The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Berkah Makmur. This research is a kind of causal associative research which is obligatory for relationship relation between one variable with other variable or the like. The population in this study are employees who work in PT Berkah Makmur. Sampling method using saturated sampling technique with the number of samples of 32 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis test show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmur, but discipline to employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmu. Determination coefficient test shows 813% employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and discipline, while the remaining 18.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study

<p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Transformationalleadership style, motivation and compensation on performance of employees at PT.Hanken Indonesia Cibitung. The methods used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all staff office division who worked in PT. Hanken Indonesia Cibitung with a population 125 people. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling with total samples is 95 people. The approach used in this research is a Structural Equation Models (SEM) with Smart analysis tools-PLS. The results showed transformational leadership style gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has no significant on employee performance.Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on performance employees. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) which shows the significance value of the independent variables.

Today the world is experiencing very rapid progress in all aspects of life. Along with these advances, strong human resources with good the quality are increasingly needed to face the rapid and continuous change. Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas/PT) is a profit-oriented business entity. PT. Berau Karya Indah is a new PT in raw material processing industry which is trying to develop production in the manufacturing sector. This study aims to discuss and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on employees performance and motivation in PT. Berau Karya Indah Surabaya. The population used in this study is all 340 employees of the company. Sample size in this study included 172 respondents who were selected using random sampling technique. The result of this research indicates that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance and transformational leadership has a significant impact on employees work motivation.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance mediated by work motivation variables. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the data used are primary data obtained and collected through direct surveys using questionnaires to respondents. Sampling in this study using a random sampling method with samples taken as many as 67 employees. PT. Maxalmina Compressed Natural Gas Transportation. Explanatory methods and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) are used to explain between variables. In analyzing the data in this study, evaluation of Outer model, evaluation of the Inner model, evaluation of Goodness of fit, and testing of the research hypothesis using Bootstrapping was carried out. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study also proves that work motivation is successful in mediating the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance.

This study aims to determine and explain: the description of the role of leadership styles at University of Sumatera Utara through motivating the application of Kaizen culture to employee performance. The type of research used in this research is an explanatory research using quantitative methods. The variables in this study are: leadership style and improvement culture as independent variables, work motivation as the mediating variable, and employee performance as the dependent variable. This research uses primary data in the form of responses to the questionnaire, as well as secondary data obtained through documents. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of path analysis show that: leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on motivation, Kaizen cultural variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Kaizen cultural variables have a positive and significant impact on motivation, and motivation variables have significant effects on employee performance. Influence; the leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through motivation; the improvement of culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through motivation. This research was conducted at the Spazzio Kuta Bali hotel using saturated samples of 35 employees. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, where the better the application of transformational leadership is ensured also the higher the level of motivation of work held by employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if transformational leadership goes well and effectively it can have an effect on improving employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the higher the work motivation of the employee, the higher the level of employee performance. Work motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate transformational leadership style towards employee performance, that is if the applied leadership style can precisely direct organizational goals with individual needs, the higher the motivation of the subordinates which will further improve their performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and  Organizational Trust on Employee Performance BLUD UPTD Inpatient Health Center Unit of Kebumen District Through Work Motivation. Data collection is done by questionnaire using saturated sample method. Respondents in this study were Non Civil Servants BLUD Employees in 8 Inpatient Health Centers who had worked over 1 year totaling 74 people.  The variables in this study are Competence, Organizational Trust in Performance through Work Motivation. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling technique. So the selection of sample members taking into account the conditions that have been set.  The data used in this study are primary data and secondary  data. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on  Work Motivation. Competence has a positive and not significanteffect on Performance. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect  on Performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and training on motivation and its implications on the performance of both partially and simultaneously. Data collected through survey method and instrument questioner analysis to be distributed to the units of Mercu Buana University academic staff of 126 educators. Research analysis method is descriptive method and quantitative verification tool path analysis (path analysis) was then forwarded to the analysis of determination (R2), partial hypothesis test (t test) and test hypotheses simultaneously (F test). Prior to the analysis process has been tested intrument with validity and reliability. Results of this study were: 1) the transformational leadership style has no effect on work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 2) Training effect on work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 3) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel motivation to work directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 4) transformational leadership style of the performance of educators at Mercu Buana University; 5) Training of educational personnel in the performance of Mercu Buana University; 6) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel performance both directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 7) To analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of work at the University of Mercu Buana.

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of contract employees the role of transformational leadership style on contract employees and organizational commitment of contract employees to the performance at pt. Bank rakyat indonesia denpasar regional office. The method of determining the sample in this study uses the census method, where respondents numbered 54 contract employees who worked in the indonesian people's bank denpasar regional office. The data analysis technique used for this study is multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis of this study indicate that contract employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on contract employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees. Suggestions for the bank rakyat indonesia denpasar regional office should pay attention to continuance commitment to be able to improve the performance of contract employees in order to achieve the organization's long-term goals.
