Gresik Regency is an industrial area which is also one of the famous tourist destinations in East Java with a variety of tourism potentials, namely natural tourism, cultural tourism and religious tourism. Religious tourism is spread across several regions in Gresik and is developed to increase regional income. These religious tourism objects include guardian tourism and some Islamic religious tourism. Tourism Sunan Giri and Maulana Malik Ibrahim are two religious tourism objects that are visited by many tourists and become an icon of Gresik City as the Tourism City of Wali. Surowiti Hill Tourism is one of the attractions in Gresik which consists of religious tourism objects consisting of Islamic tombs and religious leaders, and cave-shaped nature tourism. However, in its development, Bukit Surowiti Tourism, which is in contact with Bukit Jamur Tourism and Dalegan Beach Tourism, has not been optimally managed and promoted. This study aims to determine the potential of Surowiti Hill Tourism and then formulate a strategy for developing religious tourism.This research uses exploratory research methods with SWOT analysis techniques. Explorative research is carried out by searching and gathering information to formulate a hypothesis. Research factors and factors that are related to other factors are natural potential and ancestral heritage are Islamic leaders and tombs, as well as the emergence of well-known religious tourism such as Wali Sunan Giri and Maulana Malik Ibrahim Tourism, nature tourism such as Bukit Jamur Tourism and Dalegan Beach Tourism in Gresik , factors of weakness from weather demands, water supply and inadequate accessibility, and safety factors, the lack of community and government support, as well as the increasing industrial development in Gresik. Furthermore, the factors that are expected to be a reference and contribution to local governments in formulating strategies for developing religious tourism in Surowiti Hill.

Pilgrimage has become one of religious activities developed by several countries in the world. The region that once was the center of religious development has attracted people to visit. Along with the development of Islam, Middle East countries become the main destination for the pilgrims. Due to high attention given to those countries, travel agencies design various outbond tour packages and offer them to Indonesian people while on the other hand, seem to neglect the fact that Indonesia, too has numerous Islamic heritage with great potential. Religious tourist destinations in Indonesia, particularly in Java is so diverse. The  development of history and culture in Indonesia is significantly influenced by the development of Islam in Java. Most tourism promotion is aimed to introduce the outside world as a major religious tourist destination to Indonesian market, despite the fact that Indonesia also has numerous sites of religious tourism. Religious tourism associated with the religion of Islam in Indonesia, particularly in Java such as in the form of the historical development of Islamic heritage, namely: The mosque founded by leaders of Islamic missionaries on the island of Java called Wali Sanga; Islamic imperial palace such as Kesultanan Cirebon, Kraton Surakarta and Yogyakarta Sultanate; The tomb of Wali Sanga in various places on the island of Java. Islamic religious tourism developments in recent time is highly associated with architectures, mosques, Islamic teaching and others. Islamic religious tourism development should not walk alone but integrated with other attractions because whenever there are religious tourist attractions, there are also other attractions such as nature tourism or cultural tourism. Methods: Desk research and literature study. Expected Results: The study is expected to generate a model of Islamic religious tourism destination management in Indonesia. Keyword: religious traveling (pilgrimage), the Islamic pilgrimage history.

