The low income of coffe farmers in Indonesia is  caused several factor, large production cost, non standart prices and high transport costs. In this paper we try to overcome this problem by establishing a geographic information system for coffe collectors, that will help farmers find an appropriate buyer with minimal shipping costs to maximized their profits. This research has been successfully implemented using Google Maps API for mapping the location and built as an Android based mobile devices application. Application on the side of the collectors can input different types of coffe prices to be purchased. While the system is on the side of farmers can search for  coffe collectors location. The test results using the system usability scale (SUS), the respondents gave a score on the farmer’s average of 74.7 and the side of the collector of 71.1 which means it has value adjective rating = excellent, grade scale = c and acceptability ranges = acceptable.

Pemantauan kesehatan hutan menjadi salah satu kriteria pada pengelolaan hutan yang lestari. Saat ini, data dan informasi mengenai persebaran lokasi dan hasil pemantauan kesehatan hutan dapat diketahui melalui Web GIS (Gheographic Information System) Pemantauan Kesehatan Hutan (Web GIS Simantan) yang masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui kegunaaanya (usability).  Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui usability dari Web GIS Simantan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) yang didalamnya terdiri dari 5 pertanyaan negatif dan 5 pertanyaan positif. Sebanyak 15 responden dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini yang berasal dari 33.33% atau setara 5 orang pegawai Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Hutan Lindung (BPDASHL) Way Seputih Way Sekampung, 33.33% pegawai Taman Hutan Raya (Tahura) Wan Abdul Rachman dan 33.33% Mahasiswa Kehutanan Unila. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Web GIS Simantan memiliki nilai akhir System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 70,50. Dengan demikian, Web GIS Simantan memiliki acceptability ranges dengan kategori marginal high, grade scale dengan kategori D dan adjective rating dengan kategori good.

Bandung Health Office as a Health Agency that always provides quality services is currently focused on handling pandemics, especially in the implementation of vaccination programs as a strategy to combat the COVID-19 outbreak. Therefore, monitoring of complaints experienced by the community after vaccination is required. The problem experienced today is the unavailability of containers to accommodate and manage data on COVID-19 vaccination complaints using the information system. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based information system that supports the process of monitoring and handling COVID-19 vaccination complaints in the Bandung Health Office by presenting informative and transparent data so as to facilitate the public in reporting and obtaining complaint information easily. The system development method uses waterfall model, while the system functional design method uses object-oriented modeling approach with Unified Modelling Language (UML). Black box test results obtained a 100 percentage of system functionality success. Evaluation test results with System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire obtained the final test score of 77.6 with Acceptable category and B Grade Scale. So based on the test results, the system can run easily according to the needs of the user. This research resulted in a web-based information system that makes it easier for health workers to efficiently manage COVID-19 vaccination complaint reporting data.

Test engine try out is an information system used by prospective alumni students to practice the questions in taking the certification exams at Bina Darma University. Exercises that can be done on this test engine are vendor certifications such as Microsoft Technology Associate, SAP, NIIT, PASAS, CISCO, and various other certifications. To ascertain whether the test engine is in line with the expectations and needs of the participants try out then an evaluation is carried out. The evaluation technique used is usability with the system usability scale approach. System usability scale is an information system evaluation technique that looks at three aspects, namely adjective rating, grade scale, acceptability by involving end users in the evaluation process. In the process of evaluating the usability scale system, ten instruments were used as a measure of evaluation. From the evaluation, the final result is 87.33. According to these conditions, it can be concluded that the test engine try out from the side of the adjective rating includes the excellence group, from the grade scale side including B group, and from the acceptability side including the acceptable group.

One of the goals of implementing a smart campus is to improve public services. Whereas the Academic Information System (Siakad) is a very important type of management information system (MIS) digital service. To find out the quality of service from the viewpoint of the user of this information system, a usability test was made. Usability is a qualitative analysis in determining the quality of an information system based on the user. The purpose of this study is to conduct usability testing SIAKAD in IAIN Salatiga using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Based on the usability test results, the majority of respondents use and utilize this information system well, this is proven by the value of the test results of 84,75. The evaluation results show that the Academic Information System at IAIN Salatiga is categorized as excellent.

