Abstract- The purpose of study is to understand the dominan determinants factor which is debt to asset ratio, current ratio, dividend payout ratio and firm size that will influence the firm value in consumer goods companies in Indonesia. To able to maintain dan increase the Indonesia economic growth, Investment and consumption are two main contributor to sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. The study seek for more understanding the determinant that influence the firm value that could support investor decision in consumer goods The study seek for relationship between determinants to predict firm value in the consumption industry which previously done in other sector with inconclusive result. The sample used in this research came from the financial report of 10 of 50 public listed company in IDX between 2013-2017 has high credibility and stability with purposive sampling. The Multiple Regression of modeling are used to analyze the relationship between determinants. The debt to asset ratio, current ratio, and firm size are affect the firm size significantly except for the devident payout ratio, with debt to asset ratio with the most effecting factor. DAR can reflect how financially stable a company is. The higher the ratio, the higher the degree of leverage and, consequently, the higher the risk of investing in that company. The purpose of this research is to study the influence of return on assets (ROA), debt to assets ratio (DAR), current ratio (CR), firm size, and dividend payout ratio (DPR) on the firm value measured by PBV, in manufacture companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples of the study was 50 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX and sample selection in this research using purposive sampling method, during the research period 2016 to 2018. Samples were analyzed by using the multiple regression method. The results showed that firm size and ROA has significant effects on the firm value. Whilst DPR, CR, and DAR have no significant effects on the firm value. Tujuan penelitian yang disajikan dalam tesis ini ialah untuk menunjukkan hasil empiris mengenai pengaruh dari return on assets (ROA), debt to asset ratio (DAR), current ratio (CR), ukuran perusahaan dan dividend payout ratio (DPR) terhadap nilai perusahaan dimana pengukurannya dilakukan dengan rasio PBV, pada perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat dalam BEI dan pemilihan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, selama periode penelitian 2016 hingga 2018. Data dianalisis menggunakan model regresi berganda untuk menganalisis kontribusi variabel bebas yang mempengaruhi variabel terikat. Hasil empiris penelitian menjelaskan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan ROA mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. DPR, CR dan DAR tidak mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The purpose of this research is to empirically test and analyze the influence of dividend payout ratio, current ratio, return on asset, firm size, debt to equity ratio and asset growth. The object of this research is food and beverages companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2016 period. The sample consisting of 7 companies, was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The research data is secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this research showed that current ratio, return on asset, firm size, debt to equity ratio influence the firm value, while dividend payout ratio and asset growth have no influence on firm value.

This study aims to determine the influence of price earnings ratio, debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and firm size on firm value at LQ 45 company in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data as a source of data. This research uses purposive sampling technique and has 96 company samples. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Price Earnings Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio has a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the variable Debt to Equity Ratio and Firm Size do not affect on firm value.

This study aimed to examine the effect of Firm Size, Financial Leverage, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Firm Value toward Income Smoothing in BUMN Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.  Income Smoothing measured by Index Eckel’s.  The Population in this study is BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 Based on the purposive sampling method, the sum of a sample obtained from the population is 16 companies.  Sources of data obtained from annual reports of companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.  The analytical method for this study uses logistic regression analysis and Mann Whitney test with SPSS 21.  Based on the result of the analysis showed Firm Size, Financial Leverage, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Firm Value are not influence Income Smoothing.

The objective of the study is to investigate the effect of free cash flow, return on equity, current ratio, firm size and net profit margin on dividend policy that measured by dividend payout ratio. The population of this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).The period of this study are 2008-2011. Based on purposive sampling method, 19 companies were used on the study. The sample were gathered from annual reports and ICMD. This study used multiple linear regression as analysis method with 5% significant level. The results of the study indicate that free cash flow and return on equity have positive effect on dividend policy, while current ratio, firm size and net profit margin have no significant effect on dividend policy. Keywords: Dividend Policy, dividend payout ratio (DPR), free cash flow (FCF), return on equity (ROE), current ratio (CR), firm size (FZ) and net profit margin (NPM).

This study aimed to examine the factors that influence the ratio of dividend payments in the banking industry. These factors include return on investment, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, earnings per share, and firm size. The technique for sampling using purposive sampling while the sample used in this study was 6 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The analytical method used in this study was a panel data regression model (a combination of time series and cross section). From the results of the study, showed that first, the return on investment did not significantly affect the dividend payout ratio; second, the current ratio did not significantly influence the dividend payout ratio; third, the debt to capital ratio had a significant effect on dividend payout ratios; fourth, earnings per share did not significantly influence to the ratio of dividend payout ratios and the last was that the size of the company had a significant effect on the ratio of dividend payout ratios. From these results it is expected that can be used as a reference, both by company management and by investors in determining investment strategies.

This research aims to know the effect of debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and firm size on the dividend payout ratio in State Owned Enterprises (BUMN). Secondary data is used in this research, while the sampling technique in is purposive. Criteria for samples are BUMN that is listed in Indonnesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2014, having profit during 2012-2014, and having complete financial report during 2012-2014. There are five enterprises that meet these criteria. The researcher used doubled linear regression for the analysis. The results showed that debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and firm size have simultaneous effect on dividend payout ratio. The results also shows that only current ratio has partial effect on the dividend payout ratio. Meanwhile, debt on equity ratio and firm size have no partial effect on dividend payout ratio.

A company aimed and tried to maximize shareholder prosperity. Shareholder prosperity was reflected by company value. This study aimed to review the effect of firm size, Dividend Payout Ratio, Return on Equity, and Price Earning Ratio on firm value among ILQ45 companies registered in The Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populations of this study were firms registered in The Indonesia Stock Exchange of the year 2010 – 2014. The research used purposive sampling method based on determined criteria. There were 22 firms with totally 110 data. After the outliers process, there were 18 with totally 90 data samples. Based on these data, this study carried a classic assumption analysis using multiple regression data with SPSS16. The regression test resulted: (1) Firm size positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (2) Dividend Payout Ratio positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (3) Return on Equity positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (4) Price Earning Ratio positively influenced and not significant to corporate value.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Investment, Investment Opportunity Set, dan Firm Size terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio pada Perusahaan yang Termasuk Dalam Jakarta Islamic Index selama periode 2012-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan laporan tahunan yang dikumpulkan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan metode Common Effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, Return On Investment dan Investment Opportunity Set tidak berpengaruh terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, dan Firm Size berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Kata Kunci: Dividend Payout Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Inestment, Investment Opportunity Set, Firm Size, Jakarta Islamic Index.
