Today the world is experiencing very rapid progress in all aspects of life. Along with these advances, strong human resources with good the quality are increasingly needed to face the rapid and continuous change. Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas/PT) is a profit-oriented business entity. PT. Berau Karya Indah is a new PT in raw material processing industry which is trying to develop production in the manufacturing sector. This study aims to discuss and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on employees performance and motivation in PT. Berau Karya Indah Surabaya. The population used in this study is all 340 employees of the company. Sample size in this study included 172 respondents who were selected using random sampling technique. The result of this research indicates that transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance and transformational leadership has a significant impact on employees work motivation.

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Transformationalleadership style, motivation and compensation on performance of employees at PT.Hanken Indonesia Cibitung. The methods used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all staff office division who worked in PT. Hanken Indonesia Cibitung with a population 125 people. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling with total samples is 95 people. The approach used in this research is a Structural Equation Models (SEM) with Smart analysis tools-PLS. The results showed transformational leadership style gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has no significant on employee performance.Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on performance employees. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) which shows the significance value of the independent variables.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Berkah Makmur. This research is a kind of causal associative research which is obligatory for relationship relation between one variable with other variable or the like. The population in this study are employees who work in PT Berkah Makmur. Sampling method using saturated sampling technique with the number of samples of 32 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis test show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmur, but discipline to employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmu. Determination coefficient test shows 813% employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and discipline, while the remaining 18.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study

This research was conducted at the Spazzio Kuta Bali hotel using saturated samples of 35 employees. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, where the better the application of transformational leadership is ensured also the higher the level of motivation of work held by employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if transformational leadership goes well and effectively it can have an effect on improving employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the higher the work motivation of the employee, the higher the level of employee performance. Work motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate transformational leadership style towards employee performance, that is if the applied leadership style can precisely direct organizational goals with individual needs, the higher the motivation of the subordinates which will further improve their performance. This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of contract employees the role of transformational leadership style on contract employees and organizational commitment of contract employees to the performance at pt. Bank rakyat indonesia denpasar regional office. The method of determining the sample in this study uses the census method, where respondents numbered 54 contract employees who worked in the indonesian people's bank denpasar regional office. The data analysis technique used for this study is multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis of this study indicate that contract employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on contract employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees. Suggestions for the bank rakyat indonesia denpasar regional office should pay attention to continuance commitment to be able to improve the performance of contract employees in order to achieve the organization's long-term goals. <p><strong><em>The objective of this research was </em></strong><em>to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction and its consequences toward employee performance at PT. Gynura Consulindo. Independent variables in this research are transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The intervening variable in this research is job satisfaction and the dependent variable is employee performance.</em></p><p><strong><em>The methodology of this research was </em></strong><em>descriptive causality designed by testing hypotheses. Data collection uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gynura Consulindo. The sample used in this study was 114 respondents from a population of 160 people based on Slovin's calculations. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>The results of the study showed that </em></strong><em>the factors of job satisfaction on employee of PT .Gynura consulindo are transformational leadership style, work motivation, and work environmental. Furthermore, job satisfaction has significant impact towards employee performance. It means that, job satisfaction has very dominant role as mediator in employee performance achievement.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance with satisfaction as intervening variable Satpol PP Kota Surakarta. The result of t test that is Motivation have positive and significant effect to Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership Style have positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation and Job Satisfaction have positive and significant effect on Performance Value of R2 square total is 0,7225 which means employee performance variable explained by transformational leadership style and motivation with satisfaction as interverning variable equal to 72,25% and the rest equal to 27,75% Described other factors outside the research model. Effect of the most effective and dominant variable in order to improve the performance of Human Reusource on Satpol PP Surakarta is a variable of  transformational leadership style.   Keywords: Motivation, transformational leadership style, job satisfaction, employee performance

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Transformational Leadership Styles on Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.This study aims to test the influence of organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2) and transformational leadership style (X3) on employee performance (Y2) through job satisfaction (Y1) in the Mining Support Division of PT Kaltim Prima Coal. This study took a sample of 62 respondent. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis.The results show the influence of organizational culture on positive but insignificant job satisfaction, the influence of transfomasional leadership motivation and style on positive and significant job satisfaction; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance is insignificant and positive; the influence of motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance is significant and positive; and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is significant and positive.Keywords: Job Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

The purpose of this research is to analyze further the effect of transformational leadership style,employee motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study, theresearcher uses of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational cultureas an independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable.Methods of data collection in the research that is used is a questionnaire with a sample of 57permanent employees of PT. BPR Arta Utama Pekalongan (consisting of a central office and fourbranch offices), in which the research is using a sample of census or using the entire population ofemployees of PT. BPR Arta Utama. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiplelinear regression analysis.Based on the multiple linear regression that is performed to produce transformational leadershipstyle, it has a positive and significant impacts on employee performance.
