The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and  Organizational Trust on Employee Performance BLUD UPTD Inpatient Health Center Unit of Kebumen District Through Work Motivation. Data collection is done by questionnaire using saturated sample method. Respondents in this study were Non Civil Servants BLUD Employees in 8 Inpatient Health Centers who had worked over 1 year totaling 74 people.  The variables in this study are Competence, Organizational Trust in Performance through Work Motivation. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling technique. So the selection of sample members taking into account the conditions that have been set.  The data used in this study are primary data and secondary  data. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on  Work Motivation. Competence has a positive and not significanteffect on Performance. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect  on Performance.

Employee performance is one of the determinant factors for the achievement of organizational performance. Therefore, improving employee performance is an important issue that must be considered. Many factors can affect employee performance, such as: leadership and motivation. Based on the existing issues in the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal East Timor, this study examines three variables, namely: leadership, motivation, and performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on motivation and performance of employees in the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal East Timor. The population in this study were all employees of the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal Timorese by the number of employees as many as 152 people, while the sample is 110 by using a sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with the questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis tool is used path analysis. The results obtained in this study are positive and significant effect of leadership on the motivation, meaning that if the leadership is getting better, then the increased work motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, meaning that if the motivation is getting better, then the performance of employees is increasing. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, meaning that if the leadership is getting better, then the performance of employees is increasing. Therefore, in the future to improve the performance of employees, the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal Timorese leadership should develop in order to get better and improve employee motivation.

As Servants (PNS) must work and devoted loyalty to the state and nation. The village created to manage the rules villagers to meet villages respectively, to the village with good conduct all its activities and can meet the needs of the document will be of residence. Therefore it is necessary to village adequate qualification in order to help citizens properly. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of education, training, discipline and motivation to work on the performance of the device Gebang village beach Cemandi Sidoarjo. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This study population by 78 respondents and the sample of 65 respondents, with non-probability sampling technique samples. Test equipment used is linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 software. After testing the above hypothesis, the obtained regression coefficient of 2.881 education, training amounted to 5.628, 2.706 and working discipline of work motivation variable of 2.217. And F test value of F count 40.791 larger than f Table 2.52 with a significance of 0.000 <á of 0.50, which means that the variables of education, training, work discipline and motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. The test results T education is worth the t count 2,881> t table 2.000, training variable value t count 5.628> t table 2,000, variable labor discipline worth t count 2,706> t table  2,000, variable motivation worth t count 2,217> t table 2,000, which means that the variable education, training, discipline and motivation is partially significant effect on the variable Employee performance. And in this study, it turns out the variables of education, training, discipline and motivation influence on employee performance 73.10% and the remaining 26.90% influenced by other variables outside the model.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of role overload, budgetary participation, environmental uncertainty, organizational culture, competence, and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah. The method of determining the sample used in this study is the saturated sample method. Saturated sample method is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples so that the number of respondents in this study is 90 respondents. The data used in the form of primary data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that role overload negatively affected employee performance, budgeting participation had a positive effect on employee performance, environmental uncertainty had a negative effect on employee performance, organizational culture had a positive effect on employee performance, competency had a positive effect on employee performance, and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Berkah Makmur. This research is a kind of causal associative research which is obligatory for relationship relation between one variable with other variable or the like. The population in this study are employees who work in PT Berkah Makmur. Sampling method using saturated sampling technique with the number of samples of 32 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis test show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmur, but discipline to employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmu. Determination coefficient test shows 813% employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and discipline, while the remaining 18.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. “The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of work motivation and working conditions on the performance of MSME employees before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher uses a comparative research type with a quantitative approach. Techniques Data collection is done using a questionnaire with the linkert method. And the sampling technique used is to use a saturated sample (total sampling). The total sample obtained is 37 employees from several MSMEs. In the test of the effect of work motivation, work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Variable working conditions have a significant effect on employee performance. In the F test there is an influence between work motivation and working conditions on employee performance. And in the comparison test, there is a significant difference between work motivation and working conditions before and during covid-19. While in the employee performance variable there is no significant difference between employee performance before and during Covid-19”.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication and job satisfaction, on employee engagement and employee performance. The research data used are primary data derived from questionnaires and secondary data derived from company data. The sample method used is the nonprobability method. The population comes from all employees of PT. Abyor International which is still active in September 2019. The analytical method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structured Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS version 3.0. The results showed that organizational communication and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect to employee engagement. Organizational communication and job satisfaction have no significant effect to employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect to employee performance. Employee engagement becomes mediator for organizational communication and job satisfaction variables in influencing employee performance.

This study aims to identify and analyze whether there is influence of motivation and discipline ito the performance of employees in the Agriculture Office of Supiori District, Papua Province. This research is classified as causal research associative quantitative approach to the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of the District Agriculture Office Supiori as many as 80 people. The sampling technique by means of saturated or census sampling technique. The sample in this research is to take the population, or as many as 80 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data related agencies and journals to support this research. Test the validity of the instrument using bivariate Correclation formula, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measuring instrument proved valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis used to test hypotheses of this study. The results showed that: motivation (X1) positive and significant impact on employee performance of Agriculture Office in Supiori District () 0.413 with significantly 0,01. Labor discipline (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance Supiori of Agriculture Office () 0.741 with significantly by 0,00. And based on the test results both independent variables were tested individually dominant in influencing the performance of employees in Supiori District Agriculture Office is working discipline (with a coefficient of 0.489). It can be concluded that in this study the discipline of work (X2) partially are factors that significantly affect performance (Y).

The purpose of the research is to explain inhibiting factors for online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Senior High School 1 Kuantan Mudik, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research used qualitative research methods. The selection of the research informans using purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection from interviews, and secondary data from documentation and literature review. Data analysis using an interactive model. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that several factor inhibiting online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Senior High School 1 Kuantan Mudik, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely the problem of learning facilities, internet connection, and low students motivation. For this reason, the government needs to maximize online learning facilities that can be applied in every school, and educators and parents of students from Senior High School 1 Kuantan Mudik are expected to improve their supervision and ability to use technology and create an active atmosphere and enthusiasm for learning.

Human resource is the heart of every organization because every other resources depend on the human resources for effective utilization. For the human resource to perform its activities effectively, there must be some level of motivation given to the workers. This paper examines motivation as a way of improving workers’ performance in Bayelsa State Polytechnic, Aleibiri. In this work, the meaning of motivation was conceptualized, its impacts on workers’ performance, factors that motivate workers, causes of poor workers performance among others are extensively discussed. To achieve the objective of the paper, primary and secondary data were used. The survey research design method was used to obtain the primary data. That is, questionnaire was designed and administered to the respondents. The simple random sampling technique was adopted to ensure that every member of the population is giving equal chance to be included for the study. Data collected from the field was analyzed witharithmetic. The secondary source of data includes textbooks and journal articles. The result from the findings revealed that non-implementation of staff promotion, inadequate staff training, unconducive working environment among others contribute to low workers’ performance. Furthermore, the study also revealed that, implementation of staff promotion, study leave with full pay, payment of promotion arrears, staff training motivate and enhance worker performance.Arising from the findings, the study recommend that government should implement staff promotion and as well pay all outstanding promotion arrears to workers. Also, staff should be granted study leave with full pay and regular staff training programme should be organized to help workers acquire new skills to enhance their job performance.
