The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between teachers’ interpersonal relationship and their perception about supervision implementation and their contribution toward their work achievement motivation. The data were obtained from 55 teachers as the sample by stratified proportional random sampling. The data were analyzed by means of correlation and multiple regression technique. The results of this study show that the contribution of interpersonal relationship variable was 28% to work achievement. Meanwhile, the teachers’ perception of supervision implementation variable contributes 17% to work achievement motivation variable. The contribution of the two dependent variables was 41% to work achievement motivation variable.

Several indications that indicate student in low achievement motivation, among others: (1) lack of enthusiasm to follow the lesson, (2) less attention to the teacher, (3) the students have not targeted yet, (4) students tend to ignore the task, (5) (6) students are less harmonious with teachers, (7) students are lazy to learn, and (8) some students feel scared with the teacher. Students 'perceptions of teacher's social support are factors that allegedly influence students' achievement motivation. This study aims to determine the relationship of students' perceptions of the social support of teachers with achievement motivation. The method used throughout this research is quantitative with regression technique. Samples numbered to 206 students of SMA Negeri 1 V Koto Timur Padang Pariaman, and selected by proportional random sampling. The instrument used is the student's perception scale of teacher's social support and achievement motivation. The research findings indicate that there is a significant correlation between around teacher's social support with student achievement motivation.

Customer lifetime value is one of the most important concepts in marketing on which lots of scholarly writings have been done to analyze this concept. In this study, we have used this concept to study fairness cream market of Bangladesh. Through this study we have tried to find out the factors that increase customer lifetime value in fairness cream market. To conduct the study, we have used simple random sampling technique where 300 respondents have been interviewed. We have utilized multiple regression technique to analyze the data. The findings that have been generated from the analysis is that fairness cream companies can increase customer usage months of fairness cream product or customer lifetime value through proper application of three factors which are creating fear that experimentation may be dangerous for skin, strong positioning that user’s brand is the best brand in the market and marketer’s brand has international recognition. The purpose this study was to determine the relationship between secure attachment with achievement motivation,  the relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation, and the relationship between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement motivation in adolescents students. The population of this research was students of class X, XI and XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi. The sample was 103 students were take by stratified random sampling technique. This study used secure attachment scale, autonomy scale, and achievement motivation scale. Double regression analysis showed FCOUNT  33, 482 with  p = 0,000 (p0,005). The result indicate that there was significant correlation between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement. Patrially, there is a significant relationship secure attachment with achievement rxy = 0,365 with  p 0,01 and there is a significant relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation  rxy = 0,361 with  p 0,01. R2 square value was 0, 527 it means that secure attachment and autonomy simultaneously contribute 52,7% toward achievement motivation.

Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony

Abstract This study is aimed at examining the effects of auditor's attitude towards professional skepticism, the competence of audit evidence, and the pressure of time on the detection of fraud in the Bener Meriah Inspectorate Office. The data of the study were collected by distributing questionnaires to all 39 auditors/inspectors of the Inspectorate of Bener Meriah and then analyzed using the multiple regression technique. The study found that: (1) the auditor's attitude toward professional skepticism, the competence of audit evidence, and the time pressures simultaneously and significantly affected the detection of fraud,(2) the auditor's attitude toward professional skepticism positively affected the fraud detection, (3) the competence of audit evidence positively affected the fraud detection,and (4) the time pressures negatively affected the detection of fraud.Keywords: the auditor's attitude, professional skepticism, competence of the audit evidence, time pressure fraud detection. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sikap skeptisme profesional auditor, kompetensi bukti audit dan tekanan waktu secara bersama-sama terhadap pendeteksian kecurangan pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengujian hipotesis dengan sumber data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor/pemeriksa di Inspektorat Kabupaten Bener Meriah, dengan responden berjumlah 39 aparatur yang bekerja pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) sikap skeptisme profesional auditor, kompetensi bukti audit dan tekanan waktu secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendeteksian kecurangan; (2) sikap skeptisme profesional auditor berpengaruh positif terhadap pendeteksian kecurangan; (3) kompetensi bukti audit berpengaruh positif terhadap pendeteksian kecurangan, dan (4) tekanan waktu berpengaruh negatif terhadap pendeteksian kecurangan.Kata kunci: sikap skeptisme profesional auditor, kompetensi bukti audit, tekanan waktu, dan pendeteksian kecurangan
