The disciplined person can not be formed instantaneously, nor in the form of traffic discipline. Traffic education for early childhood is one way of preventing traffic accidents that can be planted early on. Safety education activities are part of community service conducted to students of kindergarten Alifa Kids 5. Community service is part of Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. This activity aims to increase students' knowledge about safety in schools, especially regarding safety signs. Commander of the community is a method of implementation of this communit in the form of education followed by questions and answers and roleplay. This activity is done by cooperative method of role playing type where every student of student switch role become a role in this thing that is procedure of crossing. The result of this activity is student of kindergarten Alifa Kids 5 can play role in case crossing highway. The conclusion of this activity is the increase of students' knowledge about implementing traffic safety especially crossing the road. It is hoped that with increasing and implementing procedures to cross the right path can raise students' awareness for safe behaviors increase.. The article presents examples of activities and enterprising attitudes researched by the author in the field of the enterprise in the improvement of the road safety.  There are also presented the examples of enterprising activities of many institutions interested in this matter - from government-institutions, including the Department of the National Education, the Department of Transport and Building, the National Council of Traffic Safety, provincial Centres of Road Traffic, the Police and schools, to the over government institutions like European Parliament and Council and private driving schools.  The author presents the system of education about traffic safety - puts emphasis on activities of the driving schools - as an example of enterprising activities. The article gives examples of protecting pedestrians in road accidents. The article compares also the chosen indicators concerning traffic accidents in Poland and in chosen countries of the European Union in years 2000-2004.

The community service program is carried out in Ngadinegaran, Mantrijeron, DIY.  Mantrijeron Urban Village is in the Mantrijeron sub-district area with an area of ​​2.61 km2. Kampung Ngadinegaran is part of the tourist center in the city of Yogyakarta, with high population and during holidays the road conditions also become very crowded and even congestion often occurs. This highly congested traffic condition often causes accidents due to lack of knowledge of traffic safety. The target of this activity is to improve understanding, awareness and knowledge of traffic safety, so that the number of accidents that occur will be reduced. The method in this commuty service is to provide socialization about the importance of traffic safety . The result of socialization shows that the community is very interested in this activity and they want to get more information about traffic safety education regularly because this activity can improve the awareness about traffic safety.

Study of the tasks and functions of police in the sphere of traffic safety is dedicated to many scientific researches due to the fact that the significance of the topic has not lost its relevance, the evidence of the disappointing official statistics about the dead and received various degrees of injury severity in traffic accidents and also due to the fact that the quantity of transport in Russia is constantly increasing, and the problems of transport security are not solved. At the same time, research related to the implementation by the police of the functions of providing public services in this area is of particular importance, because despite the fact that this area of police activity is not the main one, and is not provided with state-power enforcement, it nevertheless plays a significant role in ensuring public safety in the field of traffic. Indirectly, the police, through the function of providing public services, by issuing permits for the transport of dangerous goods, issuing permits for the right to drive, etc., minimizes and reduces the threat of harm to life and health, property, and citizens involved in road traffic. In the article, the author sets a task to investigate the legislation that establishes liability for violation of the procedure for providing public services in the field of road safety, to suggest ways to improve it. The author defines public services in the field of road safety and defines their essence. The author analyzes Federal and departmental legislation, identifies the features of bringing to justice police officers for improper provision of public services. The article draws conclusions about the existence of certain shortcomings in the legislation in this area and suggests ways to eliminate them.

The subject Introduced the analysis method of the black-spot, established the black-spot discriminant model, And gave its algorithm. According to the characteristics of China's traffic flow, we develope black-spot database, so that the work of the black-spot identification can be quickly carried out。The Road black-spot traffic accidents describes the road sections which have significantly higher accident rate than the average level . Road black-spots identification, analysis and processing are widely considered to be the most efficient way to prevent traffic accidents. The identification of Road accident black-spots is the concern of road design, road safety review, operation management, and security studies , The research studies of road black-spot identification,and determines risk road sections, so that countermeasures can be put forward, and we can achieve the goals of design improvement, strengthen management, improvement of road safety operation environment, decrease of the number of traffic accidents and improvement of the whole road traffic safety performance.

In the context of rapid increase in car drivers and all citizens being drivers, the driving experience of traffic accident perpetrators has showed a shorter trend. The driver is an important factor that influences the traffic accident, and the drivers behaviors such as speeding, driving on wrong lane and others are the main factors causing traffic accidents. As for the human factor influencing the traffic safety, it is very important to conduct road safety education and publicity work.

