Purpose of the Article. The study of the source base on the issue of music in Ukrainian ballet to generalize the theoretical heritage and outline the prospects for further research on this issue. Methodology. The article is based on the analytical method of research, the method of systematization, and comparison. These methods allowed us to analyze the literature on the selected issues, to classify and compare its problem perspective. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty is to compare the experience of studying the musical basis of ballet as an art problem in the traditional (experience) and innovative (perspective) sense with the obligatory parallel analysis of the choreographic component. Conclusions. Given the uneven coverage and study of musical and choreographic components of the ballet genre in scientific thought, it is appropriate for scientists to strive for a conscious in-depth study of those aspects of ballet that do not lie in the field of their specialization. Examples of works, where the ballet study as integrity, are the works of O. Afonina, O. Zavyalova, O. Karandeeva, D. Sharikov.

The idea of ​​reincarnation, the belief in the possibility of reincarnation is now one of the most interesting topics. She increasingly attracts the attention of philosophical, religious, and above all scientific thought. It is difficult not to agree with the depth of the circle of existential issues that it covers, because it is a whole range of problems of human existence: despair, life and death, hope, immortality of the soul. As a result, on the basis of attempts to follow the ways of their solution, vital projects of cultures, valuable landmarks are lined up. In the scale of religious values, the idea of ​​immortality of the soul is in higher hierarchical layers as a goal and an ideal, a condition for the achievement of the otherworldly, kingdom of God. In the context of this gradation, the phenomenon of reincarnation, as containing the idea of ​​eternal existence of the soul, has a value aspect, succinctly fits into the hypothetical problem of human immortality and, in our opinion, requires more in-depth study.

To study the effective therapeutic bioavailability of Atazanavir Sulfate (ATV), administered singly or in combination with Ritonavir, a cost effective and rapid method is required. In order to assess an in-depth study, it is primarily thought prudent to develop an effective analytical method for estimation of ATV in marketed dosage forms. The present work is to develop a simple and precise analytical method for in depth evaluation of therapeutic efficacy of ATV. The novelty of the method shows linearity in the concentration range of 10-100 µg/mL at two wavelengths, i.e. 254 nm and 284 nm respectively. The chromatographic system consists of HiQSil C18HS column; an isocratic mobile phase consisted of methanol and tetrahydrofuran (95:5 v/v). The developed method is validated according to ICH guidelines in capsule dosage form. Validation of the developed method shows good result in range, linearity, accuracy and precision. Student’st–test was used to correlate the two methods and applied to raw materials and capsule dosage form.

The article reviews the constituent’s physico-chemical parameters in the water of the Mansagar Lake of the Jaipur City. The water quality is also investigated using evaluated physico-chemical parameters with in-depth study of their distribution as per sample location-wise and season-wise. A detailed discussion on the associationship among parameters (pH, Conductivity, turbidity, dissolved Oxygen, chemical and Biochemical Oxygen demand, etc.) using the Pearson’s analytical method is also presented. The strength of the article is the graphical presentation of evaluated physico-chemical parameters and the water quality indices for sample station-wise and the season-wise. To our best of understanding, first time such details have been clubbed together and discussion in brief for studied lake.

The objective of this chapter is to show how chaos and complexity theory can be applied to understanding of the dynamics of a city. At first, the changes in the theoretical and practical knowledge that occurred in contemporary philosophical and scientific thought from the end of the nineteenth century, which led to the formulation of the chaos and complexity theory are discussed. The new vision of the world emerging from chaos and complexity theory allows a rapprochement between the two complementary ways of analysis and action: the analytical method, born from the Cartesian method, and the systemic approach, derived from cybernetics and systems theory. Then the characteristics of a complex system are analyzed by referring to the definitions of the main exponents of the discipline, in order to understand if a city can be identified as a complex system. A review of the main theories about complexity of the city is included in order to demonstrate that a city can be considered as a “system” defined by the elements (the various activities and urban functions) and from the interactions and relations between its various components (tangible and intangible communications) that produces hardly detectable effects on all parts of the city. Finally, the systems currently used for the description and the representation of components and relationships of a city intended as a complex system are presented.

Hemoglobin is the specific protein of red blood cells. Those cells in which hemoglobin synthesis is initiated are the earliest cells that can presently be considered to be committed to erythropoiesis. In order to identify such early cells electron microscopically, we have made use of the peroxidatic activity of hemoglobin by reacting the marrow of erythropoietically stimulated guinea pigs with diaminobenzidine (DAB). The reaction product appeared as a diffuse and amorphous electron opacity throughout the cytoplasm of reactive cells. The detection of small density increases of such a diffuse nature required an analytical method more sensitive and reliable than the visual examination of micrographs. A procedure was therefore devised for the evaluation of micrographs (negatives) with a densitometer (Weston Photographic Analyzer).

Although sections of frozen salt solutions have been used as standards for x-ray microanalysis, such solutions are less useful when analysed in the bulk form. They are poor thermal and electrical conductors and severe phase separation occurs during the cooling process. Following a suggestion by Whitecross et al we have made up a series of salt solutions containing a small amount of graphite to improve the sample conductivity. In addition, we have incorporated a polymer to ensure the formation of microcrystalline ice and a consequent homogenity of salt dispersion within the frozen matrix. The mixtures have been used to standardize the analytical procedures applied to frozen hydrated bulk specimens based on the peak/background analytical method and to measure the absolute concentration of elements in developing roots.
