The research aims to know whether retail business can struggle against the situation nowadays. Ones of the most important factors when running a business are location and product availability. One of the largest franchise networks in Indonesia is PT. Lion Super Indo (Superindo Stores). The research was conducted in two Superindo stores located in Bekasi Timur Sub-district by giving questionnaires to 200 respondents/consumers. The research methodology used was descriptive quantitative and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that Choice of Place variable has a negative and no significant effect on Business Continuity while Product Availability variable has a positive and significant effect on Business Continuity. The uniqueness of this study is that Business Continuity variable can be affected by Product Availability variable of  4.7% of the other factors.

A budget is an organizational plan stated in a monetary unit and drawn up for a period of time. The process of budgeting can trigger the behavior of budget implementers to conduct budgetary slack due to negative subjective attitudes and norms owned by budget executives. This makes research on the factors that affect the budgeting slack important to be carried out. This study used data collection techniques with questionnaires. All research instruments are valid and reliable. This research has also been freed from the problem of classical assumptions. The results were tested with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed self-efficacy, budget participation, information asymmetry, and budgetary emphasis influenced the budgetary slack. On the other side emotional stability has no significant effect on the budgetary slack. Findings on burnout and depression in athletes highlight their potential severity. Although both constructs are discussed in similar, stress-based concepts, it is unclear how they relate to each other. To address this issue, we conducted a crosssectional multiple linear regression analysis (MLR; N = 194) and a longitudinal analysis of a three-wave cross-lagged panel (CLP; n = 92) in German junior elite athletes. MLR showed that depression and burnout were both associated with chronic stress. Stress was a significant better predictor for both burnout and depression than each was for the other. CLP analysis on the constructs of burnout and depression revealed support for cross-paths in both directions. Thus, burnout and depression might cause each other to some degree, with no distinct direction of this link. However, as both syndromes do not fully explain each other, interchanging both terms and syndromes should be avoided. Preferably, future research might consider the transfer of knowledge between both syndromes to draw founded conclusions.

The interest of entrepreneurship is influenced by several factors such asentrepreneurial knowledge and family environment. The result of preliminary observation inSMKN 1 DlangguComal showed that the entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh graderstudents in the academic year of 2016/2017 was still considered poor. On the other hand, theirentrepreneurial knowledge was pretty high as well as their family environment which wasconsidered good. The objectives of this study were 1) to find out whether or not there is aninfluence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh graderstudents of SMKN 1 DlangguComal in the academic year of 2016/2017, 2) to find out theinfluence of family environment on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students ofSMKN 1 DlangguComal in the academic year of 2016/2017, 3) to find out the influence ofbothentrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneurship interest of theeleventh grader students of SMKN 1 DlangguComal in the academic year of 2016/2017.The population of this study was the eleventh grader students of SMKN 1 DlangguComalin the academic year of 2016/2017 as many as 316 students. The number of sample was 76students decided by using Slovin calculation formula and chosen using proportional randomsampling technique. The methods of collecting the data were test, questionnaire, anddocumentation. While the methods of analyzing the data were using percentage descriptivetechnique and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study based on theregression analysis it was found that Y = -6,787 + 0,493 X1 + 0,170 X2. The result ofhypothesis testing in partial showed that the variable of entrepreneurial knowledge positivelyinfluenced the entrepreneurship interest by 32,60% and family environment positivelyinfluenced by 18,40%. While simultaneously, the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge andfamily environment on entrepreneurship interest was 52,70% and the rest 47,30% wasexplained by other factors beyond the model of this study.

The awareness of discipline is something very important for any organization. One way to improve the awareness of discipline is through being under the immediate. This reseacrh to know the supervision of superior directly to the awareness of discipline the office of labor and population city Banda Aceh. Respondents this research consisting of employees and each head part on any part of which is in these agencies. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires containing questions relating to monitoring the direct and the awareness of discipline. Data on anaslisis using the statistics multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that pengasan immediate superior which includes monitoring, examination, and judgment influential positive on the awareness of discipline. The koefesien terminated (r2) of 0,217 means that 21,7 percent the awareness of discipline on these agencies influenced by monitoring, check and assess the as a form of supervision immediate superior. The rest of 78.3 percent longer had other factors besides monitoring the immediate superior .The results of testing statistics show value F count larger had than the F table at the belief 95 percent. Hypothesis Ha accepted, on the other hand hypothesis H0 rejected, supervision and monitoring of immediate superior, examination, and assessment.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of operational efficiency, marketing effectiveness, and financial leverage on the financial performance of a public retail business. The population in this study are retail sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2020 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using Eviews 11 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) operational efficiency has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, (2) marketing effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, (3)leverage finance has a negative and significant effect on financial performance.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh efisiensi operasional, efektivitas pemasaran, dan leverage keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan publik bisnis ritel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2016-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software Eviews 11. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Efisiensi operasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, (2) Efektivitas pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, (3) Leverage keuangan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

This study aims to examine the influence of credit period and interest rates on mortgages users’ interest in PT. Panin Bank (Persero) Tbk. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS, which was processed based on the tabulated results of the observation sheet. From the analysis of the influence of credit period and interest rates on mortgages users’ interest in PT. Panin Bank (Persero) Tbk. Makassar branch, it can be concluded that the term and interest rates have a positive effect on mortgages users’ interest in the bank. The increase of the time limit will also increase the interests of customers. On the other hand, the increase of interest rates will decrease the interest of users. From these two researched variables, the most dominant variable affecting the mortgages users’ interest in PT. Panin Bank (Persero) Tbk. Makassar branch is interest rates, because interest rates have the greatest t-count compared to the t-count of credit period. Therefore, it can be proposed that one of the most dominant variables affecting the interest of the mortgages users in the bank is the interest rates.

ABSTRACT The topic of this research is purposed to identify the conflict handling and to analyze the influence that has done by BKD Kab. Sanggau. The method used in this research is quantitative by involving 34 samples and also the multiple linear regression analysis is used here as the analysis technic. The variable measurement is done by using Likert scale and applied variously based on the question. The result in this kind of technic analysis showed that there is a parsially significant effect of the conflict handling that fulfilled and interacted against the performance. On the other side, conflict handling by dominating, compromising, and avoiding partially is not significantly affect the performance. If seen simultaneously, the conflict handling also isn’t affect it. However, as can be seen in signification score of the conflict handling is by fulfilling and giving the massive influence to the performance. Keywords: conflict, conflict handling, performance

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) to Return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Stock Fund period 2014-2017. The study used secondary data obtained through documentation in the form of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Monthly Net Asset (NAB) report. Data analysis is used with quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 9. Population and sample in this research are PT Nikko Securities Indonesia. The result of multiple linear regression analysis was the coefficient of determination (R2) showed the result of 0.123819 or 12%. This means that the Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) variables can influence the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund of 12% and 88% is influenced by other variables. Based on the result of the research, the variables of inflation and exchange rate have a negative and significant effect toward the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund. While the variable of Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) has a negative but not significant effect toward Return of Equity Fund of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia

The objectives of this study are to analyze changes in organizational structure, job design, organizational culture and its influence on employee productivity at PT. XX in Jakarta and to identify variables that have a dominant influence on the productivity of employees. The research method used is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the all variables simultaneously and partially change the organizational structure, job design, and organizational culture has a significant impact on employee productivity at PT. XXin Jakarta.