Discipline attitude cannot be formed quickly including in forming traffic discipline. Cooperative learning methods regarding traffic for early childhood is one way to prevent traffic accidents that can be instilled early. Traffic safety education activities for the Karya Bunda Kindergarten in Sei Kijang Subdistrict, Pelalawan District are very necessary because the Karya Bunda Kindergarten is located on the east side roadside which is an accident-prone area with very minimal signs and the absence of the Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZoSS) area. This community service activity uses the method of implementing traffic safety by involving parents as role models for their children. The stages of this activity process are given by the parents the Preetest to measure the parents' initial ability in understanding safety riding, then material and case studies are carried out in planting traffic moral values, especially when carrying children in driving. after being given the material and finally involving the students in coloring the sign image about a case study in driving a vehicle accompanied by parents of students.The results of this activity increased the level of understanding of parents by an average of 25.12% from the results of the Preetest and Postes. It is hoped that the increase and implementation of orderly traffic can foster awareness of students and parents of TK Karya Bunda's parents to behave safely increase with parents as pioneers.

Jagorawi toll road is a link road needed to speed up travel time from Jakarta to Bogor and Ciawi, the condition of Jagorawi is currently very congested resulting in an increasing number of traffic accidents. To improve road traffic safety on toll roads, it's necessary to carry out Road Safety Audits (RSA). Aspects of the road that become objects to examine and direct observations included geometric aspects, traffic management, pavement, road complementary buildings and street furnitures. As a result, in geometric aspect, in general the road has been designed in accordance regulations, however, there are parts of the toll road that still require repair. This research will discuss regard the condition of Jagorawi toll road based on direct observations carried out in the field by using road safety audit form for operational roads. Dalam upaya meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas jalan di jalan tol, maka perlu melaksanakan Audit Keselamatan Jalan (AKJ). Aspek jalan yang menjadi objek untuk diperiksa meliputi aspek geometrik jalan, manajemen lalu lintas, bangunan pelengkap jalan dan pelengkap jalan. Hasilnya, dari segi geometrik, secara umum jalan sudah dirancang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, namun, terdapat bagian-bagian dari jalan tol yang masih memerlukan perbaikan. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai kondisi eksisting jalan Tol Jagorawi berdasarkan pengamatan langsung yang dilaksanakan di lapangan dengan mempergunakan formulir audit keselamatan jalan untuk jalan yang sudah operasional. Aspek yang ditinjau adalah aspek geometrik, perkerasan, bangunan pelengkap jalan dan pelengkap jalan. Sebagai hasil akhir, didapat daerah rawan kecelakaan pada ruas Tol Jagorawi dengan analisis dari hasil pengamatan langsung, dan dari data kecelakaan lalu lintas yang diperoleh dari Jasa Marga.

Virtual reality (VR) has been widely used as a tool to assist people by letting them learn and simulate situations that are too dangerous and risky to practice in real life, and one of these is road safety training for children. Traditional video- and presentation-based road safety training has average output results as it lacks physical practice and the involvement of children during training, without any practical testing examination to check the learned abilities of a child before their exposure to real-world environments. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a 3D realistic open-ended VR and Kinect sensor-based training setup using the Unity game engine, wherein children are educated and involved in road safety exercises. The proposed system applies the concepts of VR in a game-like setting to let the children learn about traffic rules and practice them in their homes without any risk of being exposed to the outside environment. Thus, with our interactive and immersive training environment, we aim to minimize road accidents involving children and contribute to the generic domain of healthcare. Furthermore, the proposed framework evaluates the overall performance of the students in a virtual environment (VE) to develop their road-awareness skills. To ensure safety, the proposed system has an extra examination layer for children’s abilities evaluation, whereby a child is considered fit for real-world practice in cases where they fulfil certain criteria by achieving set scores. To show the robustness and stability of the proposed system, we conduct four types of subjective activities by involving a group of ten students with average grades in their classes. The experimental results show the positive effect of the proposed system in improving the road crossing behavior of the children.

The groups of participants of the pedestrian and automobile flows, whose actions cause the greatest danger to the occurrence of conflict situations in the zone of unregulated transition, are identified. The factors determining the likelihood of a traffic accident at an unregulated transition are systematized, for which probability estimates of the occurrence of road traffic accidents are calculated. As an estimated parameter, the hazard coefficient of a conflict point of an unregulated transition is proposed, which is determined by the ratio of the probability of a traffic accident in the real-time hourly interval to the average annual probability of a traffic accident reduced to the hourly interval. The dependences of the hazard ratio of an unregulated transition are established on the most significant factors: the speed mode of transport in the area before the transition and the state of the road surface.
