The people of  Sambas Regency recognize the Kemponan belief. It is the belief about a disaster that can occur to someone if they reject the food or drink offered without tasting the food known as Jappe’. This study is to identify the Kemponan tradition and Jappe spreading out at the people of Sambas Malay. This study is qualitative field research using data collection methods through in-depth interviews. Dealing with the Kemponan and Jappe ’traditions, the Sambas Malay people is divided into four groups; those who believe and carry out both traditions, those who doubt the Kemponan and continue to carry out the Jappe’ tradition, those who do not believe in the existence of Kemponan but still carry out the Jappe' tradition, and those who have left the two traditions. The Kemponan and Jappe ' traditions viewed from a sharia perspective were that, first, it was allowed if Kemponan was only interpreted as a desire that was not conveyed and was not associated with the existence of magical power. Second, it was forbidden if it was believed that certain foods have the pulling power of the Kemponan and Jappe' and it was done to avoid calamity.

The existence of supermarkets that have penetrated into settlements is an attraction for the people of Pekanbaru City. However, the number of supermarkets is apparently not directly proportional to the attitude of businesses in fulfilling the obligation to report the number of workers. This study aims to identify barriers and explain the solution to the implementation of the obligations of business operators to report the number of workers in each semester ordered by the Pekanbaru City Regulation on Management of People's Markets, Shopping Centers and Supermarkets. This type of empirical legal research is used in this study, wherein a study that looks at law in society. By using data collection methods by observation, questionnaire, interview and literature review. From the results of the research conducted it can be concluded that business actors do not report the number of workers due to their ignorance of the Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation on Management of People's Markets, Shopping Centers and Supermarkets. Efforts that need to be done are related institutions need to synchronize perceptions and disseminate local regulations to business actors in order to carry out their labor reporting obligations and send letters to business actors regarding the deadline for submitting reports on the number of workers in each semester.

Abstract: Cultural transformation becomes wide open in the midst of society to be investigated. The people of Kolaka Ethnic Mekongga District have a mosehe wonua ritual as a space of cultural expression that grows over a long period of time and then undergoes transformation. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) how are the forms of transformation of the Wonua Mosehe ritual in Kolaka Regency, and 2) What are the factors that cause the transformation of the Mosehe Wonua ritual in the Kolaka Regency. This study aims to describe and analyze the forms of transformation of the Wonua mosehe ritual in Kolaka District, and describe and analyze the factors that cause the transformation of the Wonua Mosehe ritual in Kolaka District. As a basis for analysis, this study uses the theory of cultural transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this analysis show that the forms of mosehe wonua ritual transformation include three things, namely: 1) transformation in aspects of knowledge, 2) transformation in technological aspects, and 3) transformation in aspects of ritual presentation. While the factors causing the transformation are caused by three things, namely: 1) educational factors, 2) ideological factors of community religiosity, and 3) cultural innovation factors.Keywords: Transformation, Ritual, Mosehe Wonua

