The bases for creation of theoretical bases of tribotechnologies of running-in and restoration of conjugations of details of systems and units of motor transport and mobile agricultural machinery are defined. The specifics of selective transfer on the surface of contacting parts of machines and creation of servito films, formation of coatings during running-in and restoration from antifriction materials, which are a part of additives in motor and transmission oil, are considered. A number of tribophysicochemical processes that occur in the conjugations of parts materials and how they affect the creation of tribotechnologies of running-in and restoration are clarified. The creation of tribotechnologies using geomodifiers is considered. It is proposed to build a single theory of tribotechnologies of running-in and recovery on the basis of the mechanism of triboplasm formation in the conjugations of parts of systems and units of machines. It is also proposed to add to this the thermofluctuation theory of S.M. Zhurkova taking into account the change of dilaton and compression bonds of atoms of materials of tribocouples of details with creation of local areas of deformations of compression and tension and zones of thermoplastic deformation.

The development of energy and resource-saving methods and technologies for strengthening and restoring the working bodies of agricultural machinery will increase their abrasive wear resistance and durability by using materials from machine-building waste and reduce the cost by 10-30 percent without reducing operational characteristics. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in increasing the abrasive wear resistance and durability of cultivator legs by surfacing powder materials obtained by electroerosive dispersion from solid alloy waste by high-frequency currents. (Materials and methods) Authors obtained a powder for research on their own experimental installations of the CCP "Nano-Center" of electroerosive dispersion from waste of sintered hard alloys of the T15K6 brand. The microhardness of powders and coatings on microshifts was measured using the PMT-3 device, and the hardness of coatings with the KMT-1 microhardometer was measured using the Rockwell method according to GOST 9013-59. The microwave-40AV installation was used to assess the wear resistance of materials of working bodies of tillage machines. (Results and discussion) In the course of laboratory wear tests the relative wear resistance of samples hardened by high-frequency surfacing currents significantly exceeds the wear resistance of non-hardened samples made OF 65g steel, accepted as the reference standard. (Conclusions) Based on the results of experimental studies, the article proposes a new resource-saving technological process for strengthening the working bodies of agricultural machinery through the use of materials from machine-building waste, which allows increasing the abrasive wear resistance of working bodies by 1.5-2 times due to the use of tungsten-containing materials.

One of the most common reasons for the failure of hydraulic drive systems for agricultural machinery is the working fluid leak in the contact points of the rubbing surfaces of hydraulic blocks. The application of composite coatings based on chromium on the contacting surfaces allows you to restore the defect in the shape of the part caused by wear, as well as reduce the friction coefficient at the contact points, which positively affects the wear resistance of the part. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in developing technologies for restoring parts of agricultural machinery with predetermined operational properties. (Materials and methods) A servo valve, widely used in various hydraulic drive systems, was used as an experimental sample. Its working surface was restored with a composite coating applied by electroplating to increase the wear resistance of the servo valve. (Results and discussion) Authors conducted a series of direct measurements under the same conditions. The article presents the de-pendence of the microhardness on the parameters of the electrolysis mode and the thickness of the applied coating using the method of least squares. The nature of changes in microhardness and residual stresses was evaluated to determine the quality of the coatings. The article presents the dependences of these indicators on various control parameters (current density, temperature, tool pressure). The equations of the regression of the main qualitative and accuracy characteristics of the parts were deter-mined using the apparatus of the theory of experimental planning. (Conclusions) The article presents the method for predicting coatings of a given quality, taking into ac-count the influence of the current density and the temperature of the electrolyte during electrolysis on the nature of the precipitation obtained. The influence of the tool pressure on the depth of deformation of the formed layers was estimated. This approach allows us to evaluate the nature of the stress distribution in the formed coating and the quality of the restored parts.

In May 2017, nine combined authorities had been created in England. Also, by May 2017, six of the combined authorities had held mayoral elections and England now has six new elected officials at what one might call regional level, elected on turnouts of between 21 and 34% of local electorates. This means that 34% of the population of England now lives in combined authority areas and 22% in combined authority areas with an elected mayor. So, the administrative map of England now looks different and the governance of England is now different. The question is how much the new authorities will matter. The second question is how well combined authorities are set up to benefit local areas. The creation of combined authorities effectively forms a statute-based vehicle to take forward devolution deals. The subsidary question relates to the future of devolution: are the combined authorities now in existence the start of a new wave? Or the high point? In this article I will set out the challenges currently facing the combined authorities and set out the financial context in which they are operating.

