The current study aimed to find out the influence of transforming style of leadership on employees commitment, working in petroleum sector of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan. Transformational leadership theory proposed that leaders with competence and vision instill commitment in employees. Based on leadership transformation theory, this study adopts positivistic approach using quantitative techniques. Data were obtained through 5 points Likert scale questionnaire, distributed inside the employees of KPOGCL and ODGCL the questionnaire was having three part. Random sampling method was adopted during data collection. Among 65 questionnaires, 60 were returned back which show 92.30 % response of the study area. Statical analysis of data showed significant relationship among transformation style of leadership and commitment of the employees (P<0.05). It is inferred, based on the current investigation, that transforming style of leadership has positive influence on employees organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation, transformational leadership style, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Two Lembongan Fish, which has 3 branches in Bali. The number of samples in this study were 45 employees who were determined by the saturated sampling method. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. As much as 89.9 percent, job satisfaction variables are affected by financial compensation, transformational leadership style, and work motivation, while the rest of 10.1 percent is influenced by other variables outside the study. Companies should pay attention to financial compensation, transformational leadership style, and work motivation to employee job satisfaction, because of the importance of these aspects that will impact on organizational performance.

A poor emotional intelligence and lack of transformational leadership application by the leader will affect company’s teamwork effectivity. The weak of teamwork effectivity will affect company’s success that will obstruct company improvement. This research aims to determine the role of transformational leadership style  in mediating emotional intelligence on teamwork effectivity. This reseachwas conducted at PT. Surticon Buana Perkasa Denpasar, which has 52 employees. Data collection was obtained from questionnairs and analyzed by classical assumption test, pathway analysis, Sobel test, and VAF test. The results showed that emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on transformational leadership style and teamwork effectivity,  transformational leadership style has positive and significant effect on teamwork effectivity, and emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on teamwork effectivity by transformational leadership style mediated. Auditors who apply professional skepticism will be critical in conducting audit assignments taking into account existing risks and collecting audit evidence. In order for skepticism to be achieved, auditors need to pay attention to factors that can influence the skepticism of professional auditors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence and leadership style on professional skepticism of auditors. This research was conducted at the Denpasar Regional Public Accountant Office (KAP). The number of samples obtained based on the purposive sampling method is 45 people. Data collection using the questionnaire method. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that independence and leadership style had a positive influence on the auditor's professional skepticism. The aim this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style (transformational and transactional) on employee behavior (in-role and extra-role), which mediated a political organization. The sample is 120 employees of Bank BRI in Madiun, a random sampling technique based on stem number of employees. Data analysis using SEM with LISREL program. The results of this study indicate that 1) Transformational leadership style has positive influence on behavior in the role of employees, 2) Transformational leadership style has no effect on extra-role behavior (Organizational citizenship behavior, OCB), 3) Transactional leadership style did not affect employees' behavior in role , 4) Transactional leadership style has positive influence on OCB behaviors (extra-role) of employees, 5) Transformational leadership style has positive influence on employees 'political organization, 6) Transactional leadership style has positive influence on employees' political organization, 7) Political organization negatively affect the behavior in the role of employees, 8) Political organization negatively affect the behavior of OCB (extra-role) of employees, 9) Political organization to mediate the influence of transformational leadership behaviors in the role of employees, 10 Political organizations mediate the influence of transformational leadership on OCB behavior (extra-role) employees, 11) Political organization to mediate the effect of transactional leadership role behavior in employees, and 12) Political organization to mediate the influence of transformational leadership on OCB behaviors (extra-role) of employees at Bank BRI in Madiun.Keywords: Transformational leadership style, Transactional Leadership Style, Political Organization, in-role behavior, extra-role behavior, and OCB

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work satisfaction on work engagement. The population used in this study were 109 employees of the Petrokimia Gresik Family Employee Cooperative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria working period of at least 5 years, so the number of samples used was 80 people. The analysis model used is path analysis using SPSS. The research results show that: There is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style on work engagement, transformational leadership has positif effect on on work satisfaction, positive and significant effect of work satisfaction on work engagement, and There is a positive influence and significant transformational leadership style on work engagement through work satisfaction. Its indicated that the leaders should be consistent in applying transformational leadership styles and increase employee work satisfaction to increase work engagement for their employees. When employees have work engagement, they will become productive at work so they can make the best contribution to the company.