ABSTRAKPembangunan pariwisata merupakan bagian integral dari pembangunan daerah yang berkontribusi bagi peningkatan  keuangan daerah  maupun kesejahteraan  masyarakat setempat. Namun perkembangannya  tidak mampu diikuti ketersediaan  infrastruktur yang memadai karena keterbatasan dana daerah dalam APBD, sehingga mendorong pemerintah untuk mengandeng investor  berperan serta dalam pembangunan infrastruktur pariwisata. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, untuk memberikan solusi kepada pemerintah daerah dalam membangun infrastruktur daerah yang memiliki manfaat baik kepada pemda, investor, termasuk masyarakat dalam menikmati destinasi wisata. Metode pendekatan yang dipergunakan yuridis normatif, spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analisis, dan analisis data secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian, (1) Kabupaten Cianjur memiliki letak geografis yang strategis, serta dukungan potensi wisata alam, wisata seni dan budaya, serta wisata lainnya yang pernah menempatkan Cianjur sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata dari 10 kabupaten/kota terfavorit se-Indonesia; dan (2) Investasi pembangunan pariwisata Kabupaten Cianjur melalui model Build Operate And Transfer/BOT, bermanfaat bagi Pemda dalam mewujudkan pembangunan infrastruktur pariwisata ditengah keterbatasan APBD. ABSTRACTthe development of tourism is an integral part of regional development that contribute to an increase in the financial area as well as the welfare of the local community. But the development was not able to follow the availability of adequate infrastructure because of lack of funds in the area of BUDGETS, thereby encouraging the Government to mengandeng investors participate in the development of tourism infrastructure. The purpose of this community, to provide solutions to local governments in developing the infrastructure of the areas that have good benefits to local government, investors, including community in enjoying the tourist destinations. Methods of juridical normative approach used, specification descriptive analysis, research and analysis of qualitative data. The results of the research, (1) Cianjur has a strategic geographical location, as well as support the potential of nature tourism, art and cultural tours, as well as other tourist who ever put the Cianjur as one of the tourist destinations in 10 kabupaten/kota favorite se-Indonesia; and (2) development of tourism Investment Cianjur through model Build Operate And Transfer/bots, useful for local government in realizing tourism infrastructure development amid the limitations of BUDGETS.

The study of residents' attitudes is fundamental for tourist destinations managers. Residents form their attitude towards tourism through a cost-benefit analysis based on their perception of tourism impacts. The objective of this paper is to analyse the relationship between the perception of the different types of impacts, the general attitude toward tourism and various types of tourism offer: sport tourism, maritime tourism, nature tourism and sun and beach tourism. The analysis of the data was performed using Partial Least Squares on a sample of 420 residents of the Maldonado-Punta del Este conurbation, interviewed in 2016. The strongest causal relationship is between general attitude and acceptance of sun and beach tourism, the traditional offer in the region. The main conclusion is that a more favourable attitude to tourism does not imply greater support for any type of tourism. It is not possible to generalize the support to tourism to any tourism project, and tourist destinations managers must take it into account.

Abstract—Traveling is a fun activity. Everyone has a different preference for the type of tour they like. Some like nature tourism, culinary tours, religious tourism, and other tourism. Problems encountered by tourists when planning tourism activities, usually do not know complete information related to tourist destinations that will be visited, and can not make weather forecasts from the destination tourist destination. This research aims to provide a model travel recommendation that is implemented into the Android mobile application so that tourists can be given recommendations on which tourism destinations are most suitable based on the criteria that are the assessment criteria, namely the price of tourist accommodation, weather and rating of tourist attractions. Mobile technology used is using GPS sensors, Google Maps API, Open WeatherMap API, and Facebook API. Based on the results of testing, the application in this research can help in recommending tourist attractions that meet the criteria desired by tourists.

Abstract One of the famous cities for tourism is Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta has a variety of tourist destinations, staring from nature tourism, cultural and historical tourism, museums tour, beach tourism and special interest tours. both from domestic and foreign tourists. many tourist destinations in Yogyakarta, often makes tourists confused in choosing their destination. Based on these problem, then a system of recommendations is created that it can help tourists choose their destination. In research a system of recommendations for tourism destinations has been built in the Yogyakarta. This study uses a hybrid filtering method that is a combination of two methods, collaborative filtering methods and content-based filtering. This system also provides detailed tourist information starting from the description of the tourist attractions, operating hours and the price of admission, directions to the tourist attractions, and tourists can provide comments and ratings. The results of this study use black-box testing, indicating that this application can work correctly. Testing with alpha test with 10 respondents resulted in 52.6% giving a Good answer and with a beta test with 40 respondents resulted in 77.3% giving agree answer. This indicates that the system functions that have been built can meet the needs of users. Yogyakarta memiliki beragam destinasi wisata, mulai dari wisata alam, wisata budaya dan sejarah, wisata museum, wisata pantai dan wisata minat khusus. Setiap tahunnya wisatawan yang datang ke Yogyakarta mengalami peningkatan, baik dari wisatawan domestik maupun wisatawan mancanegara. Banyaknya destinasi wisata yang ada di Yogyakarta, sering membuat wisatawan bingung dalam memilih tujuan wisatanya. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka di buatlah sebuah sistem rekomendasi agar dapat membantu wisatawan dalam memilih tujuan wisatanya. Pada penelitian ini telah dibangun sebuah sistem rekomendasi tujuan pariwisata di daerah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hybrid filtering yaitu gabungan dua metode, metode collaborative filtering dan content-based filtering. Sistem ini juga memberikan informasi tempat wisata yang detail mulai dari penjelasan tempat wisata tersebut, jam operasional dan harga tiket masuk, serta ada petunjuk arah ke tempat wisata tersebut, dan wisatawan bisa memberikan komentar serta rating. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian black-box, menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat bekerja dengan benar. Pengujian dengan alpha test dengan 10 responden menghasilkan 52.6% memberikan jawaban Baik serta dengan beta test dengan 40 responden menghasilkan 77.3% memberikan jawaban SETUJU. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi sistem yang telah dibangun dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dari pengguna. Kata Kunci: rekomendasi, content-based filtering, collaborative filtering