Website saat ini telah digunakan diberbagai jenis instansi termasuk instansi pendidikan seperti Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah. Saat ini website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah menjadi tulang punggung dalam penyebaran informasi terkain pondok pesantren kepada wali santri, alumni, calon santri dan masyarakat luas. Mengingat pentingnya website bagi Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah maka perlu untuk dilakukan evaluasi apakah informasi yang diberikan dan website yang ada telah memiliki nilai kebergunaan bagi pengguna atau tidak. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi untuk melihat perspektif pengguna terhadap website. Prose evaluasi dilakukan dengan system usability scale dengan sepuluh instrumen sebagai pernyataan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan nilai akhir 88. Nilai 88 berarti website Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah mendapatkan adjective rating yang excellence, grade scale tergolong kelompok B dan tingkat acceptability termasuk acceptable. The website is currently used in various types of institutions including educational institutions such as Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School. Currently the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website is the backbone in the dissemination of information about Islamic boarding schools to the guardians of students, alumni, prospective students and the wider community. Considering the importance of the website for the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to evaluate whether the information provided, and the existing website have a useful value for the user or not. For this reason, in this study an evaluation was conducted to see the user's perspective on the website. The evaluation process is carried out with a system usability scale with ten instruments as evaluation statements. Evaluation results show that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets a final score of 88. A value of 88 means that the Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School website gets an adjective rating that excellence, grade scale belongs to group B and the level of acceptability is acceptable

Perusahaan pembiayaan kendaraan mobil saat ini semakin banyak dan berkembang begitu pesat. Setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan dengan berbagai cara, terutama peningkatan teknologi untuk mendukung dan memudahkan proses kegiatan pembiayaan mobil. Perusahaan Astra Credit Company memanfaatkan teknologi dengan menyediakan aplikasi mobile acc.one yang dapat digunakan oleh pelanggan untuk membantu segala kegiatan proses pembiayaan mobil di Perusahaan ACC. Namun aplikasi ini terdapat beberapa masalah yang dapat diketahui dari ulasan pengguna di play store seperti aplikasi tiba-tiba error, aplikasi tidak dapat dibuka, fitur tidak berfungsi dengan semestinya, dll. Sehingga dilakukan pengujian aplikasi untuk mengetahui tingkat usability aplikasi dengan menggunakan metode system usability scale dan usability testing untuk mengetahui pengalaman pengguna. Hasil yang diperoleh tingkat usability aplikasi dengan tingkat kemudahan sebesar 73,33% yang masuk dalam kategori buruk, tingkat kecepatan pengguna sebesar 0,0467 goals/sec yang termasuk kategori normal, tingkat kesalahan pengguna sebesar 0,1230 total defect yang masuk dalam kategori kecil, dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna menggunakan kuesioner SUS memperoleh rerata SUS sebesar 54,45945946 yang artinya tingkat kepuasan pengguna rendah terhadap aplikasi berdasarkan penentuan nilai SUS yaitu Acceptability atau tingkat penerimaan penggunaan masuk dalam kategori marginal low, Grade Scale atau tingkat grade skala masuk dalam kategori F dan Adjective Rating masuk dalam kategori OK. Selain itu, pada SUS skor percentile rank masuk kedalam grade D.

Panelists all have extensive experience using the SUS within a broad range of contexts: diverse people (e.g., abilities, languages); different types of products; and different testing scenarios. Members of the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions about new research on the validity of the SUS in different environments as well as about lessons learned from practitioners using it to evaluate commercial products. Topics of specific interest to the authors are detailed within this paper.

BACKGROUND Specific learning difficulties (SpLD) include several disorders such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia, and the children with these SpLD receive special education. However, the studies and the educational material so far focus mainly on one specific disorder. OBJECTIVE This study’s primary goal is to develop comprehensive training material for different types of SpLD, with five serious games addressing different aspects of the SpLD. The second focus is measuring the impact of adaptive difficulty level adjustment in the children’s and their educators’ usability and technology acceptance perception. Receiving feedback from the children and their educators, and refining the games according to their suggestions have also been essential in this two-phase study. METHODS A total of 10 SpLD educators and 23 children with different types of SpLD tested the prototypes of the five serious games (ie, Word game, Memory game, Category game, Space game, and Math game), gave detailed feedback, answered the System Usability Scale and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) questionnaires, and applied think-aloud protocols during game play. RESULTS The games’ standard and adaptive versions were analyzed in terms of average playtime and the number of false answers. Detailed analyses of the interviews, with word clouds and player performances, were also provided. The TAM questionnaires’ average and mean values and box plots of each data acquisition session for the children and the educators were also reported via System Usability Scale and TAM questionnaires. The TAM results of the educators had an average of 8.41 (SD 0.87) out of 10 in the first interview and an average of 8.71 (SD 0.64) out of 10 in the second interview. The children had an average of 9.07 (SD 0.56) out of 10 in the first interview. CONCLUSIONS Both the educators and the children with SpLD enjoyed playing the games, gave positive feedback, and suggested new ways for improvement. The results showed that these games provide thorough training material for different types of SpLD with personalized and tailored difficulty systems. The final version of the proposed games will become a part of the special education centers’ supplementary curriculum and training materials, making new enhancements and improvements possible in the future.