This research discusses the zakat, infaq and alms Accounting Information System at LAZISNU Pekalongan City. This research aims to analyze how the implementation of the Accounting Information System at LAZISNU Pekalongan City. This research is the result of field research using data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are to show the flowchart accounting system for revenue and distribution at LAZISNU Pekalongan City that has never been made by the management. Having a flowchart can help the management's performance more effectively and efficiently. There are still many people who have not put their trust in zakat management institutions as zakat distribution institutions.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The achievement in implementing all programs in the tahfidz al qur'an institution is the result of a combination of neat management, the cleverness of the educators and the availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as the input of quality students, this research finds out how the management of santri Mahad Tahfidz bogor recruitment, a place in meticulous is Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Boarding Scool which has a focus and commitment in fostering its students to complete memorization of 30 juz, Ma'had bina Madani Boarding scool which is equivalent to the level of Madrasah aliyah. Research shows the existence of santri recruitment management which is carried out in ma'had bina madani for adequate input attainment in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that ma'had bina madani had managed the recruitment of students which included (1) Planning for Santri Tahfidz (2) Implementation of the New Santri Tahfidz Recruitment which included one PSB committee formation, two determinations of the number of students received, three announcements of new santri admissions. Four Registration Five Entrance Selection Six Announcement of New Santri Admission (3) PSB Evaluation (4) New Student Orientation.   </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak    </strong>                              </p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Ketercapaian dalam melaksanakan semua program dalam lembaga tahfidz al qur'an merupakan hasil dari paduan antara menajemen yang rapih, keiklasan para pendidik dan ktersediaan sarana dan prasarana juga input peserta didik yang berkualitas, peneletian ini mengetahui bagaimana manajemen rekrutmen santri Mahad Tahfidz bogor, tempat yang di teliti merupakan Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Boarding Scool yang memiliki fokus dan komitmen dalam membina peserta didik nya untuk menyelesaikan hafalan 30 juz, Ma'had bina Madani Boarding scool yang setara dengan jenjang Madrasah aliyah. Penelitian menunjukan adanya manajemen rekrutmen santri yang dilaksankan di ma'had bina madani untuk Ketecapaian Input yang memadai dalam mencapai target hafalan al quran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  bahwa ma'had bina madani telah melakukan manjemen rekrutmen santri yang meliputi (1) Perencanaan Santri Tahfidz (2) Pelaksanaan Rekrutmen Santri Tahfidz Baru yang Mencakup satu Pembetukan panitia PSB, Dua Penetuan Jumlah Santri yang di terima, tiga Pengumuman Penerimana santri Baru Empat Pendaftaran Lima Seleksi Masuk Enam Pengumuman Penerimaan Santri Baru (3)Evaluasi PSB (4) Orientasi Peserta didik Baru.    </p>

Religious ceremonies that are usually carried out by Javanese are inherited from the ancestors. There are two types of religious ceremonies in the form of salvation in Javanese society, namely life cycle salvation ceremonies and Islamic religious holidays. The research aims to find an understanding of the traditions of religious ceremonies and social processes for Muslims in Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency. Data collection methods were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. After that, the data is analyzed qualitatively-descriptive-interpretative. The results showed that there were seven religious ceremonies and social processes which until now were still commemorated by the Karangrayung people, namely: Sura (Muharam), Rajaban selametan, Mauludan selametan, Selametan Ruwahan, Selametan Likuran, Selametan Bodonan, and Selametan Besar which were held on the 10<sup>th</sup> Zulhijjah. The perception of the people of Karangrayung on religious ceremonies and social processes is a form of virtue that is recommended by Islamic teachings that contain values: 1) charity, 2) ukhwah Islamiyah, 3) help, and 4) share with others

AbstractSupreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 14 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Settling Sharia Economic Disputes requires the readiness of the handling of professional religious justice apparatus, including in the Giri Menang religious court, NTB, where this research was conducted. The jurisdiction of the religious court covers two districts, namely West Lombok and North Lombok. The high economic activity of the people in contact with sharia financial institutions in the two districts allows many cases to be accepted. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a focus on the response of the judges about their authority in handling sharia economic cases and to see their readiness to settle cases after the issuance of PERMA. Data collection methods used are observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires were distributed to 12 respondents, namely all judges in the PA. The results of the analysis show that in general the judges responded positively to the authority to handle sharia economic cases. In addition, they were ready to settle the sharia economic dispute after the issuance of PERMA.AbstrakKeluarnya Peraturan Mahkamah Agung (PERMA) No. 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Tata Cara Penyelesaian Sengketa Ekonomi Syariah menuntut kesiapan penanganan dari aparatur peradilan agama secara profesional termasuk di pengadilan agama Giri Menang, NTB, tempat penelitian ini dilakukan. Wilayah yurisdiksi dari pengadilan agama tersebut meliputi dua kabupaten, yaitu Lombok Barat dan Lombok Utara. Tingginya aktifitas ekonomi masyarakat yang bersentuhan dengan lembaga keuangan syariah di kedua kabupaten tersebut memungkinkan munculnya banyak perkara yang akan diterima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus pada respon para hakim tentang kewenangannya dalam menangani perkara ekonomi syariah dan untuk melihat kesiapan mereka dalam menyelesaikan perkara pasca keluarnya PERMA tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 12 responden, yaitu seluruh hakim yang ada di PA tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkkan bahwa secara umum para hakim merespon positif atas kewenangan untuk menangani perkara ekonomi syariah. Selain itu, mereka telah siap dalam menyelesaikan perkara sengketa ekonomi syariah pasca keluarnya PERMA tersebut

