Due to the advancement of medical sensor technologies new vectors can be added to the health insurance packages. Such medical sensors can help the health as well as the insurance sector to construct mathematical risk equation models with parameters that can map the real-life risk conditions. In this paper parameter analysis in terms of medical relevancy as well in terms of correlation has been done. Considering it as ‘inverse problem’ the mathematical relationship has been found and are tested against the ground truth between the risk indicators. The pairwise correlation analysis gives a stable mathematical equation model can be used for health risk analysis. The equation gives coefficient values from which classification regarding health insurance risk can be derived and quantified. The Logistic Regression equation model gives the maximum accuracy (86.32%) among the Ridge Bayesian and Ordinary Least Square algorithms. Machine learning algorithm based risk analysis approach was formulated and the series of experiments show that K-Nearest Neighbor classifier has the highest accuracy of 93.21% to do risk classification.

Global coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The disease was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, the capital of China’s Hubei Province, and has since spread globally, resulting in the ongoing 2019–2020 coronavirus pandemic that has an impact which would be disturbed the personal productivity in the community. The dependent variable which is threat of COVID-19 (Thr_Cov-19), vulnerability of COVID-19 (Vul_Cov-19), and the unexpected change in society factors and one independent variable that is personal disturbance factors is used in this paper. Moreover, using as an indicator which will determine disturbance of personal productivity (D_PP) in the society. Since multiple regression by partial least square-structural equation modeling is used to examined of data by following unstructured method. Moreover, the resulting point out three dependent variables significantly influences on the independent variable of personal productivity in the society. As a matter of fact, this study concludes the foremost influence factor on D_PP in society due to COVID-19 risk factors such as Thr_Cov-19, Vul_Cov-19, and unexpected changed in the society factors. This study contributes to introductory study but vibrant understanding in stimulating the prediction of personal productivity in the society due to the COVID-19 attacks.

Among various factors influencing foreign language learning, learners’ perception of a high-stakes language test plays a crucial part, especially when the test serves as a threshold for their university graduation. In this study, the researcher tested a washback effect model by focusing on test-takers’ perception of the high-stakes test VSTEP in terms of test familiarity, test difficulty and test importance. On a sample of 751 Vietnamese learners of English at Vietnam National University, structural equation model was employed to validate the conceptual model. The analytical methods of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were used for analysis. Our empirical findings revealed that VSTEP seems to have had a pervasive impact on the participating students. Senior students’ evaluations of VSTEP acted as the largest factor in constituting the participants’ perception of VSTEP. There are positive links between test pressure and test familiarity with students' goal setting and study planning as well as their selection of learning content and materials. Meanwhile, the pressure from the test had no effect on students’ seeking opportunities to practice with foreigners, and test familiarity did not influence students’ choice of study methods and exam preparing strategies. The emerging patterns from the data also suggested that participating students preferred test-oriented learning content and activities at the cost of interactive English practices for real-life purposes.

The purpose of this study was to find out how to Improve Employee Performance reviewed from the Perspectives of Performance Allowances, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline in the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar. This study used a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in the structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) was based on variance or component based SEM, which is famously called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 3.0. All relationships examined showed positive and significant results. For this reason, in its realization, the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar were expected to be able to improve the performance of the Employees with the Performance Allowances. The realization of employee performance, this is also the impact of the existence of Work Motivation, Performance Allowances, and Work Discipline that will have an impact on improving employee performance in the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar.

The elevated demand of Muslim consumers for halal products is a business opportunity for producers or companies. So that attention to consumer behavior of halal products is part of market valuation that is important for achieving success in the halal industry. Meanwhile, the millennial generation will have an influence in determining the trend of product use especially since entering the digital era. So it is important to conduct further studies on the behavior of the millennial generation in consuming halal products. This research was conducted by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents classified as millennial generation. Then the data collected is processed with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and gives conclusion that the interest of millennial generation in buying halal products is influenced by Islamic branding and individual religiosity factors. While the satisfaction of the millennial generation in consuming halal products is influenced by the price factor of these products, Islamic branding and religiosity factors. Furthermore, Islamic branding indirectly influences the buying interest and satisfaction of the millennial generation in consuming halal products through a variable mediating religiosity. Therefore, Islamic branding is an urgent matter that must be fulfilled for companies that have a focus on the development of halal industrial.

The success of female entrepreneurs Batik need hard work, self-efficacy, innovation and ambition behavior. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of self-efficacy and innovative behavior towards the success of female entrepreneurs Batik in Bojonegoro. This research uses descriptive and quantitative analysis research design. The population in this research are all female batik entrepreneur in Bojonegoro. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using non-probability sampling in which samples are determined based on certain criteria in accordance with the research purpose. The numbers of samples are 32 respondents. The Data collection techniques has been done by using questionnaires and conducting interviews. The obtained data are analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is the equation model of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is based on components or variants. The results of the research show that: self efficacy gives influence to the success of female batik entrepreneurs. Self-efficacy gives influence to the innovative behavior of female batik entrepreneur. Innovative behavior gives influence to the success of female batik entrepreneurs, Self-efficacy gives indirect influence to the success of female entrepreneurs through the mediator i.e. innovative behavior.

Abstract This research was conducted to know the structural equation model on public welfare in the post-flood region of South Kalimantan in early 2021. The method and analysis in this study used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with compared the Maximum Likelihood (ML) and Generalized Least Square (GLS) approach to test and estimate the suitability of the post-flood public welfare model in South Kalimantan. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire to the people in areas victims of floods in South Kalimantan. The result is GLS approach gave more fit data than MLE based on AGFI and GFI values. The validated models gave the structural equation model with the final interpretation is Economy condition gives the significant relationship to the post-flood public welfare in South Kalimantan.
