PT. Palugada Indonesia still records their transactions and inventory of goods in traditional ways, which could result in some errors caused primarily by human interventions. The aim of this research is to assist PT. Palugada Indonesia to control their inventory through an information system. Specifically, a web-based application that can process product data, supplier data, customer data, user data and transaction data was purposefully developed in this study. In addition, the developed application has notification and sales forecast features. These features are expected to further assist PT. Palugada Indonesia to control their inventory optimally. Moreover, the application also has some other useful features, for instance in displaying more informative data, by bringing up sales forecasts and notifications. The developed application was modeled using UML diagram 2.0 and developed using HTML, PHP, and MySQL database. Index Terms—inventory; web-based application; saels forecast; PT. Palugada Indonesia

Sales is a transaction carried out by two or more parties between one person to another with a valid payment that generates an income. One of the factors of success of sales is to maintain good relationships with customers, such as giving special promotions to Pelaggan so that customers will continue to come to buy products or services offered by a company.In this study found problems such as the difficulty of determining customer loyalty, the difficulty of determining the product that must be stocked a lot, the difficulty in recording transactions because of the possibility of missing or incorrect data due to Tria salon still recording data in the ledger. In addition, other problems that arise are the delivery of promotions that take more time due to having to send the same message one by one to the customer.The solution to solving this problem is to build a sales information system with web-based customer relationship management (CRM) features. Which later can help admin performance in managing customer data, managing product and service data and managing transaction data. In addition, it can help salon owners in managing customer reports and transaction reports and can provide promotions to all customers.From the results of blackbox testing that has been done, the results obtained are that the test is in accordance with the process that is run and produces an output that is in accordance with the system functions that have been defined.

Institute for Research and Community Service, or called LPPM is a forum for researchers to conduct studies with internal and national scales. LPPM UMN is one of the institutions that provide the container for UMN researchers. However, in the LPPM UMN itself still does not have a webbased system that can be accessed anywhere. This website will be able to share knowledge amongst lecturers by downloading study results that have been done before. After collecting all the requirements, an application is designed using the Rapid Application Development for a limited time spent. The application is built by designing a website and applying MySQL database and PHP programming language with CodeIgniter framework 2.2.2. This website is divided into 3 parts; admins, reviewers, and researcher. Admins are able to see the whole proposal which is sent and appoint a reviewer for one of the proposals. Reviewers have some facilities to review research proposals that have been uploaded. Researchers are able to upload a research proposal. Index Terms - LPPM, Knowledge Management, Research, Website.

The rapid technological advances have driven many service companies to take advantage of technology to improve their services. PT. Explore Global Solution, a cleaning service company with a manual hygiene control monitoring system through record keeping using ledgers and forms provided by the company, so that the company's activities have not run optimally, it is necessary to design the information system with the availability of time for 10 weeks, This research is done by using the method of exploration and application development with scrum model. The end result of this research is web-based applications that can improve operational performance, especially logistics division, with completion time of 373 hours or equivalent to 5 working days 8 hours per day is 9 weeks 3 days. ABSTRACT             CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a web-based application that manages the maintenance schedule of machines and tools in the industry. The CMMS application created at PT Bit Maker Automation is named Bitems. The user and master data module in the CMMS application is one of the features to manage application user data and vendor data at the company. The methodology for making CMMS applications is the Prototype methodology and there are two iterations. The programming language used is PHP and Javascript, and using the CodeIgniter with the concept is HMVC. There is one access right in making user and master data modules, namely engineering leader as admin. In making user and master data modules in the CMMS application, the application can manage user , user menu, user role, and vendor data. In addition, the application provides features to group users and menus in a group, and can upload pdf on vendor features.   ABSTRAK CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang mengelola jadwal pemeliharaan mesin dan alat pada industri. Aplikasi CMMS yang dibuat pada PT Bit Maker Automation diberi nama Bitems. Modul user dan master data pada aplikasi CMMS menjadi salah satu fitur untuk mengelola data user aplikasi dan data vendor pada perusahaan. Metodologi dalam pembuatan aplikasi CMMS yaitu metodologi Prototipe dan terdapat dua iterasi. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan Javascript, serta menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dengan konsep HMVC.Terdapat satu hak akses pada pembuatan modul user dan master data , yaitu engineering leader sebagai admin.pada pembuatan modul user dan master data pada aplikasi CMMS yaitu aplikasi dapat melakukan pengelolaan user, menu user, role user, dan data vendor. Selain itu, aplikasi menyediakan fitur untuk mengelompokkan user dan menu dalam sebuah group, serta dapat mengunggah pdf pada fitur vendor.