A survey carried by the European Parliament - Directorate General for Internal Policies, entitled «The European cycle route network Eurovelo», highlights how Italy is one of the favorite tourist destinations by bicycle from other EU countries and Switzerland. The different types of tourism cycling coincide with the active tourism, nature tourism, the itinerant tourism, religious tourism, etc., but they share the use of bicycles, which requires infrastructure, services and accommodation appropriate. Regarding the latter feature can not speak of bicycle tourism without investigating the phenomenon of socalled bike hotels, accommodation facilities, not just hotel, particularly attentive to the needs of travelers cyclists, linked together in a network and offer specific the various types of bicycle tourists. The paper analyzes the totality of accommodation facilities, hotels and other, at the national, regional and provincial level, based on data from Istat 2010, identifying for each field structures bike friendly, and investigating the reasons that have led us to develop, in some areas more than in others, this type of tourist accommodation. Complete the cognitive framework an overview of local and national policies aimed at encouraging the development of this type of tourism and hotels and other accommodation facilities.

<p>The government of Indonesia, lead by Jokowi and Jusuf Kalla, has targeted to attract 20<br />million foreign tourists by 2019. East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) is one of many tourist<br />destinations in Indonesia that possess beautiful nature scenery. The NTT Tourism Office<br />informs its magnificent destinations through website. This research seeks to understand<br />the brand destination of NTT that is communicated through the official website<br />managed by The Tourism Office. The methodology in this research uses Laura<br />Oswald’s marketing semiotics. This study has shown that the brand destination of NTT<br />are nature tourism and religious tourism. Further, tourist destinations in NTT are<br />packaged as a place that is good for both physical and spiritual, as well as targeting<br />tourists who live daily in urban areas. In addition, another major finding is the main<br />target of NTT tourism is local tourist. This research intended  to evaluate the development strategy of Marine Fish Hatchery Unit at Gumilamo Island, North Halmahera. Analysis SWOT was used to determine the development strategy. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and literature relevant to the research. SWOT analysis showed the internal and external factors that affected the development of Marine Fish Hatchery at Gumilamo island. The strenght were location, water quality , local government support, and availability of seeds and feed. Weakness were lack of public interest, lack of extension and human resources. Opportunity were the high value of the sale, business opportunities and  local government regulation. Tourism Object Sendang Asri Gajah Mungkur Reservoir is the most visited tourist destinations compared to other tourist objects in the Wonogiri region. The uniqueness that is owned by the tourism object of Sendang Asri is often held certain events such as new year, Idul Fitri holidays, the title of cultural tourism and so on which at that time the number of visitors far beyond the ordinary day. Many factors affect the amount of tourist visits, especially in Tourism Object of Sendang Asri Gajah Mungkur Reservoir such as existing facilities, ease of location, uniqueness and service, price and beauty and scarcity of objects.This research aimed to test whether factors which researchers convey the above  have effect excursions on tourism visit to tourism object of Sendang Asri Wonogiri. With this research is expected the manager can take strategy in managing this area. In   this research  into the  object  is  the  visitor  of  tourism  object  of  Sendang  Asri  Gajah Mungkur Reservoir. Because of the limitations of the researchers, the researchers used samples with convenience Random Sampling. Data analysis techniques used were factor analysis with variable determination stage, correlation matrix formation, factor extraction, matrix rotation, model determination test and SWOT analysis. Expected research outputs are publications in International journals, Materials to be submitted in scientific meetings, simple Intellectual Property Rights and teaching materials lectures.