When consumers repair motorbikes at the Desa Wage workshop, many employees take the spare parts and resell them such as chains, batteries and other spare parts that can still be repaired. From the used spare parts collected without the permission of the owner of the used spare parts, the perpetrators sell them to other consumers for reuse at a lower price. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the practice of buying and selling used spare parts at the Village Workshop of Upah Subdistrict, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency and how is the Fiqh Muamalah review of the practice of buying and selling used spare parts in the Workshop of Upah Village, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research includes field research conducted on workshop employees and consumers in Upah Village, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The type of research in this research is sociological normative which is carried out by looking at the facts that occur in the field related to legal aspects in social interactions in society. Data collection methods are observation, unstructured interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, the researcher concludes that in the practice of buying and selling used spare parts, consumers are given the option when repairing vehicles, namely with new or used spare parts. used spare parts are obtained from the property of consumers where the damaged spare parts have been replaced with new ones and the damaged spare parts are taken by the employee without asking the consumer and repaired by the employee and resold. The sale and purchase of used motorcycle spare parts in the workshop of Upah Village, District Treasurer, Aceh Tamiang Regency. In terms of Fiqh muamalah, the sale and purchase of used motorcycle parts is not allowed, because the used spare parts are not the property of the employee but rather the property of the consumer. The ownership has not yet been transferred to the employee, because there is no one of the reasons for ownership.

Indonesia is a country that has many regional languages. The diversity of regional languages is a characteristic of Indonesia. One of them is the Javanese language which is used by the Javanese people and has a variety of dialects. Therefore, the writer is interested in conducting research on the characteristics of the Javanese dialect of Blora in accordance with sociolinguistic studies that examines the relationship between language and its speaking community. This is similar to the writer aim to analysis the differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. The writer also analyzes the use of Javanese speech level used by the people of Blora. This is because there are still many people who do not know the geographical location of Blora City. In this study, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection methods needed to analysis the data are simak method and cakap method. The analysis results showed that there are characteristics of the Blora dialect and there are differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. It can be concluded that the variations of the three dialects have different morphology, phonology, lexical and semantics. This is due to the diversity of dialect differences from the results of regional observations.

<p>The objective of this research was to map out and seek solutions to the problems faced by students of English as a foreign language in reading literary works. Conducted at the Department of English and Literature, Faculty of Cultural Sciences at Hasanuddin University, the study took place over one semester. The research respondents were Indonesian postgraduate students taking the English Stylistics and Literary Appreciation course. The aims were: 1) to map out the language constraints of learners in reading English literary works, and 2) carry out troubleshooting to minimize the constraints. The data collection methods used was a questionnaire and in-depth interviews. The results showed that the foreign learners need to have sufficient knowledge of trope and scheme in general and linguistic deviation in particular, in order to understand the author's language in a broad sense as well as specific literary stylistics.</p>

This article examines the construction of feminine psychology in Swahili women nuptial poetry-unyago. Unyago poetry is composed and performed by Swahili women. Swahili is a community located along the coastal region of Kenya. This article, therefore, focuses on intersections between psychology and poetry in analyzing and describing how unyago poetry reveals the mindsets and emotions of Swahili women. Data for analysis in article is derived from research carried out among women of Swahili decent living at Kisumu using observation and in-depth interviews as data collection methods. Unyago poetry is viewed as confessions and revelations of the female self, the marriage institution and that of the marital partner. Worth noting is the fact that the women, whose ancestors originated from the coastal region of Kenya, have preserved the nuptial rituals and teachings therein across time and space. Through unyago, the women socialize their girls from children to women and is a deeply rooted practice in their philosophy, psychology, and culture of the Swahili people. Thus, this article contends that unyago is both a reflection of group and individual psychological reactions to cultural expression through poetry.