Cargo Fashion is a small business that focuses on selling branded garments exports with the best quality and reasonable price. Cargo Fashion still has difficulty in making sales to reseller because still using manual way. Therefore, Cargo Fashion requires a website-based system that can accommodate reseller sales wherever and whenever. Website designed using Waterfall method and built using the PHP and MySQL language for the database. The results of this study is a website that can make sales for resellers and at the same time facilitate the owner of Cargo Fashion in checking the stock of goods and view sales reports. The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Monitoring pertanian jagung manis di Kecamatan Pelaihari masih dilakukan secara konvensional, dimana pemilik lahan harus pergi ke lahan untuk melakukan pemupukan, pembersihan gulma, dan pemanenan, serta pengantaran hasil panen ke pengepul. Kondisi lahan satu dengan lahan lain yang terpisah jarak cukup jauh dan ketidakseragaman penanaman jagung membuat pemilik lahan kerepotan dalam melakukan monitoring. Guna mengatasi permasalahan ini perlu pembuatan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu pemilik lahan mengelola lahan pertanian jagung manis. Pembangunan sistem diawali dengan melakukan identifikasi masalah untuk mengetahui alur sistem, perancangan menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan implementasi sistem menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySql. Sistem informasi yang telah berhasil dibangun dapat diakses oleh 4 (empat) pengguna, yakni admin, pemilik lahan, petani, dan pengepul. Sistem ini dapat membantu pengelolaan data user, data petani, data pemilik lahan, data pengepul, data permintaan persediaan, data lahan, dan data detail lahan. Sistem informasi yang telah berhasil dibangun kemudian dilakukan pengujian fungsional menggunakan blackbox. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi pada sistem telah berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, pertanian jagung, blackbox

Abstrak: Citra MJ merupakan perusahaan yang mempunyai suatu usaha   penjualan berupa pakaian. Dimana Citra MJ dalam proses usahanya masih terkendala dalam hal pengelolaan data. Selain itu sistem pembayaran transaksi yang dilakukan oleh kasir masih bersifat manual sehingga menyebabkan banyak waktu yang terbuang. Sistem yang masih manual dalam pengelolaan data menyebabkan kasir kesulitan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mencari data produk, data pelanggan maupun data transaksi.  Karena itu untuk mempermudah hal tersebut toko Citra MJ membuat pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan administrasi sistem kasir, Toko Citra MJ memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi salah satunya penggunaan teknologi komputer dengan membuat perancangan aplikasi program kasir untuk toko Citra MJ. Tujuan dari perancangan program ini adalah membantu kegiatan kasir dalam hal pengolahan data seperti pengolahan data produk, data pegawai, data transaksi, data pelanggan serta pembuatan laporan di toko MJ. Aplikasi program ini sementara ini di peruntukkan untuk kasir saja ke depannya tidak menutup kemungkinan mengembangkan menjadi aplikasi yang berbasis web. Sistem kasir ini menggunakan metode waterfall, yang mana metode ini dilakukan secara berurut mulai dari analisa, rancangan, pengkodean, pengujian sampai implementasi. Dalam perancangan program kasir di toko MJ bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah java, database xampp dengan software pendukung adalah NetBeans IDE 8.1. Dengan melihat dari hasil pengujian yang menggunakan metode kuisioner diperoleh tngkat kepuasaan pengguna aplikasi program kasir sebesar 82,12 %, hal ini berarti bahwa pengguna sangat puas dengan aplikasi program kasir.   Kata kunci: program kasir, rancangan program   Abstract: Citra MJ is a company that has a sales business in the form of clothing. The system that is still manual in data management causes cashiers to have difficulty and takes a long time in finding product data, customer data and transaction data. Therefore, to make this easier, the Citra Mj store makes data processing and makes administrative reports for the cashier system, the Citra Mj store utilizes One of the uses of technology is the use of computer technology by designing a cashier program application for the Citra MJ store. The purpose of this program design is to assist cashier activities in terms of data processing such as product data processing, employee data, transaction data, customer data and report generation. This program application is currently intended for cashiers only, in the future it is possible to develop it into a web-based application. This cashier system uses the waterfall method, where this method is carried out sequentially starting from analysis, design, coding, testing to implementation. In designing the cashier program at the Mj store the programming language used is java, the xampp database with supporting software is NetBeans IDE 8.1. By looking at the test results using the questionnaire method, the level of user satisfaction of the cashier program application is 82.12%, this means that the user is very satisfied with the cashier program application.   Keywords: cashier program, program design

Jenis gas LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) ukuran 3 kg hanya diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat miskin dan pelaku UKM, tetapi jenis gas ini juga dinikmati oleh masyarakat yang mampu dan pelaku industry. Hal ini terjadi karena tidak adanya sistem pengawasan yang terkomputerisasi mengenai pendistribusian gas LPG 3 kg yang dilakukan oleh agen dan pangkalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pendistribusian gas LPG 3 kg di PT.P(Persero) Gorontalo berbasis web. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Prototype. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem aplikasi yang memberikan hak akses bagi admin untuk dapat menginputkan data yang dibutuhkan seperti data pelanggan, data pangkalan, data distribusi ke pangkalan dan data distribusi ke pelanggan. Sistem ini juga dapat mempermudah pihak agen dalam proses pendistribusian gas LPG 3 kg dan membantu PT.P(Persero) Gorontalo dalam proses pengawasan. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in 3kg packaging is reserved actually for poor and SMEs, yet the gas is also utilized by well-off people and business owners. This occurs because of the absence of computerized surveillance systems of the gas distribution by the agent and outlet. This study aimed to develop a web-based system of 3kg Liquefied Petroleum Gas information distribution in PT.P(Persero) Gorontalo; a prototype model was used to develop the system. This research resulted in a system that provides access rights for administrators to be able to input required data, such as customer data, outlet data, outlet distribution data, and customer distribution data. The systems also help the process of 3kg Liquefied Petroleum Gas distribution and PT.P(Persero) Gorontalo in terms of the supervision process.
