Bank syariah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam industri perbankan di Indonesia. Syariah cenderung mengatur sistem aturan yang dapat mengatur hubungan antara manusia dengan Allah SWT, atau hubungan manusia dengan manusia, sehingga pegawai di perbankan syariah cenderung harus menafsirkan nilai-nilai Islam yang ada di sekitar kantor, religius hingga nilai-nilai agama. keimanan menafsirkan nilai-nilai Islam dan memiliki sifat religius mereka akan selalu merasa puas dengan apa yang mereka lakukan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai Islam dan religiusitas terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Menganalisis kepuasan kerja atas afektif komintmen dan menganalisis afektif komitmen terhadap kualitas layanan. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan karakteristik pengaruh atau perbedaan tertentu antara kelompok dua faktor atau lebih dalam satu situasi. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 4.611 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 210 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling dengan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa atribut fisik islami dan atribut non fisik islami tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Islamic belief dan Islamic practic memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap afektif komitmen dan afektif komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas layanan. The aims of this study are to measure the level of service quality and how to improve the quality of service execution in re-measurement tera and tera of UTTP in Commerce On duty Co-Operation, Industrial and Commerce Of Sub-Province of Pacitan. This research’s object is traditional market of Minulyo Pacitan as mains market in Sub-Province of Pacitan with 100 perpetrator people of sample as user/owner of UTTP (ukur,timbang, takar, dan perlengkapannya) with method intake of sampel by Convenience Sampling. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and direct interview. This research use qualitative analysis instrument test of validity and reliability to know valid or not and reliabel or not about the questions of questionnaire. Then, this research was done with Servqual method as instrument to do measurement of service quality. The measurement of service quality in Servqual method pursuant to five service dimension that is tangibles, responsiveness, realibility, assurance, and empathy. This research will be measured of gap 5 that is difference among performance and its expectation. Ad for yielded gap from a enumeration of Servqual 5 gap, -146 progressively lower him mount the quality of given service activities. Therefore, its needs the existence of priority repair of service quality, in this case is service of remeasurement tera and tera of UTTP at biggest difference or gap that is at variable of Responsiveness ( Energy Listen carefully) and attribute that has smallest difference that is – 0.44 at dimension question of variable of Tangibles ( Evidence Physical). Empowerment has never been something handed from one person to another or passed from employer to employee but it is a complex process, which needs a vivid vision and clear understanding for managers and employees. It is a technique and tool for the retention of employees.This quantitative study is done to examine the affect of organisational empowerment on turnover intensions by way of mediation of job satisfaction and affective commitment.Direct and indirect affects of variables are examined while conducting the study among employees of Hattar industries located in Punjab, Pakistan.Cross sectional design is addopted and primary data is collected through standardised questionnaires on five point likert scale. A total of 220 employees working at middle level management of Hattar industries, were chosen randomly. Correlation is applied in order to findout the strength of relationship between variables.The data was analysed on the basis of SEM (structural equation modeling) technique by using AMOS. Findings depicted the positive relationship between organizational empowerment with the variables job satisfaction and affective commitment. The result also indicates that there is a significant mediating influence of job satisfaction and affective commitment in the relationship between organizational empowerment and turnover intensions. Practical/managerial implications of this study revealed that organizations should foster to give empowerment to their workers if they want to retain them so that, they will be satisfied enough, will remain committed to work and will have lower intensions to leave the job that will better contribute in boosting up the overall performance of the organization.

Tax Revenue is one of the most important sources of revenue for making the state expenditure budget (APBN). As a revenue dominant source for APBN derived from tax sector. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of tax sanctions and tax service quality on individual tax compliance.   This study focus on individual entrepreneurs tax payer those registered at the Primary Tax Office Tigaraksa (KPP Pratama Tigaraksa) especially in Gading Serpong Tangerang. Samples were selected by convenience sampling method, the data used in this study is primary data.  The results show indicate (1) tax sanction has significantly affect to individual tax compliance, (2) tax service quality has significantly affect to individual tax compliance, (3) tax sanction and tax service quality have significantly affect to  individual tax compliance. <p>Training and development of employees and job satisfaction of employees are two crucial components for the performance of employee. In this study the influence of training and development on employee performance through job satisfaction is studied. 115 questionnaires were distributed among employees i.e. executives and managers of Telecom companies in Abbottabad, Haripur and Mansehra of which 105 were returned. Convenience sampling technique was used for data collection. The response rate was 91%. The finding of our study showed positive impact of training and development and job satisfaction with employee performance. Training and development will lead to higher job satisfaction level in employees and they will fulfill their duties with a great deal of responsibility with best performance.</p>
