CV. Yusti Karya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finances is an important requirement for smooth project management. CV.Yusti Karya often has to manage several projects simultaneously in remote locations. This condition makes it difficult for the finance staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also makes it difficult for project managers in the field and must report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya improved the project's financial management system from using spreadsheets to a web-based information system. Web-based information system will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object- oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The development of this system aims to enable Person in Charge (PIC) projects in the field to submit expenditures and can be immediately approved by the financial staff in charge. Online project finance management between project PICs and finance staff helps harmonize financial management. The Director can monitor the flow of the latest project finance developments online.

Chanduang’s Religious affairs office (KUA) is an institutionthat provide the service of marriage, reconciliations, and marriage’s consultations for Canduang’s sub district residents. In order to help Religious affairs office in registrations and data processing, an information system is needed to help this registration process can be done everywhere and without attending to the office. Moreover, for wide society, an application to show the information of Marriage’s status is also needed to avoid deception the status of Marriage.An Information System about marriage and marriage status  is designed in web-based with involve language programming HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,Jquery and PHP5 with object oriented-based.  Meanwhile, the data base used is SQL. The design of the system also involves Use Case, Activity Diagram, Context Diagram, Flowchart, Class Diagram, Normalizes and ERD. This system also use the otherwise called in addressing with apply htaccess in the real file address as one of security System.This system information involves three users; Admin, officers andalso bridegrooms. The three levels of users are registered with private account to sign in to the system which has each username and password with MD5 encryption.  The main page of the systemwill show the information of Marriages’registrant and marriage schedule on Chanduang’s Religious affairs office. This system will help the KUA’s officer and also residents in applying marriage datas and show someone’s Marriage status. Key words: Information system, Marriage, Reconciliation, Web Programming

The results of fisheries are effects of important economic and social importance. Therefore, the problems of the development of the fishing industry occupy a special place in economic policy at all levels of government. There is a fairly large set of measures for such a policy. Nevertheless, the scale and complexity of the problems in the fishing industry in our country necessitates a further search for optimal forms of interaction between the state and the organizations of the fishing business. The basis of interaction can be the PPP mechanism — one of the generally recognized ways to solve complex socio-economic problems. The purpose of this article is to develop an approach to the organization of financial management of PPP projects in the field of fisheries. The theoretical basis of the work is the provisions of the methodology of financial planning and project finance management. The article discusses the financial and economic aspects of PPP projects in the fishing industry. A multilevel model for organizing financial planning of such projects is proposed, recommendations are given on its practical application and the selection of tools that serve as its filling. It is concluded that the goal of financial planning of PPP projects in the fishing industry is to ensure long-term sustainable development of enterprises, consistent with the priorities and goals of social development. The scientific novelty of the work done is to systematize the views on PPP finance management and develop on this basis an approach to organizing a financial planning system within the framework of PPP projects taking into account the specifics of the fishing industry. The practical value of the results of this study is determined by the possibility of using them to develop measures of state economic policy in the field of the fishery complex, in particular, in the formation of state and regional target programs, as well as in the implementation of PPP mechanisms in the industry. It seems that the detailed study of financial planning tools and the development of practice-oriented methods that ensure the effectiveness of the PPP financial management system in the fishing industry can become a promising area for further research.

Andalas University is the oldest university outside Java Island, and is the fourth oldest university in Indonesia. The University of Andalas also has assets and facilities such as buildings, land, equipment, campus buses and official vehicles managed by the administration acnd general 2 fields under the leadership of the Vice Rector 2, the assets and facilities available at the university andalas are also leased to people who want to rent or use existing facilities. Payment transactions and report recaps are still done manually this makes managers in recording transaction data becomes difficult. The status of pay by the lessee is difficult to track if the leader requests the report results. Therefore we need an information system to manage rental transaction and facilities at university andalas, that is information system that can recap asset, tenant and payment data. The research method used is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) research, in SDLC development process consisting of system planning, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. With this information system is expected both parties' transactions can be easily and mutually beneficial and the storage can also supervise transactions that exist wherever they are

Many companies or agencies are aware of the role of information technology as a supporter to achieve their vision, mission, and goals nowadays. In 2013, IAIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya changed its name to UINSA and its financial management system is regulated in BLU. This indicates that UINSA must become a self-supporting college financially and increase its income. Reviewing these phenomena, this research would like to develop an information system/application management information system for the PUSBIS of UINSA which focusing on PUSBIS center, Greensa.in, and public facility. The purpose of this study is to know how to develop the information system and its effectiveness in improving service usage of assets / public facilities in UINSA. For that, this research uses the R&D method. The R & D used in this research is R & D level 4 due to this paper will research and develop new products. The results of this study are the settled information system and its statements that information systems that have been built to improve services in lending/usage of assets in PUSBIS.

