The development of communication technology such as the use of mobile phones based on android. Android has the capability of getting good as personal computer and it has a large storage area. Android users use it to store important data. Critical data that is stored to make various ways to membobolnya. The role of cryptography is indispensable for securing the data. Cryptography is the science to encode a message, while to keep the message or document is secure and cannot be read by those who are not entitled to use encryption. The application of encryption uses a symmetric algorithm. On the application of this method used is Simple Columnar Transposition method. Simple Columnar Transposition method by dividing plainteks into blocks with a key length (k) certain then these blocks are arranged in the form of rows and columns. The making of this application using the JAVA programming language and XML. The application is made for a mobile with Android using the Studio. This application was eventually shown on android mobile phone users. The application used to encode text/sentence, the result of encryption in the form of chipertext, and the result of decrypting plaintext form.

Nowadays technology is developing very fast, including information and communication technology. For that we need fast steps in following it. Information and communication technology has entered all aspects of life, including the business world. This is because the work assisted by information technology can minimize errors and even losses that will occur. Warna Print is a company engaged in the printing sector, which serves banner designs and banner printing and is currently facing problems in the field of ordering. The banner ordering system used in Warna Print is still done conventionally. For example, in recording orders, making order invoices to taking orders and transaction reports, they still rely on recording on notes. This of course can cause loss or damage to the order data and sales transactions. With the design of this application will be able to help expedite the transaction process on Color Print. The design of this application uses the Netbeans IDE with the Java programming language and the MySQL database program. This application has guaranteed security, because only owners and employees who have a username and password can access this application. In addition, the error rate in recording orders is very small, because each customer receives a different transaction number, so as to minimize errors on the transaction report.

The Indonesian Worker Placement and Protection Service Agency (BP3TKI) has the authority to provide services for people who wish to run for Indonesian Workers (TKI). In this case, of course the BP3TKI Office has a lot of important data that will be well managed so that its integrity is maintained. All important data will be processed in the Placement section of the BP3TKI Office. In managing TKI data, the placement section uses Microsoft Excel which is managed by one person and only uses one Personal Computer (PC) unit in the placement section. Because the data is managed by one person with one PC and is not stored in the database, it is very possible that the data that has been managed will be lost if one day the PC in the placement section is damaged, this will make it difficult for the placement employee to find data when required return. For this reason, a "WEB-BASED DESIGN OF DATA PROCESSING APPLICATION FOR PLACEMENT OF TKI ORDER OF TIMOR ABROAD BASED ON WEB-BASED" was made. The method used in this system is the Waterfall Model. This system is designed based on Web, using PHP programming language and database storage media using MySql. It is hoped that this system can manage and store TKI data properly and safely and facilitate the data search process.

Whilst Information Communication Technology (ICT) solutions facilitate business decision making, ICT has not always been effective in providing the critical “data to wisdom” conversion necessary for real-time decision making on any device anywhere anytime. This lack of effectiveness in real-time decision making has been further hampered by a dependence upon location and time. Mobile technologies provide an opportunity to enhance business decision making by freeing users from complex information management requirements and enabling real-time decision making on any device anywhere anytime. The development of communication technology, especially mobile phones (HP), demands the role of parents in being able to assist children in using it. Elementary school’s children nowadays are easy to open and use all the features available, so they have become accustomed to using social media. The tendency of children in social media still needs parental supervision and control, but not all parents are able to compensate for the intelligence of children in using mobile phones and existing features, especially Social Media. Therefore, efforts are needed to educate parents in assisting children in communicating through technology. This dedication is done in an effort to educate students' parents accompanying their sons to be smart in social media at Muhammadiyah Lawang Elementary School.

This article examines three films by the Swedish director Ruben Östlund: Play (2011), Force Majeure (2014), and The Square (2017). It describes the role of mobile phones in the films, both on the level of content and in terms of aesthetics. Within the films, the failure of the phone to connect the protagonists to significant others is seen as symbolic of an alienation that leads them to points of crisis. Here, the mobile phone works as a device in two ways. First, as a significant communication technology, and second, as a plot contrivance to advance the dramatic conflict. Critically, the mobile phone opens an uncertain space where subjectivity becomes increasingly insecure, precisely as it becomes fundamentally intertwined with it. There is a cinematic tradition of mobilizing this ambiguity to which this process can be connected. Further, the form of these works is considered in relation to the notion of traumatic repetition, and how this expands into the wider contemporary image-culture and the key influence of YouTube within this. Here, the films are considered in relation to the changing dynamic of the public sphere in the light of the mobile recording capabilities, that have come to shape an emergent cinematic aesthetic evident in these films.

The role of nurses in children with difable is to help in communicating so they can interact with others. Deaf mute requires health care and information on health education.This research focused on an application that facilitates Disabilities Deaf Mute Patient to communicate with other by using a mobile phone. This application based on mobile user by typing letters and it will automatically change into the form of voice (text to speech) that have been arranged into a word so can understood by the other person who use the application. This research helps nurses to communicate by using talking tools application. Development of systems using mobile technology by using Java programming language and talking tool. Results of this study was an application of learning system that helps teachers to communicate with their mute children. The application of mute children will be greatly helped in communicating with the interlocutor.

Pregnancy is a precious moment which is awaited by any married couples. Most people think that a marriage without children is not perfect. In the other hand, nine months of pregnancy is not an easy thing to get through, especially for the first pregnancy. So many changes happen to the mother along the pregnancy period. The deficient of knowledge and the lack of information about pregnancy become obstacle for the mothers-to-be to go through a period of their pregnancy. Utilizing the advance of science and communication technology nowadays, we can get various information about pregnancy easily. With the availability of mobile pregnancy assistant software based on android with file capacity 2mb for installation so that  not become a handicap for the devices. User, especially pregnant women can get information about pregnancy age,  estimation of birth  , pregnancy information, pregnancy tips and Islamic name choice provided in the mobile pregnancy assistant. This software is installer which operating in Android platform version 2.2 (Froyo) with Java programming language, built using Eclipse as IDE.
