Currently most organization have assets to support operational processes. Although a number of organizations tend to use outsourcing and leasing services to organize their assets, but some organization prefer to buy their own and manage their assets with a particular reason. Asset management is not a simple job. It’s very difficult to manage assets without information systems as support media. Integrating asset management into information system can help organization to record and update the status of assets, maintenance and repair of assets, calculate asset depreciation, and asset reallocation among divisions. ABC as part of the computer laboratory at a well known University in Jakarta is currently had many problems to manage their assets. The composition of their assets consists of hardware, software, and other supporting devices. Based on these problems, the research carried out in order to solve the problem.  The research perform an analysis of the process in asset management as well as to formulate and implement a model of information system that can support the management of existing assets, so that all data can be integrated and managed with the system. The method for this research is based on analysis and design of object-oriented. The result of this research is an asset management system to support operational process that can be used to control all the assets that exist in the computer laboratory Keywords: asset management, information system, computer laboratory

Abstract. Analysis and Design of Communication and Information Technology Management Information System Case Study: Asmi Santa Maria Yogyakarta. The management of asset in ASMI Santa Maria has been done by MS Excel application. This application has limitations such as lack of detailed records of assets, difficulty doing complex calculations such as valuation of assets, limited access to others in need, and less able to handle the administration of information assets of items that can provide real-time information, accurate, integrated, and user- friendly. This study aims to analyze and design the system needs to manage ICT assets in ASMI Santa Maria Yogjakarta. Through analysis and design of this system the authors intended to provide suggestions for institution to implement the ICT Asset Management Information System (SIMATIK). This information system has been successfully designed and provide ICT asset information management functionality that includes the registration of assets, asset allocation, transfer of assets, calculating depreciation, valuation of assets, maitencance records, removal of assets, asset tracking, and reporting. Designing ICT asset management information system is done with web-based (intranet) and with object-oriented approach (OOA). Keywords: asset management, asset management information system, object oriented apporach. Abstrak. Pengelolaan aset barang di ASMI Santa Maria selama ini dilakukan dengan aplikasi MS Excel dalam format daftar inventaris barang. Aplikasi ini memiliki keterbatasan seperti tiadanya rekod detil aset barang, kesulitan melakukan penghitungan yang komplek seperti penilaian aset, terbatasnya akses pihak lain yang membutuhkan, dan informasi kurang  dapat menangani penatausahaan aset barang yang dapat memberikan informasi real-time, akurat, terintegrasi, dan user-friendly. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang kebutuhan sistem untuk mengelola aset TIK di ASMI Santa Maria Yogyakarta. Melalui analisis dan perancangan sistem ini penulis bermaksud memberikan usulan bagi lembaga untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset TIK (SIMATIK). Sistem informasi ini telah berhasil dirancang dan menyediakan fungsionalitas pengelolaan informasi aset TIK yang meliputi registrasi aset, penempatan aset, pemindahan aset, penghitungan depresiasi, penilaian aset, pencatatan maintenance, penghapusan aset, pelacakan aset, dan pembuatan laporan. Perancangan Sistem informasi manajemen aset TIK ini dilakukan dengan berbasis web (intranet) dan dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek (OOA). Kata Kunci: Manajemen aset, sistem informasi manajemen aset, pendekatan berorientasi objek.

With the development of manufacturing automation and intelligent increasing speed, the construction in plant management information has been important tasks to promote business innovation ability, improve competitiveness and manufacturing execution. In this paper, UML (Unified Modeling Language) and object-oriented modeling technology were applied to model the static structure and dynamic behavior of the plant management information from requirement analysis to system implementation, including functional requirement model, static structural model, asset management time sequence chart, system physical model and so on. The visualized system analysis method and technology better planned the system design and improved the efficiency of the system development. It will play a guiding role in the object-oriented software development.

Executive information system (EIS) has been widely used in enterprises and institutions to help the executives make decisions quickly and accurately for the organization's business needs. A research is conducted to create a marketing executive information system that can produce analytic reports and comparison reports for the executive of Benza Prima. For information search the fact finding techniques is utilized by conducting surveys directly to the company to study the company needs and the running procedures. The executive information system design uses Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology. The research results in an executive information system that produces report in forms of pivot tables and charts to help the Benza Prima executives make decisions. The marketing executive information system design is expected to provide analytic information that can be used by the Benza Prima executive as an analytic tool in planning marketing strategies.

This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

CV. Yusti Karya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finances is an important requirement for smooth project management. CV.Yusti Karya often has to manage several projects simultaneously in remote locations. This condition makes it difficult for the finance staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also makes it difficult for project managers in the field and must report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya improved the project's financial management system from using spreadsheets to a web-based information system. Web-based information system will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object- oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The development of this system aims to enable Person in Charge (PIC) projects in the field to submit expenditures and can be immediately approved by the financial staff in charge. Online project finance management between project PICs and finance staff helps harmonize financial management. The Director can monitor the flow of the latest project finance developments online.

To generate an information system which is in accordance with the needs of company requires an analysis of business processes by observing the running system. Solutions for problems found when doing the business are observed using the systems approach. Object-oriented analysis and design is a method currently used to build an information system. The system development with "Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD)" method stated by Satzinger includes making activity diagram, event table, class diagram, usecase diagrams, usecase description, state chart diagram, deployment and software architecture, first-cut design class diagram, simple sequence diagram (SSD), the sequence diagram (first-cut, view layer, data access layer), communication diagram, updated design class diagram, package diagram, persistent object, user interface. The result obtained after performing all phases is an information system that fits the company needs which is expected to improve the performance and effectiveness in business processes and also support the company's business goals.

This paper analyses the actual applications demand of the real-time PCB production quality management information system for the electronic product manufacturing enterprises, has established functional model for the real-time PCB production and quality management information system, and has used of mathematical statistics and mathematical logic principles, methods to analyzed of PCB production quality information, which was collected in real-time, finally, has established a Quality Information System PCB, this system achieves the various production processes and product quality tracking and retroactively for PCB.