Current developments and advances in technology and information in Indonesia have begun to develop and can be utilized to develop business. PT. Frasindo Lima Mandiri is a company engaged in car rental services. In the rental process, the customer must come to the company to find out the type and availability of cars rented by the company. The payment process is still recorded in the payment journal, so that company employees will have difficulty in checking the status of customer payments. Seeing the problems that occur in the rental process, the purpose of this research is to create a web-based car rental information system. With this rental car information systems can simplify data management and provide complete information related to car rental. The method used in this study is the prototype system development method, analysis and design tools used are UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are that customers can find information related to rental cars, make car rental transactions online, can facilitate employees in the process of finding customer payment data and companies can provide services more quickly and accurately.

The purpose of this research is to know the geographic information system of tourism that is in Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency and develop it Research methods used by doing observationin Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency, then proceed with the system development method. the research method used is by the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). By using the Software Notepad ++ to build tourism Geographical Information System web-based. PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database server and the design of the map using the Google Maps API. The object-oriented approach that is used UML (Unified Modeling Language) can explain the flow of the existing system. Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency has been doing promotion through mass media such as newspapers and brochures in the delivery of information. But the way is not enough to inform tourism and places of attractions. It is therefore through the design of Geographical information system of tourism was able to resolve the issue. After the results of the study of geographic information systems is expected delivery of tourism information becomes more widespread, and the tourists could be quick and precise in finding information a tourist want to visit.

Information system maintenance is an important aspect of information system development, especially in systems that provide dynamic content, such as Web-based systems and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS). Design for Maintenance (DFM) is an approach that argues that maintenance effort should be considered during the design of information systems in addition to the usual system design considerations. This research examines how the design of links among knowledge documents in a KMS affects both their maintenance and use. We argue that providing links among knowledge documents increases the cost of maintenance because when a document changes, the documents that link to and from that document are more likely to need changes. At the same, linking knowledge documents makes it easier to locate useful knowledge and thus increases use. We examine this tension between use and maintenance using 10 years of data from a well-established KMS. Our results indicate that as the number of links among documents increases, both maintenance effort and use for these documents increase. Our analyses suggest two DFM principles for dynamic content in practice. First, knowledge coupling (i.e., linking) to documents internal to the KMS rather than sources external to the KMS better balances maintenance effort and use. Second, designing small, knowledge cohesive documents (e.g., 250-350 words) leads to the best balance between maintenance effort and use.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

Perpustakaan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran bagi para siswa dalam mencari sumber referensi belajar dan berperan penting dalam menunjang proses pendidikan. Pada SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi perpustakan adalah salah satu sarana bagi siswa untuk mencari referensi pelajaran. Namun pada sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini, perpustakaan masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu dengan pencatatan pembukuan, kelola anggota, dan notifikasi peminjaman. Proses manual tersebut dinilai kurang efisien dan memakan banyak waktu, serta dokumen yang dapat rusak atau hilang disebabkan kejadian tertentu. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat mengelola manajemen perpustakaan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan smart library berbasis web. Model prototipe adalah salah satu Model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang dapat membantu proses pembangunan Smart Library berbasis web. Sehingga dapat membantu manajemen perpustakaan lebih terstruktur dan dengan proses yang cepat, efektif, dan efisien. Hasil dari kuisioner pengujian beta rata-rata menunjukan 80% menjawab setuju pada aplikasi smart library yang dibuat. Library as one of the learning media for students in finding sources of learning references and plays an important role in supporting the educational process. At SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi library is one of the means for students to find reference lessons. But in the current system, the library still uses a manual system, namely by recording books, managing members, and borrowing notifications. The manual process is considered inefficient and time-consuming, as well as documents that can be damaged or lost due to certain events. Therefore we need an information system that can manage library management more effectively and efficiently by using web-based Smart Library. Prototype Model is one of the System Development Live Cycle Model (SDLC) that can help the process of building a web-based Smart Library. So that it can help library management be more structured and with a fast, effective, and efficient process. The results of the beta test questionnaire on average showed 80% answered agreed on the smart library application made.
