ThisXstudy aims to analyze the influence of website quality,  Electronic Word of Mouth,    Trust,and  purchasingXdecisions. The object of this study was berrybenka consumers, and the number of sempel determined was 210 respondents using a calculation method based on heir formula multiplied by 5. XPurposiveXsamplingXmethod,  data collection method using questionnaire, and data analysis usingXPartialXLeast Square  (PLS). Business competition that is getting stonger makes SME (Small Medium Enterprise) must be able to compete. Batik is one of SME that has influence in economic growth. The enterpreneurs have to compete with competitiors. This study aims to examine  the influence of media sosial, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on purchase decision through purchase intention at Poeniko Batik Pekalongan store. The population in this study is consumers of Poeniko Batik Pekalongan. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people using the incidental sampling method. The data collection method uses documentation and questionnaires. The results showed that the electronic word of mouth, brand image and purchase variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While social media variables do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the path analysis test indicate that purchase intention can mediate the influence of social media, electronic word of mouth, and brand image on purchasing decisions.

The purchase decision is the final stage that determines the viability of a product, because when the consumer has decided, it means the product was purchased by the consumer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, impulse buying, and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions for OPPO brand smartphone products in Denpasar. The sample in this study were 135 respondents with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that each of the independent variables, namely the effect of product quality, impulse buying, and electronic word of mouth parisally and simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for OPPO brand smartphone products in Denpasar.

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of product quality, price, andpromotion on the decision to purchase Gatsby pomade products. The data collection method used inthis research is by using a questionnaire, which is a data collection technique that is carried out bygiving a set of questions or statements to students of the economic faculties of Unes-AAI.2017-2018who use Gatsby pomade products. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linearregression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Based on the t test it is known that the variablesof Product Quality, Price, and Promotion have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions becausethe calculated t value is greater than t table and the sig value is smaller than the probability. 2) Basedon the F test it is known that the Product Quality, Price, and Promotion variables together have asignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions because the calculated F value is greater than F table andthe sig value is smaller than the probability. 3) The results of the analysis of determination obtainedthe Adjusted R Square number of 0.624. This shows the percentage of product quality variables,prices, and purchasing decisions, in explaining the variance of the Purchase Decision variable is59.8%. While the remaining 40.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such asbrands, places etc.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between variable website quality, product innovation, and electronic word of mouth on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing the purchase decision of e-commerce shopee at the Faculty of Economics, Batik Islamic University, Surakarta. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 1330 students and the number of samples used was 133, where the sampling technique used quota sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, documentation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is the influence of website quality, product innovation, and electronic word of mouth simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of e-commerce shopee on the Students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 2) There is an influence website quality on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions at the Batik Faculty Islamic University Economics Faculty Students, 3) There is an influence on product innovation on e-commerce shopee purchasing decisions at the Batik Faculty Islamic Economics Faculty Students, 4) There is the influence of electronic word of mouth on the decision purchasing e-commerce shopee at the Faculty of Economics, Surakarta Islamic Batik University. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and brand experience on brand trust of OVO users in Jakarta. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses SEM through the Lisrel 8.70 application. The results showed that there was a significant influence of electronic word of mouth and brand experience on brand trust. Between the two dependent variables, what has a greater influence on brand trust is electronic word of mouth. The conclusion of this research to improve brand trust can be done by improving electronic word of mouth and brand experience.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand experience terhadap brand trust para pengguna OVO di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM melalui aplikasi Lisrel 8.70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan electronic word of mouth dan brand experience terhadap brand trust. Diantara kedua variabel dependen maka yang memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap brand trust adalah electronic word of mouth. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan brand trust dapat dilakukan dengan cara memperbaiki electronic word of mouth dan brand experience.

Social media has made it possible for users to exchange information and discuss theiropinions and experiences about products or services through online on their social mediaplatform with their peers. This kind of communication is called as electronic word-of-mouth(e-WOM) where the information can be spread faster and has the potential for greaterimpact on consumers purchase decision. Therefore, the aim of this research is to know theeffect of e-WOM (including quality and quantity of e-WOM as well as sender’s expertise) insocial media on consumers’ purchase decisions moderated by brand image. The researchmethodology used for this study is a case study with survey research method. Conveniencesampling technique derived from non-probability sampling techniques are used for sampleselection. The sample of this research is 175, from people who have purchased and usedEtude House product. Statistical software SPSS and AMOS is used to analyze the data. Thefindings in this area will help Etude House and other marketers to reach out its potentialcustomers and align their marketing effort in efficient way by pay attention on the marketingpolicies about eWOM. The limitations of the research is some respondents not read andanswer the question clearly and made it not represent their exact perception.

The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of e-trust, risk perception and company reputation on purchasing decisions. This was quantitative research, using the SEM data analysis method assisted by AMOS software. Data collection was done by distributing an e-questionnaire (a google form); 270 responses were obtained. Participants were consumers who had already purchased electrical equipment online in Denpasar and Surabaya. This study aims to determine the effect of price and quality on brand image and its implications for purchasing decisions on Modena gas cooktops. This study also examines the indirect effect of price and quality on brand image with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The study was conducted in the grand galaxy city residence in Bekasi. The sample in this study is consumers or at least know about Modena products with a purposive sampling method. The number of respondents who participated in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection was done through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The method of analysis uses path analysis using SPSS version 24.0. the results showed that price has a positive and significant effect on brand image, quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Modena gas cooktop. Price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Price and quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on brand image. Price and quality of brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision


This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser on elements of Brand Equity and its impact on purchasing decisions in one e-Commerce in Indonesia, Tokopedia. The number of samples in this study are 111 respondents who have used Tokopedia. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. In this study, Brand Equity itself divided into 4 dimensions hence the researchers look at the correlation between Celebrity Endorser and each dimension of Brand Equity, and purchase decision.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan suasana toko terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada pada Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Pengambilan sampel berdasarkan rumus  Non Probability Sampling, sehingga sampel yang di dapat dan digunakan dalam penelitian ini 112 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya di uji menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen digunakan rumus r squre. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini gunakan uji F dimana hasil yang diperoleh  bahwa ada pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Kata kunci : Persepsi Harga, Suasana Toko, Keputusan Pembelian  AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price perception and Store Atmosphere Consumer Purchase at Alfamidi Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan.