Wear is the main reason for the loss of performance of the parts for agricultural machinery. It leads to the degradation of the soil working quality. This work aims to highlight the wear resistance of the harrows discs manufactured, consolidated and sharpened differently. The tests were conducted in the laboratory and the field of the Faculty of Exploitation and Repair of Agricultural Machinery of the State Technical University of Kirovograd (Ukraine) in 2015. The technical equipment consists of devices for consolidation by electric discharge and for measurement the linear wear of discs, a harrow, a sand test bed, a tractor and discs made of different materials and technologies. Some parameterized were collected during the laboratory test each 5 ha and up to 20 ha of operation and in the fields each 30 ha until the time limit of exploitation. The Laboratory tests have shown that after twenty (20) ha of operation, the wear resistance of the experimental discs made of steel 65G and consolidated by electric discharge with simultaneous grinding (sharpening angle of 30°) is 2.95 times higher than the discs in series made of steel 28MnB5. The field experiment gave the following results: According to agro technical requirements, the plowing depth limit of serial discs made of steel 28MnB5 was reached after an operating duration of 120 ha while for experimental discs made of steel 65G and consolidated by electric discharge with simultaneous grinding (sharpening angle of 30 degrees) this duration is of 156 ha. The diameter wear limit of experimental discs was reached after an operating duration of 179 ha against 154 ha for the serial ones. Therefore, the new technology can be applied during the manufacture and / or the repair of the discs.Int. J. Agril. Res. Innov. & Tech. 5 (2): 70-74, December, 2015

The problem of quality control of agricultural machinery parts by means of dynamic non-destructive methods of impact indentation of conical shape indenters is considered. Quality of the crucial parts is considered from the point of view of a set of mechanical characteristics that determine the strength, hardness, wear resistance and deformability. These characteristics must be known and be able to control on all the details promptly and accurately both in the manufacturing process and in operation. The mechanical characteristics of metals are stochastic in nature. For this purpose, an impact indentation device was developed, and the method based on probabilistic laws of dispersion of mechanical characteristics is obtained.

ABSTRACTThe problems of the creation of composite polymer-based materials with the use of amorphous nanosized molybdenum and molybdenum dioxide fillers with the particle size of less than 5 nm are considered. The copolymer of formaldehyde and dioxolane (CFD) and the polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) are chosen as polymeric matrixes. A comparative analysis of the tribological properties of composite materials with amorphous nanosized fillers and crystalline microsized analogues is made. It is determined that the use of isotropic nanosized amorphous fillers leads to improved wear-resistance up to three times for CFD-based composites and up to an order for PPS-based ones.

The central problem of crop production remains the lag in the growth of the yield of cultivated crops from the growth of the costs of their production. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in developing a method for optimizing the technical and economic parameters of machine and tractor units for innovative technologies (in particular, sowing units). (Materials and methods) During the study authors used information methods, statistical methods of collecting information in the study of test reports of agricultural machinery and reporting the use of new equipment in various agrotechnologies. The article presents a review and analysis of foreign and domestic literature on the subject under consideration. (Results and discussion) The creation of agricultural machinery should be based on the developments of fundamental and applied agricultural sciences, the use of sowing machines is closely related to the development of technologies in which they are used. One of the most important indicators of technology development of crop production is the efficiency of operation of a sowing tractor unit and the level of potential productivity of cultivated plants. The correct choice of parameters and modes of sowing machines for the construction of the most productive plant placement schemes contributes to the efficiency of the operation of the sowing unit. One of the ways to optimize the processes of selecting parameters and modes can be implemented using the Harrington function. (Conclusions) The article shows that the task of optimizing the technical and economic parameters of the sowing units is designed to promote the creation of new machines that meet the technical, technological, agrotechnical, operational and technological, ergonomic requirements, reliability and safety requirements, and others. The solution to the problem of optimizing the technical and economic parameters of sowing aggregates is reduced to a compromise solution of two target functions for yield and cost.