Success or failure of a company is determined by the leader. Good leadership in an organiza­tion is, supposed to be, also supported by the work culture of the employees in that company. The stronger the leadership style applied and supported by the implementation of good work culture, can improve the performance of employees, and ultimately the achievement of the com­pany. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of leadership style and work culture on employee performance in the field of nursing at Hermina Hospital members. The variable in this research is transformational leadership style (X1) and work culture (X2), as well as em­ployee performance (Y). Samples used as many as 173 respondents from 21 Hermina Hospital members with census techniques. Data is collected using questionnaires, then analyzed by us­ing multiple linear regression statistical methods. The Results showed there were a positive influence of leadership style on employee performance and positive influence of work culture on employee performance. However, compared to the amount of work culture, the style of leader­ship has a greater influence on performance, with the influence score of 30.6 %.

Organizational commitment is an attitude that shows employee loyalty and ongoing process of how they expresses their attention to organization's success. Purpose of study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of KutaBex Beach Front Hotel Bali employees. The population was 113 people and the sample are 54 people using proportionate random sampling method. Data are analyzed using path analysis techniques. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment partially. The implication of this research is that high job satisfaction owned by employees will increase employee organizational commitment through the influence of transformational leadership. The purposes of this reserch are gathered millennial generation perspectives to examine the general work ethics of millennial generation in the City Government of Bogor, West Java and expand to explore the relationship between their perceptions about their leaders and their work ethic. The leadership style in this research are transformational and transactional leadership style. This study used a sample of millennial employees of the Bogor City Government who are in three offices, namely the Youth and Sports Department, the Health Service Department, and the Population and Family Control Department. This study uses a sample of millennial employees of the Bogor City Government. The method of sample selection that used in the research is Cluster Random Sampling methods with the number of respondents are 110 emploees. The type of data used are primary data is questionnaire and secondary data are a company profile and study library, data analysis used is a multiple linear regression analysis which is preceded by a data quality test consisting of tests of validity, reliability, and normality. Research results confirm that (1) Transformational leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on work ethics. (2) Transactional leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on work ethics. (3) The transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work ethics. The application of transformational and transactional leadership values has a direct effect on the work ethic of millennial employees. The conclution of this reserch that the implication is which the values contained in transformational and transactional leadership are proven to be able to improve employee work ethics. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengumpulkan perspektif generasi milenial untuk mengkaji etika kerja umum generasi milenial di Pemerintah Kota Bogor - Jawa Barat dan memperluas hubungan antara persepsi mereka tentang pemimpin dan etika kerja mereka. Gaya kepemimpinan dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Transaksional. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pegawai milenial Pemerintah Kota Bogor yang berada di tiga kantor yaitu Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga, Dinas Kesehatan, dan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pengendalian Keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pegawai milenial Pemerintah Kota Bogor. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Cluster Random Sampling dengan jumlah responden 110 karyawan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa angket dan data sekunder berupa company profile dan studi pustaka, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diawali dengan uji kualitas data yang terdiri dari uji validitas, reliabilitas dan normalitas. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa (1). Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Etika Kerja sebesar; (2). Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Etika Kerja sebersar; (3) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Etika Kerja. Penerapan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional berpengaruh langsung terhadap Etika kerja karyawan milenial. Implikasinya adalah nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional terbukti mampu untuk meningkatkan Etika kerja karyawan. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, as well as the role of job satisfaction in mediating transformational leadership on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Bali Provincial Revenue Agency . The number of samples taken was 63 goverment employees. Data collection was carried out through structured interviews and observations. The analysis technique used is path analysis. based on the analysis found that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction can mediate transformational leadership towards organizational commitment. Suggestions that can be given to the Agency of Bali's provincial Revenue Agency to apply transformational leadership style well to be able to increase employee job satisfaction. For further research it is recommended to use other variables that can be mediated between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.   Keywords: transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment
