategic approach to this problem in the face of digital transformation. The paper presents the level of Polish enterprises’ engagement in the process of digital transformation and shows how the progress in terms of implementation of modern ICT in the aspect of customer contacts, managing and executing contacts with suppliers and recipients and resource configuration, impacts the effectiveness of the enterprises surveyed.
